I worked here during the pandemic in 2021 was forced to get the shot or I would lose my job so I got it only to get fired days later due to a verbal altercation that happened I wasn't written up or anything just fired and placed on a dont not rehire list which is unfair and now almost 3 yrs later I still can't work there and the women that placed me on that list don't even work there anymore because they were let go after me this place is beautiful when it's ran by the right people

My mom was a resident at the facility for a year. The staff and administrators treated her like she was a Queen even though at times she could be difficult. When it was time for her to transition into Hospice, the facility made it easy for the family. Hospice who they recommended was superb. I would recommend The Sheridan at Bethel Park to everyone.

My parents are very pleased with the apartment, friendly and caring staff, and overall experience.

The Sheridan at Bethel Park took outstanding care of my mother during her time as a resident. My mom at times needed extra special care due to her age and her having Covid. The staff workers and nurses went far beyond their duties for my mother. Also, there were many fun activities that she always enjoyed. She met many friends while there. I can't thank The Sheridan enough for their care with my mother.

I have recently started working here at the Sheridan and I must say, I am blown away at every aspect of this community. The residents are so kind, caring and patient. The Care team really goes above and beyond daily to make the Sheridan a home for all of our residents and I could not be more proud of were I work.

Over the past three years I have had the privilege to be employed at The Sheridan at Bethel Park. I have had so many amazing memories and fun times working here. The residents are like family to me and our staff. I have learned so much from their experiences and wisdom. It doesn’t feel like coming to work or “a job” it feels like hanging out with my family. As a staff we are United team! The facility is beautiful and so are the people inside!!!

My parents and father-in-law live at The Sheridan of Bethel Park. We are so appreciative of the staff and beautiful building. No one wants to leave their home, but knowing my parents are shown kindness and respect by the staff means so much.

My 95 year old Mom moved into personal care at The Sheridan at Bethel Park in June of 2022. She was living independently prior but after a few falls it was necessary to make the change. I toured 9 different places in a 25 mile radius and by far this was the nicest. I’m so pleased with the staff and the building. On the rare occasion where there is an issue and I email to express my concern I always get a quick reply and the situation is resolved. The entire staff is so welcoming and accommodating. The concierge addresses any issue and gets me to the right person to have my questions answered or to find resolution to an issue The activities are amazing and have really helped my Mom keep active and she enjoys all them, kudos to Haley, Patti and Autumn. The Care team does an amazing job with taking care of my Mom there are too many individuals to name and Housekeeping staff does an amazing job too. My Mom has Always been a bit of a foodie and she loves the variety of the foods also that she doesn’t have to eat at a Set time each day. I’m so glad to have made the decision for my Mom to move to The Sheridan at Bethel Park

As a family we have a lot of experience in this setting having a brother that lived in a group home. We are very happy with the care at the Sheridan Memory Care Unit. The set up is spacious with a lot of light and seeing the outside. Outside grounds are nice to walk around. I thank God everyday for the workers that show up and take care of each resident and my father! Taking care of a dementia person is a team approach, we couldn't do it at home anymore.

I'm going to do this review for my Uncle and deceased Aunt. First off the low star reviews I'm my opinion is you can't make everyone happy and I understand when you put your loved one in a home you want the best for them. But let me tell you a honest view from my eyes and I am a multi business owner so I understand how things should be ran and have many family in this business. First off yes it's hard to get someone to call you back from management. But I'm sure they have a lot on their plate but yes I agree that phone calls should return calls in a faster manner. Let me tell you your love ones will not get better care than they will get here. My aunt and uncle came from Florida and it wasn't easy to get them here but the staff bent over backwards to make it happen by coming in after hours because we had a delay from the airlines. My aunt just past a couple weeks ago and all the employees came to tell my uncle how sorry they were to hear that she pasted away. They check on him everyday and took him for a walk and talked to him to make sure he was okay. They say with him at breakfast, lunch, and dinner because he would sit by himself because he didn't know many people he new there. The employees are very caring and become true friends. It's not just a job to them and I mean that. Now my uncle is on hospice same as my aunt was. Again another very professional service. They have given him a week or so to live. They check on him every hour even when we are they. They check him through the night and if there is a problem they call us. They bring breakfast to him because some days he didn't feel like going to the dining area and will sit with him to make sure he would eat. So employees are strength of this place for sure and can't thank them enough. The place is alway kept very clean and what I will say every assisted living home I ever went into smelled like a hospital or urine but not this place. So over all A+ and would like to thank all the employees and staff for the great job they do to care for and protect our love ones.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. My dad is there in the memory care unit. The staff is so kind and caring and loving and attentive and helpful! Every day I think of them and all the things they do for my father and Im extremely grateful. Hes been in a few facilities before and has always been begging to go home. He actually enjoys it here! I am removing a star because if your loved one cant answer their personal cell phone ( out of batteries or have dementia and cant figure it out) then the front desk only answers during business hours. There is NO way to check on your loved one and make sure they are ok off business hours. Or what if your loved one calls you in the middle of the night and theyre having a panic attack or delusional episode? You are completely unable to call and contact the staff to check on him. I feel that is totally on except a bowl. Its too bad that they have this problem with staffing because the rest of the facility is amazing.HOWEVER - their palliative care was severely lacking. He wasnt changed except once a day in his last week. If youve ever known someone in that stage of life you know there are issues where they need to be changed and flipped every few hours. I was disappointed at how they let him decline in the last week. They just gave him his pain meds and left him alone, not even checking on him for 12 hours at a time (I know because I was there all day at the end).

Aside from the beautiful exterior and interior of The Sheridan, it is really the management and the staff that makes this community excellent. Every team member demonstrates dedication, passion and HEART for our residents and it is truly such a wonderful place to work and live.

Very good place

This review is for the Memory Care Enrich Program at The Sheridan. My mother became a resident in November 2019. The director of memory care is such a caring person and effective leader. She has taught me a lot about dementia. I was encouraged to text her directly with any questions and I always receive a prompt reply. The staff are attentive and patient. The activities director is clearly passionate about getting the residents engaged. Entrusting a loved one to a memory care facility is by no means easy but I feel confident my mother is being looked after in the best possible environment.
