Understaffed with untrained individuals. Clearly a management problem. I'd look at the Facolity director as the weak link!!! Also, they only staff 1 RN Monday thru Friday. EMT intervention is the only option for medical procedures. They have 0 experience with patients on Oxygen. Most of the staff have heavy accents which makes communication with hard of hearing residents almost impossible. Silver lining, the landscaping is beautiful.

The Vancouver Assisted Living Facility is a great place for our loved ones who need assistance to live. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help and make their days enjoyable through various activities. The facilities are spacious and beautiful. I highly recommend it.

Building looks nice, but I'm a little put off by the attitude of some of the employees. I feel like they can't be bothered and I feel like their attitudes can be a little disrespectful towards the elderly who are already stressed about being in a new place and losing their freedom. I also think that the amount they charge a month is ridiculous.

My girlfriends grandmother lived here. They were wonderful and attentive to her needs until she passed away. The staff were friendly and took very good care of her. The dining was really nice with any time dining. Highly recommend this facility.

A friends family member has lived there for 2 years now. This has been the best place they have been in. There are activities that keep them all busy throughout the day. The staff there is on top of their care for residents.

This is a great place for my dad. He as everything he needs here. The staff are always nice and attentive. Debbie Woolery, the Director, is always on her toes to make sure it's being ran properly. I'm very thankful for all who work here.

Mom has lived here 9 years and loves living here. We love that she is busy and happy. She frequently reminds us that she is busy at certain times if we plan to visit. We so appreciate their Executive Director Debbie. She goes above and beyond for residents and families Her staff are genuinely caring people who seem to love providing care. Debbie is attentive to resident needs and plans events and decorates beautifully for the very appreciated special events The building is well maintained and kudos to Cogir for facility improvements. Hint: an overhang is needed at front driveway to protect during our wet winters please? Mom’s only complaint is food quality and variety. She appreciates meals we bring or going out with us. But that can’t always happen so hoping changes on the horizon. We were a bit nervous when Cogir took over from Brookdale. I am sure it was lots of work for staff but they made it seem seamless to us! I hope Cogir appreciates and supports their employees they deserve the best as they sure deliver it!

We have lived here for over a year and absolutely love it! Lots of fun activities including Happy Hour in the Bistro every Tues and Thurs with entertainment and your drink of choice. Dining is SUPER! Dining room is open every day from 7AM to 7PM with homemade soups including New England Clam Chowder every Friday. Super Salad Bar available. Your choice of 5 entrees everyday and sides to go with them. You can even get Breakfast all day! And, to top it off, there are always a couple choices for dessert and a choice of 3 different ice creams. The servers are all wonderful and know everyone by name, so you get personalized service. Weekly housekeeping and landscaping is included too! I would strongly recommend you check this place out for a wonderful work-free retirement environment!’•
