A very nice, safe and reasonably well kept facility. Fairly attractive older style building and grounds. Some issues with understaffing, particularly in the dining room, four executive directors in the last year but all in all a nice place to live. Many activities available. Friendly, caring staff.

It was a great experience. Everyone was so nice and received alot of great information. the staff was wonderful, The marketing team was great. first place i went to that really listened and are working hard to work with my budget.

Finally!! Someone who’s doing their job. Armando Rodriguez is the new Executive Director and he seems to be working hard to fix the issues with their Admin staff. For months no one would respond to emails or follow up with issues. He is on top of it and super friendly!! I am finally feeling optimistic about moving my mother here. It’s a beautiful facility just been neglected by previous management. I look forward to seeing the positive changes coming under his leadership! My mom feels loved and cared for by their staff too. © Highly recommend.

The team at San Martin took wonderful care of my mother from her initial move all the way through to in-home hospice care and her passing. Not having to move when entering hospice care was good for her, and I'm glad that option was available at San Martin. They were flexible and understanding with me occasionally staying with my mother in her apartment both before and after she went into hospice care. The facility was always clean, the food generally good, and, most importantly, the staff there care about their work and the people in their charge. In particular, I'm giving them 5 stars because of my experiences with Rosie David, the Services Director, and Toni Carter, a med tech that worked with my mother. Rosie was on top of everything going on there. She was both pleasant and found time to deal with me no matter how many other things she had going on. Rosie was responsive even on her off days, and always knew exactly what was going on with my mom. Toni not only took good care of my mother, but obviously felt for her and was a strong advocate for her, giving me sound advice on how to properly instruct people regarding my mother's care. My mother and I looked at a few facilities before she moved into San Martin. Both she and I thought San Martin was a good fit for her, and I am glad we selected them.

My grandma loves it here. However, they need more staff & management staff. It's expensive to eat with your relative for barely any food, you can't charge it to the room & there's no atm.

I am looking for a place for my mom and I came upon a great Memory Care facility. It is a very spacious place that would be a great fit for my mom. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by Paulette, She was friendly and had a sweet spirit! Valerie, the Director, was super helpful, you could tell she loves what she does. She took me around the facility. It was very nice, well kept and clean. The rooms were a good size. Every worker was friendly and each one greeted me as I walked around. I loved the courtyard that was in the center so that on those nice days the residence could enjoy the sunshine. There is a nice area where they were playing bingo. Plenty of activities. There is also another area that people could quietly watch tv or visit with family. Pacifica is #1 on my list !

I recommend Pacifica senior living for whoever is looking for safe and clean and caring place for their loved ones! I am very happy. I picked this place to Move my 96 years old French Friend Who doesn’t have anyone to look after her ! She’s very happy over there and so do I. My mother stayed at this facility for about a year. The working staff that took care of her are wonderful and patient. There were some issues but they were worked out by the director Dwight. Thank you for your help.

Our family took some time searching for a new home for my parents, who are in need of daily help with a few things. I live in CA and my parents don't want to leave LV. So, the search began for the perfect place for them. How impressive the 1 bedroom apartments are! There will be plenty of room for them, and we are very happy with our choice with choosing Pacifica San Martin. Thanks for the amazing guidance we have received from Shannon, she gave us some amazing tips and has really helped a difficult time to be much easier !

Pacifica San Martin is a beautiful community. They have so many activities for their residents to do and the Activity Director has done an excellent job with keeping their residents engaged while providing the residents an outlet to keep their independence. The Executive Director, Dwight is great and very involved with his residents. He is always out and about within the community engaging with the residents and staff.

My husband and I toured Pacifica San Martn this week and enjoyed it very much. We were greeted by a very friendly staff who showed sincerity and were truly happy to be there. We are touring for my mom as she will be moving here this month and I’m looking for the perfect community for her. What’s important to us is activity, friendship, and Good healthy Well balanced meals. And of course any type of assistance that she will be needing. The location is perfect, it’s right off the freeway next- to San Martn Hospital. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around, pretty much everything she will be needing! We can’t wait to come back and tour with her as Pacifica San Martin is at the very top of our list!

My grandmother needed to be transferred from her Rehab Center to an Assisted Living facility to call "Home". We received a referral for Pacifica Senior Living and they have been wonderful since day one. Kiel Hale - the Community Relations Director has been a god send, even allowing my grandmother to stay in one of their furnished suites so that we didn't have to drive down to Lake Havasu in the middle of the night to collect her furniture and immediately bring it down to her new apartment. It can be very hard to pull the trigger and have your loved one stay in a retirement community but after touring and visiting almost every single one in the Las Vegas Valley, even Las Ventanas, Pacifica hands down has our vote and their staff is incredible. Thank you Kiel and Pacifica Senior Living!

This is a beautiful facility, clean. The people living there looked very happy. Darla, Lori & Bo were so helpful and understanding of our situation. They went over and beyond to help try to get dad situated here.

After losing my father this year, I needed to find somewhere for my mother to live. I toured this facility a few times and others without an appointment just so I could really get a good feel for the place. I wanted someplace where I can sleep at night knowing my mother is in a safe, clean, and good environment. Pacifica San Martin made me feel at home every time I came in. When I brought my mother in to look around, she was very nervous but Jonathan, the office manager, took the extra time to show my mother around and explain to her what her new home would entail. He answered all of her questions and calmed her fears about making this transition. My mom's apartment is beautiful and they have every kind of amenity she had in her own home, cable, wifi, etc. This assisted living center has a movie theatre, a pub, church services and an activities room. Every time I have come in to visit the receptionist staff is cheerful and always very helpful. I have passed housekeeping in the halls and they are all very friendly. My mom feels safe here and loves the food and all the extra circular activities such as WII bowling. The facility has field trips quite often and the residents, if they don't drive, are taken grocery shopping once a week. Beau, is the property manager and is also very pleasant and throughly explained to my mother all the necessary paperwork that needed to be filled out upon her move in. Once again, taking the time to explain to my mother and ease her fears. The nurses are very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Susie made sure my mom had all her medical paperwork in order. Thank you Pacifica for not only giving my mom a great place to live but allowing me to rest easier at night knowing she is in very good hands.
