I cannot thank the Belmont Sabre Springs team enough for guiding me through the senior living process. After losing my mom, my father needed a safe place that would treat him with dignity, respect and support. The food is incredible, their team, particularly Nadine, goes above & beyond always. It's a wonderful home for any aging parent! And feels like home.

I want to share the great experience my Mom had moving into Belmont Sabre Springs. We made the difficult decision to move my Mom after 6 months as another facility to Belmont Sabre Springs. Its something you hope you don't need to do but the previous facility was not run as we had been told it would. My Mom was very unhappy there from the first day. Well, then there is Belmont Sabre Springs…from the tour with Kelly and Kristen, through signing papers, they were both very professional, very engaging with my Mom and very informative. The staff all met us with smiles and several came into my Mom's unit the day of move-in to introduce themselves and welcome my Mom. She loved that. We had a small challenge during the move, we were able to ask Diane at the front desk (she's wonderful too) and she put in an order for maintenance, Ben came by so quickly and everything was fixed! So nice to have such great response! Lastly, they paired my Mom with a couple current residents to go with my Mom to meals, show her around and talk with her about activities. They even accompanied her to a couple activities. This was a game-changer for my Mom! She needed a little encouragement to get social and that was what she needed. I am a big fan of Belmont Sabre Springs, all the staff and how they have made my Mom feel so welcome! I couldn't be happier!

I liked that the residents intermingle at the different stages of care. The restraunt was a focus here, and they have a large menu of rotated items. The Belmont had a pool that many do not have on property.

I am continually impressed by the competence and caring exhibited by the personnel in the neighborhood. The competence should be a given it can be taught/trained. Caring and compassion are not teachable though and and I can only conclude that the staff is chosen for having these in abundance. May I specifically mention PAL Virgie in this regard and there are so many more that could be included. Priscilla seems very tuned in to what is happening with each resident and I feel that her leadership sets the tone. I’d give you six stars if I could.

I was very excited when we first moved my father to Belmont Village Sabre Springs. He suffers from Alzheimer's and the options they offered us sounded great. I had taken my father to tour several facilities nearby that also offered Memory Care. I was thrilled when he chose this place. Not only did I too like all they spoke about, but it was less than a mile from my home. He has lived at Belmont for about 18 months now. It has been a continuous struggle to get the staff to follow through on almost everything. I typically take my father out for an excursion once a week, have him to my home for dinner twice a week, and take him to various medical appointments 2-3 times a month. I always phone well in advance to remind the staff, I will be arriving at a specific time and please have him sitting in the lobby, dressed and ready for our outing. If medical reports are needed for a Doctor appointment, I generally give them several days notice and follow up with a reminder call that morning. Sadly, more often than not, he isn't in the lobby, when I locate him, he is often sitting in his room asleep, because no lights are on, blinds are closed, and no tv or music on. When I ask for his requested medical papers, they aren't available and no one seems to know about them. When I send emails or leave phone messages, it can take a week to receive a response if I receive one at all. I don't feel he is in danger, but I also don't feel he is receiving the level of stimulation, encouragement, or caregiving I was led to believe he would receive there, especially since this is one of the most expensive facilities available.

Belmont Village is a very nice place. It is attractive with lovely inviting seasonal decorations. It is clean and well organized. It is calm and attractive. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I visited a relative in his room. They room is spacious. The dining room is inviting. It is a nice experience to visit.

Night staff is so friendly, caring and kind. Elizabeth, LVN and Andre greeted me with a smile. They were very accommodating and appear to love their jobs. Their attention to all the residents is admirable.

If you have an independent family member or friend who needs a home, Belmont Village is a lovely place. They are doing their best when it comes to assisted living care for residents with memory related conditions. As more staff becomes available, this will hopefully improve and I will update this review.

We needed an assisted living facility that offered a wide range of care for its residents to accommodate my parents’ individual needs. Belmont Village is the perfect solution for our family! The facility itself is beautiful, bright, and uplifting, with lots of activities and services offered. Most importantly, the caregiving staff and administrators are so wonderful! I can rest so much easier knowing that my parents are being looked after by people who really care about them. I also really appreciate that there is a nurse on site at all times. Belmont Village truly has been such a wonderful choice for my parents!

We couldn't be happier with Belmont Village Saber Springs. Our mom loves living there. She likes her apartment, the facility, loves the food. She feels safe there. She loves the fact that they always know where she is, it makes her feel safe. She's made a lot of friends there. And all of this makes our hearts full knowing that she is getting everything that she needs, like getting her medications everyday, and eating good meals, and exercising, and socializing.

I have worked here 10 years. It has been the greatest experience of my life. We have 14 care givers that have been here more than 10 years. Most of the staff has been here more than 5 years. I enjoy watching our team love and care for residents and families. There is not a better place to work in senior living.

Let me begin by saying this community has saved many lives. My grandmother lived here for 5 years and i have never experienced an issue. The pals are so caring, they treat each resident as their own family member. My grandma was on hospice twice and recovered thanks to the help of the staff. She would always say how much she loved living here and how much easier her life had became. She loved that she didnt have to cook or clean the most! I enjoyed visiting her because it was like being in a hotel each time!! The food is beyond delicious and they throw the best celebrations for the residents. I just wanted to thank every single person at Belmont Village for all that they have done to make my grandmothers final years all that she dreamed of. I hope to retire and live here one day.
