I don't know where to begin on stating how wonderful this community is. From the Executive Director, Samantha to the Care staff, they are absolutely wonderful and so compassionate! My mom absolutely loves it here. She has been here for over a year and it has been a wonderful home to her. Thank you, Sterling Ridge staff for being nothing short of amazing! Can't thank you enough for ALL that you have done and continuously do for my mother!! You are ALL angels!

Several years ago my elderly dad moved out here to Vegas from Florida. Because he needed assistance, that started the arduous task of finding an assisted living facility. If you're reading this, then you know this can be a daunting process. Fortunately and relatively quick, I found Sterling Ridge Senior Living. Fast forward to today. My dad has since passed but when my wife's aunt needed assistance, Sterling Ridge was my choice for many reasons. First, the price is in our budget. Second, they work with several organizations like Physicians Choice and CareMore to bring skilled nurses in for physicals, rehabilitation, and testing. And lastly, the staff is super friendly and always helpful. I'd like to highlight one person in particular named Janice. I'm not sure of her role other than whenever I'm there, she is always getting the residents (assisted and memory care) involved in the planned activities from bingo, arts and crafts, sing-alongs, poem reading, memory games and even shares her dog Socks with the residents. Whether Janice's intent was to have Socks be a some sort of therapy dog, I believe their presence brings a comforting, therapeutic, and welcoming energy to Sterling Ridge. So if you are looking for a place for your loved one, definitely give Sterling Ridge your attention and say hi to Janice and Socks.

The team at Sterling Ridge deserves the highest praise for their unwavering dedication to their residents and their commitment to fostering a warm, supportive environment. From day one, the staff at Sterling Ridge made my father feel welcome and at home. The facility was always clean, well-maintained, and designed with the comfort and well-being of its residents in mind. The communication with my family was impeccable. Sterling Ridge made it a priority to keep us updated on my father's condition and any changes in his care plan. Their transparency and open communication allowed us to be active participants in his care, even from a distance. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff at Sterling Ridge took extraordinary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of their residents. They expertly navigated the difficult balance between strict safety protocols and maintaining an engaging, stimulating atmosphere for the seniors in their care. The team's creative approach to activities and social interactions allowed residents to continue enjoying a sense of community and connection despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. No one returns phone calls. Trying to get my mother moved to Texas. Sent request for documents to be sent to new facility over 30 days ago. Nothing has been done!! We are in jeopardy of losing her new place for her new room! Ridiculous!!!

In August 2022, I assisted in the relocation of my in-laws to this beautiful facility. After some research by my brother-in-laws, this was the place chosen. Upon my first step through their beautiful entrance, I could feel this being their new home. My husband and I were greeted with smiling faces and a wonderful reception by both staff and residents. My husband, myself, and my brother-in-law worked diligently in 3 days to make my in-laws their new apartment in the assisted living portion of the facility their new home! All of the staff helped in finding furnishing and were very helpful in any of the requests needed. Unfortunately, my 94 yr old mother-in-law after being released to hospice went back to their apt, into the angel arms of Brenda her hospice care nurse, and she passed away in Oct 2022 and wasn't able to experience the magnificent feeling of living there, but while she did, she was very pleased with the delicious meals and the fun activities provided. My father-in-law shortly after relocated to the wonderful memory care unit, which was perfect for his care and living arrangements. They even accommodated us with a guest room to stay in while we visited! He often spoke about how wonderful the Staff took such good care of him. Again, unfortunately, my 96 yr old father-in-law was released to hospice, Brenda was so accommodating to our family. He inpassed away Feb 2023, although we are sad, we know he couldn't live any longer without his bride of 74 years. The comfort we have is we know they are together and most importantly the last few months of their lives they lived in an extraordinary assisted living home! As for ourselves, we are sad that our connection with the staff, who became close friends, won't be as often, but we intend to keep in touch. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your beautiful care and love you all shared with our entire family. May God Bless you and your continued care!

Staff are nice but but a place for dementia patients. Staff not trained and area is not secure as they tell you.

When I was considering placing my husband at Sterling ridge I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the wellness of everyone there there was no hospital smell it was just like walking into a nice facility that offered care for both mental and assisted living residents. I highly recommend Sterling ridge to anyone facing putting a loved one into their facility. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have him spend his last days

This is a wonderful place for memory care. The staff are always friendly and caring. The location is always clean and they make it easy to visit your loved ones. I have been consistently impressed with the care my Mom has received there. The cost of care is reasonable and they even have a bus to take the patients out on weekly trips. This place and staff has made my Mom much more happy than the previous memory care facility she lived in and I am very grateful for this. I am so happy and grateful I found Sterling Ridge and can recommend it to anyone seeking such care for a loved one. You will not find a location with more caring staff and to me that is the most important thing.

This is the best assisted living place Ive had an experience with. They treated my brother with dignity and caring. Its a very pleasant place. Very friendly. They get to know the families. I ate lunch and dinner there several times. Food was excellent and a good variety.
