I’m a new resident at The Preserve of Roseville ,and I’ve been here for a few months now. I was honestly very scared to move at first, especially since I had just gone through a very difficult time. She has truly bent over backwards for me. During one one of the hardest times in my life , she sat and held my hand in a daily basis and made sure I was ok. She went out of her way to help me fix things in my apartment , even help me fix things in my apartment , and helping with my tv. I have a little dog and Jesse always has treats for her when I come down. This staff truly cares for their residents. I can’t say enough about the preserve of Roseville. What started as a scary new chapter has turned into a place where I feel safe, supported and truly happy. Shari’s is an angel, and I couldn’t have done this without her!

Sharie Eaddy at The Preserve of Roseville is absolutely an angel, I was impressed with her the first day we met. She knew the names of all the residents and where they live and she is warm and welcoming. She saw how overwhelmed my mom was getting and walked over to hug and comfort her and reassure her that she would be there every step of the way with her. She came in on her day off to accommodate us. I cannot say enough about her and all the staff I we met have been amazing also. Even the residents we met seem amazing. I feel so.e much better knowing that she has these beautiful angels watching over her when I cannot be there. Thanks you guys for simply being you.

The Preserve of Roseville has become home for my aging parent, thankfully well before it was an emergency. It has been a joy to watch loneliness vanish in the place of new friends being made - friends with whom to walk through the adjacent nature preserve, friends for group games, and friends with whom to share meals or movies. The location in Roseville is fantastic, close to major grocery stores, pharmacies and everything else one could need. The building is only five years old, so the furnishings and appliances are all quite nice and in excellent repair. The value for the services my parent selected is excellent compared to the half a dozen or more other places in the area we considered. From our original tour experience we worked with Shari, the sales director. She was kind, patient, responsive and helpful. I knew we were in good hands. Kristel, Jessica (executive staff) and Leah (nurse) all continue to make this whole process easeful. Any requests and concerns are handled promptly and with kindness and respect. From the perspective of the adult child of a resident helping their parent make the decision to go from fully independent to (minimal) assisted living, I couldn’t be happier with the Preserve of Roseville and their staff. Highly recommend!

Assisted Living was not an immediate need I saw for my father, until suddenly - unexpectedly - it was. The team (especially Shari and Leah) held my hand and guided me through this stressful transition with more grace and care than I can possibly convey. The facility is wonderful, the staff always has a smile and kind words for the residents, visitors, and other staff. You can easily see the kindness and care that radiates through this community. Thank you for all you kindness, support, and care of my father.

Such a beautiful place in the heart of Roseville. Large, apartments and a stunning nature preserve with walking trails. This new leadership team has brought stability and significantly improved care. After a length process of searching for a living facility for my mom we finally found The Preserve at Roseville and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience has been. Selecting a residence for a loved can be stressful and daunting. The minute we walked in, the director put our minds at ease. My mom knew immediately she wanted to call The Preserve, home. My grandfather is a beautiful human being who has been in two wars and battled lifelong illnesses. I wanted to make sure I found a home that cares for him at the highest standard as I have done my best to do these past couple years. Discovering the Preserve was a dream come true. We were shown some of the amazing changes that were made under the new management, and that paired with the great staff truly warmed my heart. Today, my grandpa is under their great care and I could not feel more comfortable knowing that.

Not long after my mother moved in to her beautiful apartment, The Preserves’management changed. Coming up on a year of her residing at The Preserves management has changed three times. There have been a few improvements. here’s hoping the new management put in place can get this community working as it should. We had such high hopes for this place! Since the third management company took over The Preserves has now been licensed as an assisted living/memory care community. Mom and a few of her independent residence friends are moving out. I cannot comment on whether or not the care for assisted-living residents or memory care residents is as it should be. I only know that my mother as an independent resident was not happy with the management for the time she spent there. I believe the owner should be the management. A lot of out sourcing seemed to be happening over the year. It’s a beautiful community! Hope the new management can get it up to par.

My father has lived here for over 3 years and it’s been a disaster. All the recent reviews are written by corporate employees of the new management company. Don’t let them sway you. This place is bank owned and owes several years of taxes to the state. They took $900 more than agreed upon out for my dad’s rent and now are dragging their heals to reimburse him. We will be moving at the end of the month (along with several of the remaining other residents). Read the state survey results and facility complaints before moving your loved one here!

