Reviews The Chelsea Assisted Living at Warren
July 2023
It is a beautiful and safe place for assisted living. Different activities daily and good food.
October 2022
My Mom has been at the Chelsea for over 5 years now in the Country Cottage (memory care). While there have been ups and downs, overall the care has been excellent. My sister and I drop in about 4X/week and always find her out of her room, dressed, clean, and with others. She survived the pandemic, hospice, and unlike her previous location has not had one UTI. The Chelsea has always been responsive to any of our issues when we raise them. I don't think we could find a better place.
July 2022
The Chelsea At Warren is beautiful and very clean. I love the homey feeling and decor! The staff is always welcoming and friendly in addition to very accommodating when we visit. I feel that we have made the right choice for our mother.
May 2022
My mom is a resident at the Cottage for Dementia Care. I cannot thank the staff enough for the service and level of care that my mom is currently receiving. Just the other day, she had a moment of clarity. She thanked us for choosing the Chelsea at Warren for her. She said everyone is nice and they take good care of her. She also mentioned that she likes the meals they provide. It brings me great comfort knowing that we made the right choice in choosing the best for her. I highly recommend The Chelsea at Warren.
May 2022
My mother has been a resident in an assisted living apartment in The Chelsea at Warren for 1 1/2 years. She has a beautiful one bedroom apartment which we decorated to look just like her home that she lived in for 50 years. Mom moved in during the pandemic and we were immediately so impressed by the great effort that was made by everyone on the staff to help her transition flow smoothly. Everyone was so helpful and accessible to us during this challenging time. My Mom is well looked after, loves the food and has made a lovely little circle of friends.
May 2022
My family member moved into The Chelsea at Warren earlier this year and has been extremely happy there since day one. I am very thankful for all of the communication and support from every member of the staff. While visiting The Chelsea at Warren everyone in my family remarks how clean all of the facilities are and how well kept they keep everything.
May 2022
I wish I had a picture to share on here of my moms face when she is socializing with her new friends in the wonderful facility that feels like home. The Chelsea is immaculate and the food is very good which was a huge priority when we were looking at different places. The transition was smooth and exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and compassionate and knew my name and by my second visit. Also when I call the staff for a request or have a question they are immediately available. If they are busy I get a phone call back within minutes. I hope when I get to that age that I can be lucky enough to be able stay at this community assisted living facility. I also just want to say the Director of community relations, Linda Caminiti is Amazing as well. Everyone there is solution based and light hearted. 5 stars for sure.
May 2022
I am completely satisfied with The Chelsea at Warren. The staff is caring and friendly. The many daily activities keep my young minded mother engaged and involved with the other residents. She has many new friends to enjoy meals and events. She gets all the attention she deserves. I am very pleased that my family found such a great place.
May 2022
the Chelsea at Warren has been taking amazing care of my grandparents for a few years now. They started out in independent living and when my grandmother passed away and my grandfather needed more care, the staff were amazing in helping us transition him from independent living to assisted living. I would highly recommend the Chelsea at Warren for their amazing staff and the peace of mind they provide; I know my family is safe and comfortable living there.

November 2021
My mother-in-law moved into The Chelsea at Warren four years ago. We have found the community to be incredibly kind and caring. The staff encourages each resident to take part in a variety of activities they offer... movies, arts and crafts, bus trips to Sunday Mass or just to go sightseeing, and walks to enjoy the beautiful grounds. We are so happy we found The Chelsea at Warren!

The staff at The Chelsea at Warren are wonderful people. They go above & beyond to make the residents feel special. I couldn't imagine a better place for my family member.
February 2021
I have been involved in the senior care business for over a dozen years and have referred many families to the Chelsea Assisted Living at Warren. The Chelseas management and team of Caregivers are very responsive, and make it obvious that they care about their residents and families. I have referred several friends to this Chelsea community and those that moved in really appreciated the advice. We plan to move my Father-in-Law into this community as soon as an apartment is available. We feel very confident he will receive the best care possible in a warm, friendly, and fun community.
June 2020
I have to say that during these very challenging times in which we now live, The Chelsea of Warren has gone above and beyond our expectations. Their only concern is for the safety and welfare of our loved ones. They were way ahead of the curve with safety measures, proactive staff training and protective adjustments and lifestyles for their clients. Covid-19 issues have been few and those that did occur were handled immediately with only the best care and expertise. I could not be more comfortable with the care that my mom has received.
April 2020
My mom has been happy with the friendly and caring staff, her lovely apartment and the beautifully kept grounds. The senior team is very responsive to family members questions and concerns as well.
April 2020
I worked at the Chelsea for 4 years it was the best job I ever had .and I worked with the best people and I had the best boss. I really miss them all. I enjoyed helping all the residents
March 2020
Terrific staff-kind, attentive, patient and professional. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if my mother has a problem or concern, staff is available day or night.
September 2016
My Mother-in-law has been in the Memory Care Unit at Chelsea (Warren) for 9 months. Her needs are adequately taken care of and she is comfortable, for which we are thankful. The level of care ranges from very good to very mediocre, as we have found the staff, aides highly variable (mainly related to ability to communicate and individual experience). One issue of limited staffing is that the seniors often wait unsupervised for long periods to be allowed into their locked rooms to go to bed.We were just informed (Dec 9, 2015) that there would be an increase for my mother-in-laws room rate from $243 to $265, DAY, an unbelievable 9.1% (the social security benefit increase for most seniors in 2016 is 0%). This seems unreasonable, as the quality of care has remained unchanged for the past six months. (It may be due to costs associated with the ongoing construction at the Chelsea). Nevertheless, this serves as a reminder to do due-diligence before selecting a home for a loved on
