My wife has been at The Belleview for over a year now and overall I’m very happy with the level of care she receives there. All of the aides I’ve had contact with have shown remarkable compassion and kindness towards the residents. I deal mostly with Darren, Lakeisha, Lucia, Crystal , Jaida and a couple others whose names escape me right now. But they all amaze me. Tammie is the Activity Coordinator for the Memory Care and she has something going to keep everyone busy all the time. Most of the residents are more talkative and engaged than I’ve seen them in the past. And they’re ready to go to bed in the evening because they haven’t been sleeping half of the day. I have no regrets for putting my wife there.

They had a lot of administrative and staff turnover the two years my mother was there in their memory care unit 2023-2025, and they were always understaffed and undertrained. The staff who did manage to hang in there were very good, but burnout was high. I had to move my mother to a safer facility.

Server Lorraine. She serves with consolidated physical effort and interpersonal skills that provide exceptional service. Examples? *When you serve food, make sure the food and drink order is complete, accurate and served correctly on the first attempt creating less work for the server and the rest of the server team. Hint, silverware. This includes if you serve salad ensure dressing and crackers are included and entree’ with sides and sauces. Another, serve pancakes make sure butter and syrup on first attempt to avoid cold temperature wait time. *Good listening skills demonstrated by actions that follow. Food director Kenny demonstrates teamwork and leadership when staffing fluctuates. Thanks to all.

I live at the Windsong apartments right next to The Belleview Senior Living, yesterday an elderly vet that was lost in front of our apartments he was dehydrated and very disoriented. We had him sit down figuring he lived at The Belleview so we got 2 nurses to help us, turns out he didn't live there but at one that was much further up the road well Haven and Sarah from The Belleview jumped into action finding where he lived, personally took him there and make him feel safe, if it wasn't for the both of them idk what would have happened to that man!

The modern facility is spotless all the time. The food is wonderful and they have many activities planned. The apartment is large with high ceilings. And I felt that it is at a very affordable price - I did look at many facilities in Denver. My mom has been very happy here and does not have any complaints! They also have assisted living and memory care if she should need that in the future.

Terri Schneider helped my family with the entire process from start to finish. She made the process so seamless, making it easy to transition as a family. We recently helped my elderly mom move into the Belleview because she could no longer manage at home alone. From the very first day, when we were given a tour, all the way through to her move-in day, the staff has been incredible. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are so kind to my mom and have set her up with ambassadors who have lived there for a while to help her get acclimated. We all love the dining room, and her apartment is absolutely beautiful. The maintenance staff is prompt and attentive with all of her concerns and questions. We highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place for their elderly parent.
