We recently toured the facility as we've been looking for spaces for a loved one. The facility was fresh and we were greeted by a welcoming staff who clearly had enthusiasm about the facility and their offerings. The personal care rooms we saw were spacious. We know two families with loved ones here (one in PC and the other in Memory care) and they are pleased. Eagleview Landing will be on our short list when decision time comes.

My Mom and Dad were just across the street at the Meridian when my Dad needed extra care. I went across the street and scheduled an appointment with Michele G. who met with our entire family. Eagleview Landing is beautiful and was the perfect place for my parents. Sadly, my Dad only made it about 6 weeks but the care, compassion and assistance from the staff at Eagleview was so appreciated and helpful in navigating a situation we had never been in before. My Mom remained and has been a resident at Eagleview for 2 years now. She is 90 and doesn't participate in things the way we would like her to, but there is plenty to do if she chose to. They have therapy come in and her medication is now dispensed by the nursing staff. They always alert me to any potential situations and I feel very confident my Mom is in a safe place where she is being cared for. I was even just able to downsize her apartment and the staff moved all the large items for us which was extremely helpful! I would strongly recommend Eagleview Landing for your loved one(s)

My Mother became a resident of Eagleview Landing in July of 2023. My sister and I chose Eagleview after visiting many other options in our area. Eagleview has proven to be the perfect choice. Our Mom was like many others that don't want to leave their homes and their familiar surroundings and friends. Michele at Eagleview let us bring Mom several times to look around and check everything out, always with a nice lunch included! The last 9 months have been an adjustment for her but the nice setting of Eagleview and the considerate staff have her feeling like she is home. It truly is a warm community of helpful staff and residents who look out for each other. Hoping Mom will be a resident in Eagleview for many years to come.

Exceptional My 89-year-old mother has experienced a transformation since becoming a resident at Eagleview Landing. The community is incredibly friendly and welcoming, fostering an environment where residents truly feel at home. The common areas are beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and safe living space for my mother. The staff at Eagleview Landing are truly outstanding, from Michele who was our initial contact to the front desk, activities team, health team, food service, maintenance crew, and cleaning staff. Their dedication and care are evident in every interaction. The support services at Eagleview Landing, including Bayada physical therapy and Senior Health, are excellent and have contributed to my mother's well-being and happiness. The three delicious and nutritious meals served each day ensure that residents are well-nourished and satisfied. My mother stays busy throughout the day with a variety of activities such as exercise, physical therapy, games, crafts, movies, guest speakers, church services and live entertainment. As a result, she has become stronger, more engaged, and incredibly happy. She has formed great friendships with both residents and staff, making Eagleview Landing feel like more than just a place – it's truly her home. I am grateful for the exceptional care and warm community that Eagleview Landing provides. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and enriching environment for their loved ones.

It is that time in our lives, that my siblings and I have begun the process of looking for Assisted Living Communities for our parents. Our first inquiry, was at Eagleview Landing in Exton, PA. We spoke with the Senior Community Relations Director, Michele G., and provided her with some background information about our parent's health, both physically and cognitively. Michele was kind, knowledgeable, professional & compassionate. She patiently answered all of our initial questions over the phone and then invited us for a tour. When we arrived for our tour, Michele spent a great deal of time with us and again displayed a ton of patience with our many questions. She is a very genuine person that truly seems to care deeply for the residents and their families. We felt that she was not trying to "make a sale" but to educate us about this difficult process and help us to find the right fit for our parents. Her demeaner was very appealing, and we admired her approach. Everyone on the staff that we encountered, during our tour, greeted us with a warm smile and were very friendly, which said a lot about their happiness in their working environment. We also met many of the residents and Michele knew everyone by name. They also responded well to her which was comforting to see. Michele discussed the different apartment styles, their layouts, all of the amenities in the community, the daily activities for the residents, the meals, nursing assistance, cleaning services and of course the fees. We were interested in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and were pleasantly surprised with the size and layout. It was spacious and bright with a nice living area and kitchenette. The bedrooms were a good size, and the bathrooms were huge. The entire apartment was laid out nicely to accommodate walkers or wheelchairs easily. We knew how difficult it would be for our parents to downsize but were hopeful this apartment would be well received. We toured the entire building to include the dining rooms, the Physical Therapy gym, the movie theater room, Activity rooms on every floor, etc. The outside of the building was attractive, and the inside was decorated lovely and felt warm and inviting. It was also very clean and smelled nice. We were impressed overall, with Eagleview Landing and looked forward to sharing all of this great info with our parents. Helping to choose a new home for your parents is quite the process and we believe it is Michele's #1 goal to make this a smooth transition and provide a safe new home /Community for anyone looking to start the next chapter in their journey. We would highly recommend taking a look at this community for your loved ones. Fast forward a few months… Our parents are now new residents of Eagleview Landing and are very happy thus far. Our date to move them in, was sooner than expected, and the crew at Eagleview Landing worked diligently, as a team, to meet our needs. The GM, The Community Relations Director, the Facilities Director and the Wellness Nurse made it happen and we are forever grateful! Upon their arrival, they were welcomed with open arms by the staff and many of the residents as well. They were very impressed with their apartment and have been busy making it into a home. Everyone from the FRONT OFFICE, the nurses, the PT and OT folks, the Dining Room Crew, the Activities Coordinators, the Front Desk folks, the Cleaning Crew, the Business office, and the Maintenance crew have been wonderful and kind to them. AND they met all of these folks during their first week! The have been happy with the food. Their nurses and PT/OT folks have been very accommodating and friendly and most importantly, they feel safe and stress free and so do all of their children. Keep up the great work Eagleview Landing! Thank you for taking such great care of our parents!

