My Grandmother is a recent resident of the memory care unit at Harmony. Our family has been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the facility and overall care she is receiving there. All the care workers have been kind and compassionate and made my grandmother and our entire family feel welcome. It is hard to realize you can no longer care for a beloved family member with progressive dementia alone. But, in Harmony, we feel we have found the right facility to partner with us to provide my grandmother with a safe and loving environment to call home.

My father in law was a resident at the Harmony at Victory Station. Our family was pleased with the loving care he received while there. We visited often and got to know some of the staff. He was well respected and taken care of as if he was a member of their own families.

The staff is very responsive and friendly. They answered all our questions and gave us a thorough tour. They even invited us back for lunch to try the food. We wish there were first floor facilities for assisted living but the rooms were also nice upstairs.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Janet Brown and her team at Harmony at Victory Station. I truly believe my dad wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for the exceptional care they provided. Before coming to Harmony, his home situation was unbearable, but I struggled to convince the rest of my family that something had to change. Once he was settled into their secured unit, everything shifted”I was finally able to visit and spend quality time with him again. Janet was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions and connecting me with additional resources when I needed them. I can’t say enough good things about Harmony at Victory Station. Their compassion and dedication made all the difference.

I toured this facility when looking for Assisted Living options for my sister. Virginia conducted my tour & answered all of my questions, and gave me thoughts to consider as we evaluated options. The facility is beautiful and the residents & employees I observed seemed friendly and happy. Unfortunately my sister's health situation has required skilled care rather than assisted living, so she wasn't able to make this move, but it's a really nice looking place and prices seem consistent with other high quality choices. You should consider it if this type of facility meets your needs.

I had a very good visit to Harmony. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments are very nice and look like new. The lobby area and eating area are very pretty and inviting.

First and foremost, the staff is wonderful, caring, kind, truly vested in the well-being of their clients. The residence there are very sweet and really seem to look out for each other and care immediately about newcomers. I have one suggestion. There’s a lot of information that you’re giving about Harmony before move-in, but there really needs to be a checklist that serves as an orientation for new residents including every person they should meet or know whom they will be working with, all the processes and things that go along with the day in the life of a Harmony resident. Additionally I would ask that they develop a checklist on the logistics of what it takes to move in to Harmony For example, who are you contacting what is the process to get pictures hung, how do you put in a maintenance request and what are the types of things you put in a maintenance request for. What is the expected wait time in assistance if you need a tech on the assisted-living floor, if you’re in assisted-living, what’s expected for how you will get to dinner and other places, where are the calendars and activities and such, is there a tour provided after move-in or checklist provided of all the various facility amenities to visit, where they are located, and how to use them. There’s a lot to this big beautiful facility and it could be somewhat intimidating for a new resident. I would even recommend something like seeking out resident volunteers, just 1-2 to do a team tour with each new resident that comes in. Again, I’m very happy that my mother is there, she said she feels safe there and she loves her fellow residents.

We have lived here from day one of the opening. We are extremely happy with the people who take care of us. Covid has shown us just how deeply concerned for our safety they are. Would recommend Harmony to everyone.

Great facility....but it is my prayer that COVID-19 is being controlled in the facility with residents and employees. As a family member of a loved one I want to make sure you all are practicing safety at all times. Mask and gloves should be worn. Temperature checks daily. Diner rooms should remain closed until no cases are found.

My Mom is a current resident. We have had an exceptional experience at Harmony. The staff is very hardworking and resident centered. She is very happy with her apartment and her friends.

For the time being - I can't give more than 3 stars even tho it is brand new. Went from serving great food per chef on staff to low grade institutional meals even inmates would protest over. Who takes unused fruit cups dumps them together to try to create a pie out of? The seniors won't have it and my mother-in-law winds up eating a grilled cheese sandwich more often than not. Recently they were given an option for their meal between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. Who does that? This is not an option - that's just "what do you want on your hamburger" question . They are supposed to have options. Tread very carefully if you think that you're going to get Chef-style Meals that they promised. When they make new adjustments and hire a chef and start serving what $5,000 a month rent should purchase then maybe I'll think about changing my three star review.

They are very caring and professional people who have the heart for running a facility for our aging loved ones!
