Stay away if you care about your parents or loved ones! My parents moved in about 2 years ago and it's been nothing but disappointing. The food is not much better than what I feed our yellow lab. Dog food! My parents are paying over $7000 a month for a 1500 sq. ft apartment and refuse to eat in the dining room because the food is so bad. Last month, they had Covid and 3 our of 5 nights, they didn't even get the food they ordered to be delivered to their apartment. Now, the night before Thanksgiving, the elevator is out of order for the 4th time in 2 years. My parents are disabled and unable to get down the stairs so they are stuck in their apartment for the holiday. We called Grace, the management company, and they refused to give us the regional managers phone number. The local manager is leaving the company (I think they've had 3 managers in 2 years) and never returned my call. I was told it would be fixed today and as of 7pm on Thanksgiving Eve, it has not been fixed. So, my parents can not come to our home for Thanksgiving. In spite of my efforts, I can't get information on what services are provided if and when my parents are unable to maintain their independent living. When they order food to be delivered to their apartment due to illness, 3 of 4 orders never happen or are not what they ordered. The food in the dining room is inedible. Their bathroom is full of black mold and nobody seems to care. I've called for a manager 5 times and either nobody answered or I get excuses that nobody is available. Meanwhile, my parents are stuck on the second floor. When a negative review is left (as are many!), Grace Management responds that they care and you should call a particular number. Guess what... the number is not in service. If you love your parents, don't let them move here. It's pretty to look at but if you lift the rock, it's ugly!

Easter brunch was great. This place has been the best thing for my mom's health and well being. At 94 she does all the exercise classes and interacts with ten times more people on a daily basis. She did not necessarily want to move here however a few months in she is better and more independent than she was at her former wonderful neighborhood. Good people!!

My parents moved to independent living at CV over 4 years ago and were generally very pleased with their experience for a long time. There are numerous opportunities for social interaction, activities, exercise, and entertainment, plus CV did a phenomenal job keeping its residents safe during Covid. CV has a primary care nurse practitioner available once per week to the residents which is essential, in my opinion, and she's excellent. They also provide some salon services on site which is also very convenient. As with any institutional food service, the quality of the meals goes up and down, but has generally been OK. CV changed ownership about a year ago, and with high prices for food and keeping staff workers, things have changed. My main complaint with CV comes from a family member perspective. I would like to see services such as grief counseling for residents and general information provided to family care givers. I don't know anything about what's going on at CV unless it is told to me by my father who is a resident, and that can be subjective information sometimes. Family care givers can gently encourage their CV resident to participate in certain offerings if we know what is going on. I am genuinely surprised that grief counseling would not be at the top of the list of services provided in a senior living facility that experiences loss on a regular basis. At the very least, family care givers should be provided an update of staff and their contact information, especially when major changes are made. More information to family care givers would make CV the perfect place for senior living, but as it is now, I can't give that distinction. They should seriously consider creating a liaison position for family care givers to use as a resource.

UPDATE: One of my complaints below was that there were no organized grief support groups at CV, but now there is! I’m thrilled that this very essential need is being filled now for the CV residents that choose to participate. Thank you!! My grandparents have been living at celebration village for about a year now and we absolutely love everything about it! The employees, food, amenities, activities etc. are phenomenal. Our family has only positive things to say about celebration and we would recommend to anybody who is searching for senior living.

I have been a volunteer at Celebration Village Forsyth for over two years and it has been an amazing experience. The staff members are extremely helpful and kind to the residents, and they go over and beyond to make it a positive environment for all. The facility is beautiful and has ammenities for everyone, including offering a variety of volunteer services of which I have personally been a part of. I would highly recommend Celebration Village to anyone who is looking for an enriching and caring environment for their loved ones.

