StoryPoint of Northville is one of finest senior living facilities i've ever been to. As soon as you walk through the door you feel right at home. My experience with the staff has always been excellent. From the Executive Director to the maintenance team the professionalism is tangible. Most of my experience has been with the wellness team and I would most definetly feel great about having my parents live at StoryPoint of Northville. Incredible community! My siblings and I went through many places looking for the right place for our mother. After meeting with the management team and care staff, we felt there was no other place we would want our dear mother. Much like our mom this community is elegant and clean! It has been almost six months now and many of the other residents and staff have welcomed our mother and created great relationships with her. Our mother always speaks highly of the care she receives, the meals they provide, and the fun activities that she does decide to join in on! It took some getting used to and was hard at first, but we can all say confidently, our mom is Home.

When my mom no longer was able to drive she wanted to live in a community of her peers. She began her stay at Storypoint in assisted living. It was a wonderful fit and she became part of the welcoming committee. Recently, it was time for a move to the memory care neighborhood. She is back to being actively engaged in the world around her. In videos, posted on their Facebook page my mom can be seen truly enjoying the many activities. In addition to the creative activities, the staff are simply amazing. Somehow, they only hire people with caring hearts. They treat my mom like a member of a family. They do such a phenomenal job of redirecting my mom when her dementia causes her to be agitated.

Both of my parents have lived at StoryPoint Northville for approximately one year, Mom in Memory Care and Dad in Assisted Living. We had an urgent need for this type of service due to a fall, and StoryPoint bent over backwards to help me. Paige Dawson was incredibly helpful and we were able to move in right away. Mom loved Memory Care from the first day. She was very social and enjoyed the company of like minded people. Dad had fallen and needed more help than we could provide at home. The caregivers were attentive and sympathetic. When it was time to begin the hospice journey, everyone worked well together. At the front desk, Kathy Yerkes was extremely welcoming and informative, and helpful in ensuring timely delivery of the daily paper directly to Dad or Amazon deliveries to both parents.

Staci is one of the kindest people I know and will go to great lengths to ensure her residents, staff and families are taken care. StoryPoint Northville is fortunate to have Staci as their leader. My mom has been at Anthology for 18 months now. While I could go on and on about negative experiences, I would like to highlight the positive. Caregivers, Activities staff and kitchen staff have the most contact with our beloved parents . They can make a lonely person's day! I would like to thank John in activities for planning such beautiful outings. My mom really looks forward to going on outings. Since she is mostly paralyzed, this is the only way she can get out. John is attentive and caring. He is wonderful at telling stories and stimulating conversation with all of the people who attend the activities. Activities have improved since John has been there! Diane, Debbie, Danielle in the kitchen are amazing and are involved with the people they serve. And as far as caregivers go, Taurus is most loving and caring. She cleans mom up and takes care of her like it was her own family, paying attention to details of hygiene. She interacts with mom so well and has the most wonderful giggle which comes easily to her. My mom has a big smile every time Taurus is on staff! There are many other wonderful staff members and I wish I could highlight them all. Thank you to all of the employees who love this most important job that they do. My mom and I appreciate you !

We work with several other Anthology Senior Living communities and there are three constants: caring, professional staff who put the resident experience first; beautiful communities and amenities; excellent programming which includes cognitive stimulation.
