Many staff members at Touchmark are so willing to help residents. Of mention today is Garet, the tech guy. Once a week Garet is available to help residents with cell phones or with the Community Engagement app. The app is so perfect for keeping one informed about events, menus, and also contains a resident directory. If you need help with any of this, Garet is your guy!

Touchmark is a wonderful place! My grandfather has been a resident here for many years. Everyone on staff takes such great care of the residents, and they make it a loving environment for them to live. In particular, Touchmark has so many fun activities for them to do, from birthday dinners, exercise classes, social events, and our favorite--the weekly root beer floats on Fridays. I get to come each Friday with my youngest child and enjoy ice cream together in their cafe with my grandfather and other family members that can join us. Touchmark is a very clean environment, and does not look or smell like a typical assisted living center. I have not seen a better option out there. Highly recommend!

I never knew such a nice retirement community existed until I visited Touchmark! This place is so inviting and nicely decorated! I was amazed to see a cafe, a hair salon and a gathering place for residents, just to name a few. The staff are all smiling and warmly greet you. The full-service aspect covers everything from changing lightbulbs to major repairs, and even switching out flowers in the flower beds for seasonal color. There are beautiful outdoor areas around the property and it’s so cute seeing the residents zipping around on their golf carts! I just feel like it’s a great place to live tucked away in the most convenient location! One more big factor for me…It does not have the typical off-putting smell from every other retirement place or nursing home I have visited! All in all, I was very surprised at the quality of living provided by Touchmark for their residents. You can really see they care, and want to provide a lovely place for people in this stage of their lives.

I have lived at Touchmark for a 1.5 years now and really enjoy it. It is wonderful to be able to live in a new house and have all the maintenance taken care of. My favorite thing is the exercise program. Having the classes so close and instructors who make it fun is a great way to stay in shape. The staff all try very hard to truly help us live the "FULL" life. Getting to know the other residents has made closer relationships than I had in a regular neighborhood.

I moved my parents into Touchmark over 2 years ago (Apr 2022). My father passed away a little over 3 months later and my mother is still going strong at 91. As I watched the health care staff care for my father through that time and continue to watch over the needs of my mother, I am amazed at the level of care and compassion exemplified by everyone. Having experienced relatives, friends and clients in various facilities, I honestly do not believe there is a place that compares to Touchmark. I would recommend and have recommended Touchmark to many.

Touchmark has been our home for three years. I am living a retirement dream. We are active seniors and live in a home with a two-car garage. Currently, I take part in outside community activities. Our Life Enrichment team also has a variety of activities scheduled on-site throughout the day. Touchmark supplies yard work, home maintenance, and weekly housekeeping. I just look at the menu at mealtime and decide what I want to eat. Our chef is wonderful. No more grocery shopping or cooking. The high school and college kids that serve us are like grandchildren you get to see every day. The health and fitness director will assess you and find an exercise class that will enhance your health. Friends gather and visit the Pub in the evenings. It is wonderful to know all my neighbors and live where we feel safe. Touchmark is a great place to spend this season of my life.

We moved to Touchmark in October 2019. I do not remember when I have laughed every day and enjoyed my new friends – whether in exercise classes, at meals, having a glass of wine at the pub, or a sandwich and chatting at Charley’s. The Touchmark team has become our extended family. I am happy we will never have to move again. We enjoy living at Touchmark.