I call this place a cruise ship without water. I’ve had my mom there since their first year. She has actually uttered the words, “I’m happy here.” Normally I would say alert the media, but in this case I’ll just do a review. The people who live here are LIVING. Both my folks lived in another facility in the area. My dad was able to transition in his own bed which was a huge blessing. Where they were was more like God’s waiting room. That’s why I can feel the difference in the atmosphere here. It is light, bright, active and happy. Mom is in the smallest floor plan independent apartment. It is a BRILLIANT design. Small yes, but not a space is wasted! The “hallway” is the kitchen! There is storage in the kitchen and bath. We put her big dresser in the closet under her clothes, and still had room for a chest of drawers. She lived there through COVID and, touch wood, never caught it because of the measure the staff put in place. Every meal we have shared there has been tasty. The hotdogs and burgers are so good on the anytime menu. The omelette is yummy! The PT has helped her several to many times. Just this week after her PT ended, she actually went to exercise class!! You can’t know how huge that is! Next is to push her into the pool. I mean, convince her to try the water aerobics. Can you imagine?! How do I get in?!

5 months ago we popped in without an appointment and from that moment on have been nothing but pleased with Celebration Village! Micheal KNEW the needs, concerns and anxieties we had in looking for the perfect home for our parents. The staff feel like family! Micheal, Steve, Elaine... everyone...are so nice , know everyone's names, and engage as you would when inviting guests into your home. Friends, activities, music, entertainment, outings, shuttle service, church, hair salon... it's all right there. This move was a HUGE life change for our parents and we are so at peace to see them happy and that they are proud to call Celebration Village their HOME.

My grandparents moved into Celebration about 6 months ago. My grandfather into assisted and my grandmother into independent. My grandfather has loved the nursing staff and caregivers, they have been so helpful and commutative to us as well. Both my grandparents love attending all the activities that they offer daily to all residents. My grandmother can't stop talking about how nice her apartment is and how helpful the entire staff was when she moved it. I also have heard and experienced the excellent food that they have everyday for the residents. Instead of going out to eat when I came to visit, we enjoyed a great dinner in a gorgeous and clean dining room. Both my grandparents have been telling me how much they love it and how they wished they would have moved sooner.

My grandparents have been at Celebration for a few years now and love it. Funny thing is... I love it too. I've stopped by and ended up staying for hours playing trivia or enjoying happy hour with them. Their neighbors are great and everyone I've met has been very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Celebration Village is really a pretty place. I'm sure it's great for independent living, but our experience at the assisted-living side has been less than stellar. We have experienced many issues with the phone system, air conditioning system, keys to the common areas-it's literally like something is always broken. I often get calls from my mom that she needs help and cannot find anyone to help her. I have to make many phone calls to ensure that she gets the help/care she needs. I really wish that it was the type of place where I didn't have to continually monitor even basics. It is too bad, really had hoped this place would be better.

Very pleased with the facilities, activities, and general staff engagement. My parents and in-law were one of the 1st to move into independent living at Celebration Village Forsyth and we have watched as it has grown over the past 3 years. We looked at countless facilities before settling on CV. We did so because of the spaciousness (rooms and common areas) and facility staff. Even during Covid, the CV staff have stuck the correct balance between maintaining safety and resident engagement. When your loved one is in a care facility there are always things that pop up from time to time you need to be addressed. I can say without hesitation that the CV Staff and Management are dedicated to their residents comfort and well being.

My father has been a resident of Celebration Village for over 2 years. What a wonderful facility! Dad is treated so well by all of the staff. He is fortunate to have a very large family who visit him often. All of us feel so welcome as soon as we step in the door. The facility is well maintained, always clean, the food is first class, and they offer lots of activities to keep dad well entertained. In fact, my granddaughter refers to Celebration as partyville. The whole family is thrilled to have dad here and we feel that he has received excellent care. I would recommend Celebration Village to anyone and wish that I could give them more than 5 stars!

What a great experience. We found ourselves in urgent need of assisted living for my Dad. The team at Celebration Village worked quickly and efficiently to get everything set up in short order. Dad is comfortable and settling in thanks to the awesome efforts of Dan, Kelly, Genevieve and Kelly. The staff is well trained and very kind. We have shared meals with Dad and the food is really good. I couldnt be more pleased with Celebration Village and feel it is the perfect place for Dad.

My husband and I stopped in this week to take a tour of this fabulous new community in our area...Suzanne and Janet gave us the grand tour of The Reserve, including the two models. Both, which are decorated first class and most of the items one would expect to be add ons or upgrades are included as part of the main package. The entire Celebration Village is really something to see and to recommend to your friends. Not only the inside amenities but the outside home amenities are awesome as well.We want to move there! Excited for this developement to be completed.
