Having a family member with Alzheimer's is a scary experience, it feels like we're loosing our loved one and then deciding what's the best place of care for them is even harder… but when you meet someone at a facility that you can tell loves their job and is very kind and knowledgeable in this area gives you peace of mind. That's exactly what Krystal Narinesingh did for us, and we wanted to share this with others that may be looking for someone who has compassion towards our loved ones … it's not easy to find a place where we feel comfortable knowing our loved one is loving hands , but speaking with Krystal that's exactly what we felt. She addressed our questions and treated us like family. Thank you!

Auberge at Kingwood features an impressive community. The staff, starting from the receptionist and extending to the chef, are outstanding. Working with Krystal Narinesingh the Marketing and sales Director is always a pleasure, you can tell she loves her seniors and fellow staff members.

Last week I attended Family Night at The Auberge Kingwood. The family members and their loved ones had a great time singing, laughing, and enjoying the delicious food. By the way, the Auberge staff were also having a great time. You could feel the loving atmosphere and that everyone felt right at home!!

I love the Auberge in Kingwood because of the love and passion that is provided here. Their SPARK program truly finds someone's individual SPARK and utilize that for everyday learning and care. The Auberge accepts more than your traditional AL/MC. They accept two person assist, Hoyer lifts, injectables, and other medical conditions. A community that lives by the age in place model that so many other claim. Additionally, we have staff that have been here 16, 18, 20 & 21 years. That's longevity you won't find elsewhere. Not perfect, but striving to do good in this community is top notch!

I have family at the Auberge Kingwood. Even though it says memory care not everyone there is. Some are just assisted living. It's a small community and has a HUGE family vibe. We couldn't be happier with care, food, activities or management.

I toured in search of a memory care home for my uncle with progressive dementia. Although we still have some time until he moves to Texas, I really enjoyed being what the Auberge in Kingwood had to offer. This is a beautiful memory care community that feels like home. Everything from the food (the cookies and muffins are delicious) to the garden with the gazebo, walking path, herb garden, floral garden, and putting green. I really love the fact that all of their residents were always smiling and enjoying themselves, this in itself speaks volumes.

Catoya has gone above and beyond to make the Auberge our first choice for my mom! She was at a previous facility who had no patience for her sassy "manager" personality or her sundowners and even referred to her as crazy for normal behaviors that present with dementia. The staff at Auberge have the most care in the world, and take care in my mom's harder moments! When visiting, you can see them treat all the other residents with the most respect and care as well. They communicate well & they're always doing something to engage their residents. Mom is a hard woman to please (her dream is to live with me) but she's been her most satisfied here!

I have only good memories of the great care given my mother at Kingwood Siverado now Auberge. All aspects of the care there was excellent and many of the staff cried right along with us at Moms passing two years ago this coming March.

My stepfather has been at The Auberge since it was Silverado. The staff is very patient with him even when he gets combative. He has never been a great eater, but he loves the food here. Every time Ive been to visit, the facility has been clean and the staff has been friendly. I wouldnt feel comfortable with my stepfather living anywhere else!

I visited this beautiful place with a friend looking for her father. I am very impressed because its extremely clean and no bad smells. It is very obvious that the people that live here are very happy and well taken care of, so many smiles it was contagious. We were able to watch while their residents were doing activities and I felt myself participating from a distance. Our tour was full of information and provided my friend the next steps once they are ready for the move. This is a great place to check out.

My husband has Alzheimers and a couple of years ago I was looking for a respite place for him to go 23 times a week during the day. Luckily, I found The Auberge of Kingwood. I could see that he enjoyed being there and was treated with kindness from everyone. Unfortunately, in June of this year I had to place him there full time. It was a big step for me and It took a couple of weeks for him to get acclimated, but he seems to be doing great now! This is such a horrible disease and it is nice to know that he is getting excellent care at Auberge.

I am extremely happy with the care the staff has shown my step-mom. The staff is very attentive and even though we cant visit her the way we used to we know she is in good hands. This has been a trying time, but The Auberge at Kingwood is doing everything they can and we appreciate their hard work and dedication.

I would recommend The Auberge at Kingwood to anyone who has a loved one with Alzheimerdementia issues. Both of my parents have been residents for about 6 months. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable in handling the memory care issues that they are dealing with..I have had experience with my Dad at some other places in the area and by far The Auberge is the best place.
