I was just taken away by Clarendale. This was nothing like I experienced while growing up visiting my grandparents. I could see the care and patience from the staff. The facility is absolutely beautiful! The Apartments are lovely and well taken care of. The residence are very sweet. It was so nice to talk with them. Lots of activities to do. There’s even a pub! Where you can listing to music and cut a rug!! lol Please come by and check out clarendale. Meet the staff. They are amazing!!

We got red carpet service from the start to finish at this facility. Everything was spotlessly clean; the cuisine was superb and I loved when the kitchen folk came out to see how we liked our food. Staff felt a lot like family and everybody really cared for us. management always had an open door policy and the only time my husband ever complained was when he got served a wimpy strip of bacon. . You don't mess with sweet hubby's food and he really liked their food so that's saying something. Activities were always interesting. I was so proud of the people that ran the memory care unit. Everybody there is destined for sainthood. to live in Clarendale you're gonna have to pay a little bit more but you're gonna get every bit of what you paid for. you never get Short changed in your service.

We are new to this community and have been very happy with everything so far. We had a tour, found out there was a studio apartment open and wanted to move very quickly. Cindy was our main point of contact and she handled every question and every need quickly and compassionately. We've been impressed with the administrative, nursing and care staff. Everyone is kind, helpful and seems to really enjoy the residents and the community. Activities are terrific as well. Highly recommend!

My mother and I had a wonderful experience! From meeting with Jordan a few times to find out what Clarendale had to offer, picking out an apartment that was just right for my mom, and to the moving experience, everything was wonderful. Jordan and Blake are a breeze to work with and were so communicative through the entire process. The facility is beautiful and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. After researching and touring many senior living options in the Nashville area, my mom picked Clarendale at Bellevue Place for her new home. It was a big move, from living in Illinois for 76 years and in her last home for 46 of those years. The move was handled so well by everyone at Clarendale, especially Jordan and Blake. The staff are so friendly and kind. The atmosphere is light, clean and fresh. Mom's one bedroom apartment was perfect at move in. She loves the food and amenities. She is very happy there.

I moved into Clarendale Bellevue Place on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff at the front desk, and was directed to my apartment. Upon opening the door to my apartment I was amazed at how my movers had placed everything as to where it should be, including a large mirror, and pictures on the walls. Since moving in I am adjusting to my new living place. Everyone is helpful here, but there was some conflicting problems for a couple of weeks about my laundry and housekeeping services, but yesterday, 11-13-24, that was all resolved. I`m still learning what all services are available here, and there many. As of now I am happy with what all is available here for me to participate in.

After their home of 40 years they became too much to take care of, my parents moved into a two bedroom two bathroom apartment at the Clarendale in Bellevue. The property is beautiful, and their corner apartment feels like a place at the beach. Lots of windows and light, light colors. The property is impeccably maintained, the lobby feels like a hotel. They are in the independent living section, and have a full kitchen, Their dinners are included with their monthly rent, so most nights, they eat in the dining room. I would say that the food has been somewhat disappointing, but I can’t imagine how difficult it is to try to please everyone’s tastes. Maintenance and management are responsive, activities are plentiful and engaging, and the knowledge that memory care is available under the same roof is very comforting. The location in Bellevue is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities.

My husband and I moved into Clarendale at One Bellevue Place July 2023. So very glad we did! We are in Independent Living; Assisted Living and Memory Care are also available if we ever need them. We have a lovely, large apartment overlooking a gorgeous courtyard. There are so many activities; my favorites are book club, trivia, crossword, Bible study, a stitchers group (currently doing Project Linus), weekly movies. There are two libraries, an Arts and Craft Room and outings to popular restaurants. Celebrations (such as Fall Fest, Spring Fling, Cinco de Mayo, Derby Day, Mothers Soiree, Christmas and Hannukah Parties, etc.) It is such a beautiful building and weekly we have talented live music followed by Happy Hour! Many other activities. Two dining rooms and wonderful meals and kitchen staff. My husband had recent hospitalization and needs a specialized diet; and Chef Andrew is willing to work with us. Have met so many wonderful people both among the talented, helpful staff and among the other residents!