Beautiful facility. The tour with Michelle provided a sense of community. I could see my mother fitting in and being happy there. They are thoughtfully set up to take care of my mother through all stages of aging, including memory care. The memory care is set up very differently from other places. It feels homey, not clinical. I am sensitive to smell, and I did not have one moment in the building where I smelled anything other than clean and new. It's beautiful. The staff is upbeat. I was really impressed.

Our Eagleview Landing experience has been variable, with expected care support and housekeeping ranging from very good to adequate to below expectations, on any given day, week or month. Staffing changes and challenges in securing committed and high performing staff, seems to be the main contributor. The dedicated Bayada therapists are consistently excellent.

I have had the opportunity to tour Eagleview Landing on two separate occasions and meet with Michele, the community relations director. On both occasions, EVERY member of the staff from the front desk personnel to the chef made both of our visits a positive informative experience with a warm welcoming feeling. It is not easy to begin the search for a more supported level of care for your loved one - however Michele and her team put so many of my potential concerns at ease with their knowledge, compassion, and professionalism. In addition to interacting with various staff members, we had the opportunity to speak with many of the residents who had nothing but positive things to say about the care they receive!

Don't be fooled by the beauty of this building when taking a tour for possible placement of your loved ones. It is extremely expensive to live here and you will not get the care for the price you will pay because the staff is highly uneducated, lacks any training in Dementia care, can be very unprofessional, rude and they lack compassion for the elderly population that they care for. This facility is poorly run and issues are never addressed which creates a high turn over rate and a constant frustration level for both residents and employees. I only give it a 2 star rating because their are a few Directors and staff members that are high above the standards of the norm that works there. Be very careful of wolves in sheep's clothing and the perfect scenarios they will paint for you.

Finding a place for your aging parents is hard. You want them to stay home and be cared for by family for as long as possible. But, life throws you curves and you're forced to find a place that will care for your family like family...and that is what we found at Eagleview Landing. Eagleview Landing is filled with compassionate and caring people. Even before my parents arrived, Michele took the time to help make the transition from an out of state hospital to a rehab center seamless. That is what you want for your loved ones...people who take extra time to help others because they care. During her assessments, Davette was warm, friendly and very open, and she put my mom at ease right away. Compassionate caring people...just like family...that is what you will find at Eagleview Landing.

I recently toured Eagleview Landing on behalf of a family member. Michele was welcoming and provided good information and an all inclusive tour. This "personal care" facility is conveniently located in the excellent Eagleview community, the building is well constructed. For my needs, the apartments were either too small or too large and I did not feel that EL could provide the assisted living support we needed. I'm not a fan of the open dining set up and I did not think the dining area was very inviting. There is a beautiful landscaped courtyard, but otherwise no outdoor spaces for residents. The amenities and activity areas are very nice, but located throughout a four story building, which could be challenging for some residents with mobility issues. Eagleview Landing is a nice option for those looking for more support as they age.

Let me preface our review by saying "we all need to advocate for our elder loved ones no matter where they reside". After Hip surgery, two nurses, one at Mom's OR prep and one at her Rehab facility, recommended Eagleview Landing where their own grandmothers reside. We were not disappointed. From the quick initial response, tour and sit down two days later(on a weekend!) to the current new resident status, we are very pleased with the flexibility, staff interaction, including the visiting Dr., the Bayada staff(Nurse, Physical and Occupational Therapy, etc). Our brief experience is based on the Personal Care facility but it is comforting to know the Memory Care capability is here as well.

Finding a suitable assisted living facility can be a very trying time. The facility is beautiful. The location is in a great area. Everything needed is within 2 miles. Michelle provided multiple tours, additional information, flexible meeting times and everything a prospective resident could hope for. Michelle really made the experience as painless as possible. I never felt that I was being rushed into a big decision by a high pressure sales person. Michelle was very helpful, kind, and caring. I know my loved one will be well taken care of.

As a family of a former resident I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only reason it has two stars is the front desk people are very nice and it is a nice appearing building. Beyond that the care is substandard the leadership is awful and frankly no one has a clue what's going on with the residents. I was happy to remove my family member from the building. As a follow up I contacted the below email to discuss concerns with no return from the corporate office par for the course with this overall experience I wouldn't haven't expected anything different

My brother and I were caught "off guard" when we received a call from my mom's doctor saying she shouldn't live by herself much longer. Then we found Eagleview Landing! The staff was helpful from the very beginning providing information, directing us to contacts for Veterans Benefits, find the 'perfect' apartment and making mom feel welcome. Chef Derrick is phenomenal and Arianna in Activities keeps my mom walking and provides her with an unending supply of jigsaw puzzles which she loves! I would highly recommend Eagleview Landing Senior Living.

My grandmother moved into EGV landing end of April. She was in IL at another facility for past 15 years. She had a terrible fall and was unsafe to return to her apartment. Our family was given 48 hours notice of dc. We knew she couldn't live at home alone. We were able to get her into EGV in 48hours. We now know she is safe and taken care of. She receives in house therapy by bayada and she's moving better then she has in years. Our family is very grateful for everyone at EGV landing.
