We toured the community for my parents. Mariposa is top notch. By far one of the nicest communities I have seen in the area. Matthew Hoffman showed us around and he did a fantastic job. Very informative, kind, and patient. There were a lot of residents which the socialization is so important for them.

My grandmother has been at Atria Villages of Windsor for 3 years now, and the staff, and caretakers there have been top notch! We asked to be able to talk with her on the phone and they abliged and my family gets a phone call every night to make sure she is in good health.

How many people have moved in because of covid-19? I did. I like the idea that Im being protected... that three times a day room service delivers a meal, that once a week my apartment is cleaned and my bed changed. Im pleased there are bar carts, fun carts in our halls, activities on our dedicated Atria TV channel, beautiful places on campus to walk safely, staff offering shopping service... I know we miss our family and friends but were so lucky to have text, phones, FaceTime, social media, etc. as we go through this difficult time in a place that is doing everything possible to protect us.

I had the pleasure of having Kristin Brown take me through a tour of Atria at Villages of Windsor. I checked out the rooms to see whether they are clean and nicely decorated, and they were. I was assured that residents can decorate their own rooms. I observed the safety and security procedures; for example, I looked for sprinkler systems and fire extinguishers. I noted that they have security measures for their Alzheimers and dementia patients. Also, I went outdoors and checked the grounds to see if there is room to walk around. Not only was there ample room to walk around, they have an inground pool with scheduled and supervised activities. They have an amphitheater, and a nicely equipped gymThey have offsite as well as onsite activities. And they have activities for family members to participate in. They have religious services on site as well. I was invited to stay for mealtime or for an activity to see how the staff treats residents.They have high staff-to-resident ratio which is good. They do criminal background checks and check references for all staffThis will be a Senior Living Facility that I would look forward to being a part of when I reach my golden years.

I am the director of the physical therapy department within Atria Villages of Windsor and have been here since it opened. We are here every business day so I have the privilege of seeing the residents, the activities and the staff all the time. The hospitality and love that the staff members show their residents is amazing. The activities keep them engaged, active and social. I would for sure want my grandmother to live here if she was local.

Its hard to express the gratitude my family and I have for everything you have done for Mom during her life at the Villages of Windsor.The experience was personal as I was the one that found her new home after extensive research. My wife a PhD chemist wrote the agenda complete with maps, spreadsheets, reviews and of course appointments. I was instructed not to miss an appointment or visit to find just the right place for Mom. I was diligent to say the least.I do believe you have a beautiful facility but the difference is the people. From the introduction to the several visits I made, the reception I received from the staff to the residence was overwhelming, at that point it was an easy decision to make.onsistency is everything. You and the staff are certainly consistent. It did not take many visits to make friends with Moms neighbors. What a precious group of people, Mom has some very dear friends thereKristin you are a very special person and my mother spoke of you every time I called her. Keep sharing your gift.

This place is more than a senior living but its a real community! Everyone at Atria is extremely friendly and Welcoming. They have amazing amenities and the staff is second to none. Atria is a wonderful facility with many beautiful amenities but more importantly, are the caring staff and residents. I feel blessed to come to work each and every day and enjoy getting to know every individual resident on a personal basis. I would definitely recommend Villages of Windsor to any individual seeking a long term care facility due to the kindness of the staff and residents here.

Its hard to believe this is a retirement home. Not what I expected when I first pulled up as it looks like a very nice hotel. My wife and I received a tour of the facility by Kristin who was charming; the residents couldnt say enough about her and the campus. The facilities are clean and amenities top shelf with well appointed living quarters (granite counters, stainless appliances. The multiple eating areas, large theater for viewing, outdoor common areas, barbeque, fitness center, and more make it easy to find something to do. I love that pets are welcome. I can see myself living here as retirement looms.

I couldnt be more thrilled with the compassionate care and incredible lifestyle Atria and its incredible staff provides for herSecond, l own a senior relocation company that assists seniors in their transition from home to assisted and independent living. Im in many different buildings and one thing thats a certainty is to how well run atria is! The sales directors work closely with me to ensure new residents have everything they need to be comfortable when they move. The executive director and assistant ED are so quick and responsive to any questions or needs l have for a specific resident or for my own grandmother.The rooms are clean, spacious, modern, up to date and have large kitchens. The food is top notch. The activity directors just rock!Third, Maintenance department exceedsAll of my expectations. They do work orders immediately. They go the extra mile to make sure my clients (and my grandma) are happy. The front desk staff also go above and beyond to keep the building running smoothLastly, Im blown away by memory care. The staff are incredible with the residents. Im there moving in new residents often and the staff always are warm and welcoming. Ive been there a couple times when a resident is confused or scared bc they think they are lost and Ive seen staff immediately attend to them to help them and redirect. Its a warm, beautiful environment for anyone who needs the extra love and care and security.

After weeks of searching for an assisted living facility for my parents, we showed them Atria at Villages of Windsor. They loved the place. Clean, well attended, and responsive to the COVID outbreak. The facility is well managed, the staff is caring, and the amenities are second to none. The only small shortcoming we found was service in the dining room. Some training could be used there. Otherwise, outstanding.

Ive been with Atria Villages of Windsor since they have opened there doors to the residents back in December of 2017. It has truly been such an amazing ride. Everyday I get to come to work and be around my 2nd family. My residents share the most amazing moments and stories with me everyday and all we do is laugh. Our employees always take the initiative without thinking twice for our residents. I am a truly lucky girl to be here!!

Excellence begins at the top! Judy Rothenburgand her team including Gisela, Samantha Clark plus plus has made my dads transition to Senior Living joyful for him and our family. The quality of the caring staff is impeccable. His apartment has wonderful amenities which makes living at Atria feel luxurious. Although activities and enjoying the dining room, the movie theatre, gym, pool and beautiful outdoor areas are currently curtailed, three meals are delivered daily and treats such as the ice cream cart, cocktail cart and other surprises help brighten the day. Atria is a lovely way to liveMost importantly, The Atria policies has keep their residents safe and secure.efore we decided upon the Atria, we visited five other facilities and upon seeing The Atria and meeting the staff, we knew nothing could compare. Thanks for taking great care of my dad and making us know we are part of your family.

The care and attention taken for everything from cleanliness, to keeping things working, to resolving problems quickly, creative special food events, art shows, delightful drivers, exceptional programming and fitness opportunities, plus giving residents a voice to share on all aspects of whats happening, keeps Atria at Villages of Windsor a special place.During these isolating times, these Atria Angels (my nickname for them) help residents connect via FaceTime with family outside. They screen every resident and employee every day to make sure everyone is safe. They run trivia contests on their internal television station and my mom has been winning personal training sessions!!And they have been responsive immediately if weve ever needed help with anything. Always a smile. A kind word.I could not be more pleased with the community our family selected together for my parents to enjoy at this time of life. With Florida hurricanes and this virus, the decision we made is even more important and I remain blessed that we made this choice and that we have the resources to keep my parents enjoying their golden days (sorry for cliche).