Wow! I visited The Preserve of Roseville and was very impressed. The new team at the community is wonderful, caring and responsive. Chef Steve makes amazing meals (we tried lunch), and all the staff were so kind. The apartments are beautiful and very large- even in Memory Care, and the views from every window are amazing. It's nestled in a nature preserve. Stunning! I hope my favorite apartment is still available when I'm ready!

I write this after a couple years of a family member living in the memory care. Like most reviews I see..the place is beautiful..but that is a deflection on the lack of care and contstant revolving staff. Lukily we have family that can be over almost everyday to keep and eye on everything..for those that do not..do not count on reg. meals, cleaning, showers..and staff not knowing the medical conditions of each patient. We have had multiple reports to the state on the lack of care...nothing was done and she did suffer a supervised fall that caused much harm.

Frontier Management started managing this community as of 5/1/23, and boy what a change. New Executive Chef hired who cooks from scratch. New Director of Nursing with years of clinical background. SPARK program implimentation. Outside grounds cleaned up, so the residents can enjoy the space. Hired new housekeepers, new caregiving staff, new nurses, and new department heads. This community has beautiful apartments, amazing views and very caring staff! Come visit the community and see for yourself.

one star. had myself and my husband in for a little over a year, until my husband died. in that time had four nurses, complete office staff turnover, rent increase of five hundred dollars per month, all without any changes in care. would not advise anyone to choose the preserve.

The building itself is beautiful but the level of care is absolutely unacceptable. My grandfather goes 2 weeks at a time without being bathed. His catheter bag was so full it looked like it was going to pop so he called for help and it took over 25 minutes for a staff member to show up. I was there so I know. Thank God it wasn't a time sensitive emergency. I appreciate the staff members who do show up and work there I just think they are dangerously under staffed, at least that is my hope.

My sister recently moved into the Preserve of Roseville because I was no longer to care for her or keep her safe in my home. The staff welcomed our family and made my sister feel at home and comfortable. She immediatelypariticipated in the fitness class and programs offered. This is such a relief to know she does not need to cook, clean or worry about her personal needs or medications, it's all done for her. So far, we are pleased with how she is doing.

We looked at many places before choosing the preserve for our parents. We have been very pleased. The staff is attentive. We noticed some changing staff when they first moved in but it seems to be better now. They rave about the food and movie nights. If I had one complaint, it would be that family can't eat in the dining room or join in activities, but I am told that is due to MDH restrictions. We like that the management team is very responsive with our questions and are very friendly, which is one of the reasons we chose the preserve. I would recommend the preserve to friends looking for their parents.

What I have learned from my experience, look elsewhere! If you want a place that is caring and there for you, this is not your place. Look at how well a one year old building is is kept up. Look at the floors and carpeting... have they been cleaned? (the lobby does look great, but if that is all you see you are missing what the preserve does. This also unfortunately reflects the care. Promises, however challenged on following through. Ask about staff retention... what is the turnover for nursing, directors, cooks, chef, assistants? If you want maybe okay care for your loved one, this is your place. If you are looking for great this is NOT your place! The great thing about the preserve of Roseville are the RESIDENTS, and then next are the grounds the preserve is built on. If you want to constantly worry about care, this is you place. It has the potential to be amazing, but it will take a ton of work and dedication to care values! So disappointed.

I currently have a loved one at the building since the beginning, it did have a rough start as many new buildings do. The recent changes have brought about many positive changes with great communication and my mom feels safe and well taken care of. The food is amazing! I highly recommend The Preserve of Roseville.

RUN! Keep looking!! Absolutely beautiful building, great residents, and a couple of star staff but that is where the good ends. If you are independent and need nothing, than this is your place. If you need anything, most likely it will take multiple calls, and then it will be a hit or a miss, and most likely a miss. You will find continuous staff turnover, you would be luck to see the same person there in a month. Same problems without resolution. I think until they can find a experienced management, it will remain the same. I am only writing this to prevent someone else a difficult and sad situation. If there is anyone there without an advocate, God bless!
