The entire staff has gone out of their way to help us with a very difficult situation. Working in memory care has to be very challenging, but they all have shown tremendous care and support. Not only has the staff provided outstanding care for our family member, they have been extremely helpful for the entire family.

Best facility of all the ones we had my father in. It wasn't cheap but the service was very good. He was in the memory care wing on the 3rd floor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They showed lots of care and patience.

I am writing this review on February 29, 2024. I just found out that Nancy Scenna is no longer the on-site Administrator and I am sad to see her leave. She was always a person I can count on to see that Mom's needs were being cared for. I also want to praise the housekeeping staff that are doing a great job. I still understand they are having a big turn over of employees which does affect the level of care. At this time I rate this a 3 star which has improved since my last review. .

It has taken me almost 9 months to write this review that should've been written last fall. My mom, who died at the glorious age of 96 spent her last three years at Paramount Senior Living At Bethel Park. The staff were caring and kind, even when they had extremely difficult patients assigned to them; the activities directors were wonderful, the front desk ladies could not have been nicer, and the kids who work in the kitchen were delightful and provided personalized care! It was a tough decision when we moved my Mom in, but it was the best decision we could have made. At the end of her life, the Paramount Hospice team were nothing less than angels.

Like every other place out there. Not many choices now because of covid. If your parent needs much care you need to be in there constantly keeping an eye on them. My friend who works there told me that many of the workers are going to vote for a union to come in. I am told there arw alot of these owned by the same person. Unions will help the patients and the staff.

Patients are neglected. Signals are ignored. There is even some abuse by some of the staff. My senior experienced some of the worst staff. When we first chose this place it was not as bad as it is. So bad that the nurses even neglect and ignore patients. Would not use this facility again. On one occasion my senior was brought in from a hospital stay and just dumped in the bed. No one came to help until I finally got there. Night shifts and weekends are the worst.

Paramount Bethel Park has been a great place for my father. When we started to inquire at a number of assisted living places, we found Paramount Bethel Park to be the best. Tonya, the Admissions Director, helped us greatly in this most confusing and difficult process. Since my father moved into Paramount, he has been cared for, loved and respected each and every day. For that and for their attention to detail for all of us we will be forever grateful. I would recommend Paramount Bethel Park without hesitation.
