The entire team at Karcher Senior Living is wonderful. Paul, Monica, Jill, and Lila go above and beyond to create the best experience for their residents. The Acute Rehab that my mom was admitted to was spectacular! The therapy team worked with my mom to get her back home, where she desired to be. The social worker was very informative and provided support and suggestions for care services that are needed to keep her safe at home. The Nursing and care team was informative, on schedule, caring, and kind. The meals were very healthy. Thank you, Karcher Post Acute! You are the best!

Mom just passed, after 6+ years at Karcher, and she loved being there. The competent care, warm facilities, good food, enjoyable activities and especially the personable staff all made it a terrific experience for her. Our family members were put at ease knowing that Mom was well cared for and watched over when we couldn’t be there.

The staff is top. notch. The rooms have heating and air conditioning. There are three call light switches in every room. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Menus are filled with good food and variety. There is cable for tv in every room. There is an exercise class M - F. There are inhouse nurses and a doctor. There is transportation provided to doctors appointments. There is an inhouse laundry and cleaning of rooms. .

I am a new person at Karcher Senior Living. My experience with Karcher had been exceptional. The staff are Responsive, Kind and Supportive. The served meals are very good. A***** The residents love the activities. Nice apartments. I would certainly recommend placing a loved one here.

Housekeeping staff are wonderful. They do a very great job in cleaning my apartment. Very courteous and friendly always ask if I’ve had a concern. Dietary staff in the dining area are helpful if you need something like vinegar for spinach the get it. Ask if you need any drinks or assistance they are very busy assisting residents. Business staff assist with financial needs are courtesy Maintenance fellows are always very busy, but will stop to help you when you need help.

Family friend is a resident. When I visited I found her room was clean and spacious. There was a weekly calendar of activities at her bedside and it was easy to find staff if I had a question.

From my experience, the team is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about what you have to say. Whether it’s Bailey at the front desk, Travis in maintenance, or anyone else on the team, I always feel confident that my questions will be answered, or that I’ll be connected with someone who can help. The residents are happy, engaged, and always a joy to chat with. It’s a warm, welcoming environment all around.

Overall this facility is well maintained and the majority of the staff is competent and friendly. Main disappointments are; incredibly expensive rent rates with large annual rent increases, tiny food portions at meal times (residents still need to go grocery shopping or have groceries delivered) and lack of security (caught tweakers wandering the hallways looking for food and drugs at 9pm in the evening). It does look like they are making some exterior improvements but $3500/month for a 550 square foot apartment is way too expensive for most seniors living on social security and investment income.

My brother was here for less than a week. It was not a good experience for him or for us. It felt as though my brother was a burden when he needed assistance. Maybe he just was not a good fit as I saw other residents who did seem happy. They were good about canceling his lease when we parted ways.

My mother was here for her final months. The facility was clean and the accommodations were comfortable. The most impressive part, though, was the staff. They treated her with dignity and respect, and at the very end they set up a private space for me to be with her and kept her very comfortable as she passed. The staff were also very responsive to special requests and made every effort to make this difficult time as palatable as possible. They also were very quick to communicate and her nursing staff reached out personally to give my family important information as they had it.

My husbands aunt lived at Karcher Independent living for a short time. She then moved to assisted living there due to a sharp decline in her health. We were impressed with the caring staff at assisted living,as well as the cleanliness of the entire assisted living facility. We also were equally impressed with the independent living apartments.

Well I was very sick and I went to post acute care. The nursing staff and the CNAs are very knowledgeable and very helpful and they love their job. The administrator, Rob was a godsend. I loved him very much. He was very helpful in my stay. Thank you Rob for my room. I just greatly appreciate it.

I truly enjoy visiting the team at Karcher Estates. Each time I have walked in, I am always greeted with a smiling face. How nice it is to feel welcomed. Residents have expressed that they love living at Karcher Estates. That speaks volumes.

My father has lived at Karcher Estates assisted living facility since 2015. Dad has told me he feels safe and cared for. The staff members there are very caring and respectful. The questions I have are answered immediately. I would highly recommend Karcher Estates.

My Mom has been at karcher estates since my father passed last February. She has been totally disabled since having a stroke 15 years ago and requires 24-hour care. because of the covid outbreak we have not been able to go in to see her but they did make accommodations that we could come visit through the window. It appears that my mother has been getting excellent care and hasn't had the problems that she has had from previous nursing homes like bed sores or over medication. I believe that the caregivers at karcher are doing the best that they can under these very stressful situations. My family had to fire my mom's caregivers about one month before my father passed away because of neglect and I was my mom's primary caregiver and I understand how much it takes out of you even as a loved one. I wish my mom was well enough to be at home but I believe that she is in the best care available in the valley

My stay was wonderful and the nurses were great. The food was okay, but could use more options for snacks. My family was treated with respect. Nurses honestly cared about the patients. They treated my wound with proper knowledge and took the time to make sure I was emotionally doing okay. I would recommend Karcher Estates to anyone.

The building is clean and smells good! You are greeted with a smiling face of someone who is eager and willing to assist you in anyway they can. If they can't, they will point you in the direction of someone who can. The food is pretty good also. But most importantly, the residents are happy with the care provided and the staff are amazing! They truly care about the residents and love them like family.

Great place for your loved ones to be cared for! Staff exceptional and truly care about the residents. LTC and rehab at Karcher is resident centered and they are treated as an individual and not cookie cutter. Rehab staff and nursing staff collaborate with each other to get you well to go home. Everyone knows your name and have smiles on their face to light up your day.

Prestige management is a huge disappointment. Individual staff are very nice and try but corporate has under staffed the facility and hamper local staff's efforts to make it pleasant place to retire. Wouldn't recommend if you have a choice. Research choices. 2 stars only for long term staff and some newer persons who do try.to create pleasant interestingly environment.
