Beautiful building. Nestled in a very nice area where residents feel comfortable doing daily walks. Amazing activities, and such a resort feel right in your own back yard. Spacious apartments with beautiful views. Highly recommend for anyone and their loved one.

Good, conscientious staff. THESE ARE GOOD PEOPLE! The facility is clean with plenty of room. Communication is great! Morgan and Wendy are AMAZING! They answered our questions, they followed up meticulously, and they helped put our minds at ease. The only real complaint I have thus far is that I wish the menus were in a LARGER type font. The small fancy font on the menus is EXTREMELY hard to read even for me. I can't imagine how they expect the elderly to read the menu.

My Mother in Law lived at Sea grass for several years in the independent apartment. After she fell, she needed to move to assisted living. I can not thank Renee and Wendy enough for making the transition so easy. Wendy has been a god send to us in the this difficult time. When she returned all the staff came and hugged her. She was having a hard time returning in a different stage but everyone welcomed her and it really pumped her mood up! Those little things make a difference and it really did with her.

Morgan, the new Director of Sales, was so helpful answering all my questions about the community and how they could help. The community is beautiful and she helped me know what options there are for a couple to stay together in Assisted Living and maybe if they get therapy they can move to independent living. It's good to know that there is memory care if they need it.

Because Colleen never contacted us back, we had more time to be sure that The Gallery was a much better choice for our senior Aunt. Management really needs to get on the ball about how future residents and their families are treated.

I love coming to this community! It is beautiful decorated Like we're at the beach. I always see the residents having fun with activities and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend people to come tour thus amazing property!!

Built level to the ground hurricane Ivan came into the first floor three inches high residents had to move upstairs lost belongings worse the construction noise went on through the night no sleep for most residents no mention of insurance claims for lost belongings or of a break on the rent for all the sleepless nights it was a flood indoors not habital the entire first floor no mention to prevent this next time.

Seagrass Village in Port Orange is a great senior living community. The building is stunning, particularly the pool area . The staff has been so accommodating to both my mother in law and to us when we visit. The apartments are beautiful, and we are welcomed to stay on site in a rental room, which no other assisted living offers. Thank you to each and every member of the staff for your loving care of Mom.