To Executive Director Fran Trupiano ...Dear Director Trupiano, as one of your new inmates (just kidding) of one weeks duration I would like to make a report to you which may or may not be of some value. The 1st person I met was your move in director Blake Collinsworth who was very cordial and friendly - answered all my questions in a forthright and effecient manner and frankly is a good will ambassador for your facility. What you might not know is he is also quite a salesman .....had my signature on a contract in about an hours time. Next was Marta, receptionist' who has been exceptionally helpfull - always with a smile. Next came my dining experience - Pat does a great job of keeping everything running & everybody happy. You have a fine young man as a waiter -Gabriel .- he graduates from high school next week ! Then the food - great - delishous - my compliments to CHEF DAVID - hope you can keep him, Finally Dr. Trupiano, I want you to know that your Bus.Office Mgr, CECELIA WILSON, probably saved my life 2 nights ago. I had been out and was returning thru the back entrance after I had run out of oxygen & did not have the strength to get inside. Luckily for me Ms, Wilson was leaving work for the day but instead going on home she stopped & asked if she could help and boy did she ever ! This place is amazing. The atmosphere is so positive. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and have gone above and beyond for my Pop who we just moved into assisted living about a week ago.Big shout out to Jordan who walked with us through the process; answering all questions and making our move seamless. From the tour he took us on to moving Pop in, he was so caring and you could tell he believed in this place! And now we do too! Thanks to Blake who oversaw the moving/set up of furniture in his apt. so it would be ready for his arrival. And thanks to the maintenance team for having his TV set up. Beautifully furnished areas, very clean and great dining experience. Food is wonderful and so many options.(Jordan said it was good, he didn't lie!) We've eaten here at least one meal per day as we got him settled and not once have we been disappointed. Residents are all too happy to welcome you and share their love for the community. A big thanks to Jordan and everyone else that helped us make this move from Texas.

Home is where the heart is, and let me reassure you , Clarendale has plenty of heart. We found home. A few years ago, we moved into a new home in Bellevue. The sweetest couple lived behind us and they always talked about their daughter (Leslie Brown) who worked at Clarendale. She was there from the beginning and helped build it from the ground up. They shared with us how much she adored her job, the people she worked with, and most of all, the residents. This stuck with me, and Leslie was the first person I called when I knew that we needed to find an assisted living situation. We wanted to be in a place where the leaders love their job. That matters. In my conversation with her, I knew that Clarendale had all the things we were looking for...care, safety, and an encouraging future for my parents. Her devotion and passion for Clarendale spoke to me clearly. When we came for our initial visit and met with Jordan (Dir of Community Outreach), we were so incredibly impressed. We were anxious about finding the best place for my parents and he calmed our fears. He was very understanding of our situation and patient. What struck me and stuck with me was that when we were touring the facility, he would greet the residents by name and they were delighted to see him. It truly feels like you are family when you are a part of Clarendale. We immediately fell in love with the people and the place, and made plans for my parents to move in. My mom is in Independent Living and my dad is in Assisted Living. We have the joy of experiencing both aspects of Clarendale. Blake (Move-in Coordinator) made our move in so incredibly easy and hassle free. He worked hard to make sure it was an easy transition. Terry and Eric from Maintenance were right there to hang our tv/photos and they were settled in so quickly! We felt so very welcomed and we knew we had made the right choice. The moment we moved my dad in, the caring nurse and precious QLS team came in and kept saying, "We've been so excited for you to arrive...we've been waiting for you"! What a welcome. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. You will always be greeted with a smile when you first enter the building at the concierge desk, and it doesn't end there. All of the staff are so genuine and kind. You can tell that they truly enjoy being there and care for their residents. The nursing staff/QLS team are so attentive and eager to help. They are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. There are so many thoughtful accommodations for the residents to make life simpler and joyful. They left no stone unturned. My parents are unable to drive, so having transportation to the grocery, shopping, and Dr's appointments is priceless. Everything you need is right there at your fingertips. With my father having mobility challenges, it seemed like the only opportunities he was having to get out of the home was to go to doctor's appointments. Now that he is at Clarendale, he and my mom can go to the movie theater to enjoy a movie, attend a Ted Talk lecture in the Belvedere Room, sit in front of the fireplace and check out books from the library, enjoy rocking chairs in the courtyard, and listen to live music in the cafe. It would have been a huge challenge to have these experiences living at home. We feel like Clarendale has opened a wealth of opportunities that they would not have had and we are so grateful. We have a million reasons to call this home, and we are grateful to be here. This was a huge decision for our family and we couldn't be any more thankful that we chose Clarendale.

From my first visit, I knew I was finally at home. The staff here all know me by name, are so friendly, and go out of their way to help me with anything I need. My Mom and brother lived at Clarendale for 1.5 years and loved their time there. We first contacted Leslie who helped us find the perfect living situation for them. Leslie is compassionate, kind and professional. She guided us through the process with ease and truly has a heart for her work and the residents at Clarendale. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and pharmacies and the transportation they provide makes everything so easy. Many activities are offered throughout the day. My dad passed away in the facility. I went every day to care for him. There was on a regular bases a shortage of CG. Agencies had to come in. I had to clean, and request that the responsibilities of the facility be performed. Every day there was an issue. There was a great need for in-service on many aspect regarding Alzheimer's. I gave an in-service on who to use my dad's shower chair. They were not trained in the field of hospice care. ETC......
