My mother was at Woodland Heights for 9 months in their 1st floor Memory Care before recently passing away. Our only wish is that we had found this place and these people earlier in her dementia. Not enough words of praise for the team and the atmosphere at Woodland Heights.

I can't say enough great things about this place. My client moved to Woodland Heights 3 weeks ago. The first week I stayed with her 24 hours a day and now I stay with her 12 hours Mon - Fri. The staff from the administration, to the front desk to the kitchen to the maintenance and janitorial are fantastic. They always have things for the residents to do and be entertained. They planned 3 parties this week…Super Bowl, Mardi Gras and Valentines Day. They had great food and entertainment and everyone participated. The full staff was making sure everyone had a wonderful time. The love and care they all show the residents is really touching to see. I would put my loved ones here without question.

I hope you have Beth Ann under a long term contract. She has been picture perfect in transitioning Eleanor and me from Evergreen to Woodland Heights. I'll let her describe everything she's done so far. I will say simply that she has acted professionally with compassion, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. We could not be more pleased ... and we will have a difficult time waiting to move in.

The staff, nurses and activity director are extremely loving and very patient. They care for the residents like they are family. My family member has flourished here. The administrator is top notch. She is quick to return your call or text, which is so comforting to know that she cares about our family. If you were looking for a clean and caring place for your love one, then Woodland Heights is the place.

The community has beautiful views and is very clean. Jane was very welcoming and informative on levels of care offered and services, the apartment had a nice walk in shower. We were able to meet staff who would be caring for our mother who were very friendly, there is a nice outdoor area were residents were able to walk and enjoy the garden, we were very pleased.

I’m concerned the majority of positive comments are from team members and residents who no longer work/live at Woodland Hts. For a true reflection, these comments should be updated. There is a huge turnover at this facility, and it is affecting the care the residents receive.

I visited Woodland Heights, but its too costly for my mom as she is on a fixed income but a place I could see myself retiring to one day. It looked very pretty and nice, and a lot of the residents there were all mingling. The place looked more vibrant, and they have a lot of activities for the seniors there. They only had a 1-bedroom available at the time. The person who took us on the tour was really good

I have worked here for over a year now. The staff here are caring, dedicated and involved with residents care. Management goes above and beyond for the residents needs and the employees needs as well. Many activities to choose from everyday including movie night and happy hour!! A fun and great environment for the whole community.

Ive worked at woodland heights now for almost 2 years. The environment and staff are all wonderful. Its a good feeling to come to work and love what you do. We take pride in taking care of every resident, and have fun doing so. I highly recommend Woodland heights to anyone.

I have worked at Woodland Heights for a little over a month. Me and my son our truly blessed by the staff and management team. I work with some amazing individuals. If you are looking for a place for your loved one then look no further. Not only do the staff and management take care of your loved one, all residents in the community but as well as each other. I cant say enough about the wonderful Memory Care staff at Woodland Heights!!! They take such good care of my mom. Tye just really goes above and beyond her job to keep mom comfortable- even coloring her hair since I cant do it due to COVID-19. She and Nikki are great to send me pictures of mom and FaceTime with me to help alleviate any feelings of missing out!! They keep me updated on her need for supplies or a favorite food. Debbie has always been there to help me through the many phases of this disease. Shes always been a great listener and a shoulder to lean on. I cant imagine having my mom any place else. You can tell these ladies love their work and their patients!!! I dont know how I would manage without them!! A 1000% effort!

My husband and I have lived here for several years. We are so appreciative of the staff on our assisted living floor. Kendra, the nurse during the day is so faithful in meeting our needs, she is cheerful, and always pleasant to be around. She always goes above and beyond for us.Tabitha our Director of Nursing is calm but firm when working with staff. She also goes above and beyond - she even ironed my husbands trousers one time, certainly above the call of duty.Ashley is our nurse in the evening and she is so attentive to our needs. She is always so prompt when dealing with my husbands diabetic needs. We also appreciate her kindness to us and others on the floor.

As an employee here at Woodland Heights, its been very challenging for employees and the residents during these pandemic times.In the past several months, we have survived many operational changes and revolving updated CDC regulations.The value Chanta Dedman has added to our company has helped me daily. I appreciate her dedication to keeping us safe. A lot of people failed at what she accomplished, simply because they were busy finding problems while she was busy finding solutions. Woodland Heights has been a blessing to me since working here. Ive developed relationships with some of our most wonderful residents that Ill treasure forever. Where do I begin!?! This entire community has been such an incredible blessing for my grandfather, aunt, and now father. They truly care about each and every member as if they are a part of their own family. Having this dynamic made going through the pandemic so much easier. It was a horrible feeling not being able to see or visit my father or aunt, but knowing that they are 100% taken care of allowed me to sleep at night. I truly adore each and every member of the staff, and cannot thank them enough!

Treading uncharted waters has been challenging for all but the community has made such an effort to make Woodland Heights a wonderful place to live and to work through these times. We have a lot of wonderful staff here. One of my favorites is Debbie Latham. She is our bartender at happy hour. She is always smiling, telling funny jokes, and sharing photos of her family with us. She is just so sweet.
