My mother moved in 5 months ago and she has been so happy there. Every single staff member, from the person who welcomes you at the door, to the care staff, to the maintenance staff, has been so kind and helpful to my mom and our whole family. Executive leadership is responsive and helpful. They have a ton of activities available each day. The in-house physical therapy has been a game changer for my mom's mobility. I can tell that they take the health and happiness of every resident very seriously. We have been very happy with the decision to move in.

We cannot even begin to express how phenomenal the Crossroads At Bon Air is as a community. If you are looking at options for your parents, look no further than CABA!. My father was a resident in the memory care side and he received the utmost in care. Tony, Joyce, and their entire amazing team were professional, caring, kind, loving, and they provided such a peaceful environment for him and all memory care residents. We are so very fortunate that my mother now lives in this community, and she has experienced the same joy, love, welcoming environment, professionalism, and friendly attitude from the entire staff. CABA is first class all the way!

I cannot recommend the Crossraods at Bon Air enough. My father in-law spent his last days on memory care unit with exceptional care. From the top on down, the staff at Crossroads are friendly, compassionate, and respectful with a philosophy of kindness and support.

Our family can't say enough about the cleanliness and that staff at The Crossroads @ Bon air. We had a family member that was very difficult. I can't explain how patient the staff was with her. We used the hospice through this facility and they were absolutely AMAZING! The director Lynn Marchant was so friendly and understanding and helped us navigate this difficult time. The memory care unit could benefit from a structured activities throughout the day to provide cognitive and social stimulus that is needed for the residents. Hiring a Certified Recreation Therapist would greatly benefit the residents in the time they have remaining.

My mom just moved in and we are all so happy we found this place for her. Everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful and she has enjoyed many of the activities already. We hope it will be a perfect fit and she will be there for years to come.

3 different management companies in under 5 yrs. Rates go up annually. Food is just ok. Lots of staff turnover. They charge residents $75/mo for comcast /interrnet. My mom uses NEITHER but still charged MONTHLY for it. Soooo ridiculous!

My family and I would like to commend the staff from administration, the Director of Nursing down to the one on one caregivers. My mom recently passed away but through all her health struggles, she was well taken care of and considered Crossroads her home. I wish she had more time to enjoy all the activities. We feel she was treated with respect and staff went out of their way to make her and the family feel special. We are forever grateful. Thank you for all your hard work.

Sadly, it is only "okay" for over 4k a month! The food and dining leave much to be desired! They are not consistent at all in the dining . NOW they're adding a mandatory $75 fee for Comcast. Regardless if you want it. Plus high turnover. Ridiculous! Look elsewhere! MzoEroom.

After visiting many different facilities, Crossroads at Bon Air came out on top! We are impressed with the caring staff, the variety of activities offered and the genuine support of the residents. We feel all staff are advocates for the residents. It appears to be a happy and positive environment for everyone. CABA was taken over by new managment this past summer (2022) Hoping for improvement. There has not been any! ALL new staff, poor response time, no follow through. No longer somebody working the front desk 24/7. A lot of turnover w residents in Indpendent living.

"After visiting many memory care units, I kept comparing them to what I saw at The Crossings at Bon Air. Upon my first visit to the community, the staff stood out. I have been very fortunate to have worked with the staff at CABA and some of their residents for almost 2 years. I would like to give an account of an experience I had right before Christmas this past year, that was extremely impactful to me. We worked with a resident that was on their way back from the hospital, She had already been dealing with a serious illness that unfortunately didn't have a good prognosis. However, she was steadfast that she wanted to get back to her home, which was at the Crossings at Bon Air. When the ambulance brought her in, part of the doctors orders were that she would be on oxygen. It had not yet arrived. They had no choice but to take her back to the hospital if it wasn't available. Amanda, who is part of the team at CABA, jumped into action. Within minutes, she was able to obtain the necessary oxygen and supplies that were needed. It was amazing really. And way beyond what I've ever seen in this situation. Typically the resident would have had to have been transferred back to the hospital. Once she was made comfortable at home... was when the real magic started.... The apartment had several people in it. Among them were the resident, a family member, myself, one of our caregivers, and....Amanda. She gave comfort to her...and asked if she could sing a song. She chose Silent Night. Amanda sung it beautifully... and the resident was so at ease... There was not a dry eye in the room. It was truly amazing to have been witness to it. It was Powerful the level of genuineness, and positive impact it had on all of us. Great people work there, and they really care. That's exactly what I would want for my loved ones.

The staff here is so friendly and extremely in tune to the residents! The sales staff especially Bebe Jessee is so kind and caring!! I only hope when the time comes they have room for ME!!! I would be honored to have a place in this community!

The prices are reasonable for the area and the amenities are excellent. I’d recommend to anyone who is needing to leave their independent home for a safer environment and who is craving more community!

They were purchased by a corporation. The food is very high fat and very high carb and frequently tastless. The staff turn over makes your head spin. As long as you/your loved one can do 90% for themself, they will be fine, but don't expect decent help if you/they require more assistance. Transportation is helpful. Activities are well planned. Just don't become sick or disabled. You are also required to use Verizon for internet, cable and phone. It is VERY high priced for the slowest internet Verizon offers, and at times the whole system goes down so there is no phone, internet or TV for days at a time.
