My grandma has been there a couple years and is so happy. I came to an art class they do and saw how much the other people enjoy it too. The Easter brunch was so nice I appreciate all the effort the ladies put in it showed they care. I would for sure recommend to other families

I have been here for some time for Rehab. Their Rehab. Dept. Is OUTSTANDING. Staff is excellent snd very caring. Administrator is VERY HANDS ON AND EFFICIENT!!!!

My 39 year old son broke his hip and had surgery. After his hospital stay he needed additional rehab. He spent two weeks at Signature Pointe. All the staff were welcoming and made sure he felt comfortable. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and he was evaluated by PT on Saturday. All of his PT and OT sessions were time well spent and encouraged him to progress towards independence. Most of his requests were responded to in a timely matter. If the need ever arises again, when a family member required rehab, I would not hesitate to call Signature Pointe.

I have been a family member here for years and these people have become family. She's been on both sides and I've never had any issues that were not taken care of instantly. The girls in the office are so nice and you can tell they really care. I would recommend them to anyone and am very happy

Could not recommend more!!! My father in law has had such a good experience, all of the staff are so helpful. Big shoutout to Heather, she has been so helpful answering all of my questions, making me feel 100% comfortable bringing him there. The therapy and service as a whole was excellent.

We were very impressed with the cordial level of service in the dining room. Also loved visiting with current residents who had very positive things to say about Signature Pointe. Premises were kept in pristine condition. The unit we toured was exceptional.

My grandpa has been there for a couple years and just had a fall so he went to the other side and it's been so cool to see his friends come visit. The head nurse is awesome and even gave us her personal cell so we could check on him. Amanda is who I usually called and has been amazing through this whole process. Could not recommend more

My grandma has been living here for three years and absolutely LOVES IT. She went from an apartment to nursing and is having so much fun with all the activities they do. Shes made friends and has so much to talk to me about every time I visit her! Couldn’t suggest this place more!

Very caring facility, my mom was there for three weeks and she was well taken care of. She had an emergency and had to be transported to a hospital, the nurse called me and I missed the call and they made sure to reach out to me 15 minutes later (they were having to perform cpr till the ambulance got there). Everyone was wonderful that was involved with my mom's care. The only concern I had was when I called back the person that answered the phone was not very professional and yawned on the phone when I told her I had a missed call that my mom had an emergency she then transferred me to my moms floor. Overall great facility.

Signature Point delivered exceptional care to my mother during a very difficult time in her life. 90% of the staff were amazing, so much so, that my mom bought gifts for some of them before she was discharged. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Signature Pointe on the Lake provided exceptional care for my 86-year-old mother during her rehabilitation. Following a hip replacement, as well as fractures in her lower back and pelvis, the team developed a comprehensive and effective rehabilitation plan. The nurses and therapists exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, expertise, and compassion. They communicated clearly, ensured engaging activities for all patients, and delivered care that far surpassed what we had hoped for. Wonderful place for rehabilitation and physical/mental therapy! Really do take the time to care for your loved one. Staff and head of Signature Point always in contact. No just sitting in a room, they keep your loved one active and cared for! Really a good place. Highly recommend Signature Point if in need for therapy or a place to care for your loved one.

I contacted Signature Pointe to get some information on assisted living facilities for my mom. I spoke with Chelsea who provided me with a wealth of information and helped put my mind at ease about mom losing her independence. Signature Pointe appears to be a wonderful place for my mom to reside in and make new friends, especially if the staff members are as helpful and friendly as Chelsea is. Came to visit when my aunt needed skilled nursing. First, talked to Abby who was so sweet and explained everything. She introduced me to Amanda because we may want to have her transition to Independent Livinh after her skilled stay. You can tell both of them clearly enjoy and love what they do. So happy the hospital told me about Signature Pointe!

My mother was there in memory care. Choosing this location was a great decision. The business office, especially Vee was great to work with and always responsive. Alecia and the second floor memory care staff were always caring and considerate. I always felt like my Mom was in great hands. Business Office My dad moved into the assisted living floor last fall and they have taken great care of him. But this review is about "V" in the business office. We were having a very difficult time getting my dad's long term care insurer pay our claims. "V" worked with me personally on several occasions, to work thru the barriers the insurer kept throwing up. She was tremendously helpful and an invaluable resource. Her help is greatly appreciated and is just another sign of the overall quality of the support and care your loved one will receive at Signature Pointe.

The hospital gave us a list of places for my mom for short term rehab. I went and toured with a lovely young lady, Abby, who was so sweet and knowledgable about what would happen. The stay was great and my mom was able to return home after about 3 weeks. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Signature Pointe from February16 to April 9 this year as a rehab patient recovering from a serious foot surgery. Had no idea what to expect from such a long stay in assisted living but I had to have this surgery. I can say not only was I well taken care of, I enjoyed my time there and it was a little hard to say goodbye to some people. Nurses, the physical therapy staff, administration... Everyone was great! Attitude in that place was awesome and it was cool how everyone on staff got along and worked together. I was there long enough to get to know some of the residents on the first floor. That was fun and they all seemed to be very happy there. My insurance sent Signature Pointe to me as one of several options. I live close so I stopped in one afternoon late January and Ronald was gracious enough to take me on a tour. I told my surgeon and insurance Signature Pointe is where we are going. I'm still doing PT at home but as soon as I'm back in shoes I want to stop in to tell everyone on the third floor thanks again. I want to say I even had a lot of fun in there. (Totally unexpected) Think I'll check on some of my friends on the first floor. Rehab or assisted living, I would seriously look at Signature Pointe.

