This is a very well run CCRC that I do not hesitate in recommending to my clients. The residents are well cared for, food is amazing, the staff, all very caring. Starting with the dynamic sales staff, Tyler and Lindsy, all the way to the top, everyone is dedicated in providing the best living environment for our precious seniors. My mother moved into Aerial Pointe 2 1/2 weeks ago. Every step along the way in the process has been nothing short of delightful! As a family member, we want our parents to be happy and in a good environment. The people here are so kind and friendly. They are welcoming and are helping my mother form new friendships. The dining room is beautiful and a perfect place for her to become better acquainted. They have a chef here and the food is very good. The maintenance staff is incredibly responses and caring.She has a beautiful two bedroom home with a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and a small miniature golf course. She loves to sun on her balcony which she has named the sun deck. I have a dear friend whose mother is in memory care. She is very grateful for the staff who engage with her mother and others who are struggling with their memories. It is crucially important to have caring and engaging staff in populations that are very vulnerable, such as assisted-living and memory care. I encourage any family who needs these truly importance services to visit Aerial Pointe.

My parents have been at Ariel Pointe for almost a year. The staff has been patient, kind and supportive. They have made a lot of friends and have adjusted very well. Ariel Pointe is a wonderful place that provides support and amenities as well as independence. They are very happy that they have moved to Ariel Pointe. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Director and several department heads, all of whom radiated professionalism and passion for what they do. The dining room experience was absolutely delightful ” from the delicious food to the comforting ambiance. The Bistro service is executed to perfection, with compassionate and attentive staff who go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Watching the resident engagement activities was such a joy! M husband and I toured Ariel Pointe with Andrea, the facility is beautiful, clean and has so many activities to offer the residents. My mom moved into AL in March of 2024. In August of 2024 her condition worsened, she moved to the memorycare unit. This was a huge adjustment for our family however, the staff, including Rhonda, the wellness director, Carmen, the activity director and all the many caregivers on both sides. AL and memory care helped us along the way with each step. With their kindness, guidance and love the transition for us were short and amazing. The care Mom received on both sides was top notch. All of the caregivers treated her like their own family member. We never worried about her. We knew she was well taken care of.. Mom passed away March 11 of this year and we have never felt so much love than we felt from the entire staff and every Caregiver , they’re like family to us now. We couldn’t have asked for a better facility to have our sweet mom in. the only regret we have is not moving her into Ariel Pointe sooner! Thank you to each and everyone of you for making Mom’s last year the best it could possibly be

Experienced a tour today guided by Tyler Lamb...this is a modern and bright facility that felt like a home. The decorations and layout of the main areas were exquisite. We also were served lunch which was a nice treat. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating from being greeted at the front desk with a personalized welcome sign. The pool area is great as well. In my search for Independent Living they are on my top 5 list for the future. Lois Johnson

My mom has been in Ariel Pointe for only a week and so far she loves it! The staff is very friendly and helpful and Tyler has been a rockstar since we toured the facility almost a year ago. She has remained in contact with us, kept us updated, she has followed through on everything she said she would and she has double checked to make sure my mom's move-in and first week has met her standards. There is nothing more relieving that having your parent in a place that seems, so far, to be filled with love!

Ariel Pointe has been a godsend for my family. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have the team taking care of my mother. I toured with Theresa and she explained how everything work. I was completely clueless as to how all of this works. I haven’t seen my mother as happy as she is now. She’s made friends with others in the community. If you need a place that can go the extra mile please reach out to Ariel Point. Take a tour it’s beautiful. They have a pool, theater room, gym and so much more. The care is there.

From the moment you walk in, you see the finely appointed rooms and luxury specialty areas. The view of the pool is amazing. Staff is super approachable and well educated in their services and able to answer any questions. 5 out of 5 stars!

March 2024 update - going back to 4 stars. They have made significant changes to personnel and I look forward to see how they address any ongoing challenges. The activities director continues to be AMAZING and is always planning activities for the residents on and off campus. She knows the residents in assisted living and personalizes so many things for my parents. The med techs are doing much better. Always a few things the chefs can improve upon with the menu and food choices. So thank you Ariel Pointe for continuing to care for the residents.

Thank Goodness for Ariel Pointe!! We had an absolutely horrible experience with a nationwide assisted living chain. Our mom had selected them, but after she moved in it was clear things were not as sold. The employees overstepped (financially and medically), the place smelled sickly and the costs were ridiculous for what they provided. It was not much better than a nursing home and our mom was miserable. After an exhausting search for something better and more of what our mom needed, we found Ariel Pointe. It is bright, clean, and more like 'apartment living'. The employees are well educated and professional. The pricing was clear and ended up being more affordable. Our mom and our family are very happy that our mom is in a much much better place now.

My mother was in memory care at Ariel Pointe in Sachse. It was exasperating continually reaching out to management and even the corporate office regarding the lack of staffing and constant turn over in staffing to keep their residents safe. So many falls, way too many 911 calls for this facility. Check with the Sachse Fire Dept and local hospitals, don't take my word for it. Much more concern with optics, and sales than safety. Its elder neglect and abuse, especially when memory care residents have no voice.