My mom needed Assisted Living so I looked for these things: her safety, good care, and an environment where she can be happy. Due to a fall mom needed Rehab care first and Signature Pointe is the only place I've seen that provides all levels of care. We spent a month in their Rehab and I got to see firsthand the level of medical care and custodial care that they provide and was very impressed. When released from Rehab we simply moved downstairs to Signature Pointe Assisted Living which was much less traumatic than changing places. The level of care is excellent and the food is pretty good. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it's clear they truly care about what they do. They treat their residents with respect. Mom is kinda picky but she is very happy with Signature Pointe and everyone on the staff. She's meeting other residents that say the same. The old saying is true: Mom's happy so I'm happy! Thanks Signature Pointe.

My mother has been there for 20 days in rehab and this place has just been so wonderful to her she doesn't want to leave! We looked at signature point for assisted living but my mom wanted to be closer to her church but we would have 100% put her at signature it's a beautiful place. We were in a crisis mode for my family and Signature Point was a great solution and a great help with my mother. She needed emergency skilled nursing placement and the team was able to secure placement for her at a moments notice. Julie, the community relations representative was very helpful when selecting a place for my mother to live in order to be safe and cared for. The move in process was very easy and put our minds at ease knowing our mother would have access to socialization, activities, meals, medicine management and some independence while living at the facility. It's never easy making this choice for a loved one however we believe we have selected the right environment and location for my mother to thrive and live her best life. We are truly blessed to have the staff at Signature Point to oversee our mothers care at this stage in her life. The security we have knowing our mother is being cared for is a huge relief and we know she will blossom at Signature Point.

My mom was recently there for therapy after having surgery and they went above and beyond. The social services worked with the retirement side and helped us find a new place where she could continue her therapy and has been so happy. We should have done this years ago but are so thankful that we found the right place.

My grandma had to come for skilled nursing and they were so awesome we convinced her to stay for assisted living where she coke continue out patient therapy. Amanda, Liz and Chrissy were awesome I am eternally grateful for the care and love they provided! Would recommend to anyone considering nursing or assisted living!

Visited 5 assisted living and memory care places and ended up choosing Signature Pointe for my mother. Signature Pointe is an all-in-one facility with Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing. I ended up choosing it not only for its location but for its staff and comfortable setting, i.e. dining area, courtyard, plenty of lighting, etc. The 1BR apartment had plenty of room for her furniture. Honestly, the apartments are a bit dated, but that's not what I cared about most. The staff for Assisted Living are all very welcoming, engaging and willing to work out the best path for senior adults to be in happier place. Talking with some of the residents, they seemed to be very happy at Signature Pointe. After initially moving my mother in, Julie, the sales rep, went out of her way to help my mother transition from rehab at another facility to the Assisted Living floor. She sold me on how much they try to engage with the residents and provide the care they need. Alysia, the Director of Nursing, is very transparent, communicative and willing to discuss the best careplan needed for my mother whose both mental and physical health were unfortunately declining fast. It's only been less than a month, but I would certainly refer Signature Pointe to others as an option.

My mom has has a terrible UTI. We finally found this wonderful place Singnature Pointe in Dallas. I have been extremely impressed with all of staff especially the social workers, administrator, and especially the nurses! My mom has the most wonderful nurses named Brooke (I am probably spelling that incorrectly!) and Melvin. The most important thing is that my mother loves her nurses! Mom also likes the facility and the food! She sees the doctor three times a week. They monitor her blood work several times a week, and they check her urine. They catch anything going on very fast! They have a love for their patients, and it is very obvious. I will give another update in a couple of weeks.

My father was at Signature for months recuperating from multiple strokes. Everyone was wonderful. The facility was clean and peaceful. The staff was compassionate and responsive. Sandy, who helped us coordinate benefits and home health care, was amazing.

The Administrator Sandi Adorizzi treats every patient like they are a family member. She does the same with the nurses and staff that work there. The patients are happy and continue to get better. It’s a very caring environment. Signature Pointe would definitely be my number one choice if my mom needed care.

We had to make the hard choice to send my mom to skilled nursing. We were very hesitant to send her anywhere but the hospital assured us that signature pointe was a great option. The therapy team was amazing. I’m sure that the therapy was the reason my mom got to go home and resume her life as before! The social worker, Chrissy, helped us every step of the way. From updates to planning the best option for my mom when it was time to go home. I think we could not have done this without the whole staff. Thanks to all!
