This place has been going thru changes. Some good some horrible. Kitchen is 100% improved. Maintenance /housekeeping can only do so much as they allow due to budget. Bookkeeping/ concierge is horrible. Bookkeeper thinks and acts like she owns the place, no personality. She also manages the concierge, which is the first place people interact with she would definitely turn me off. Fortunately she was not at her desk when I visited. Looking for alternatives.

We've already invited several friends to join us here. It's a good place to live. And the fact that, should our health change we wouldn't need to move out is HUGE! Meanwhile, we're making new friends, enjoying time with old friends, and being as involved as we choose to be.

I don't know about this place . The 1st time we came here the kitchen was on fire. The place is clean but smells a little moldy . Friendly staff. The food for the / restaurant is good . They have a few activities and I'm not sure but those seniors have some kind of underground illegal parties and lots of drinking lol my relative is somehow happy

Absolutely the friendliest staff, Kimberly and Jackie, and thorough in answering all the questions I had in regards to a family member who may be considering to live there. A lot of amenities there and accommodations they make for family members of the residents as well. A lovely place and it will be even more incredible as they remodel! Thank you Kimberly and Jackie!

My mother inlaw lives here, she's been here just over a year now.We have been very pleased with her care. Some of the ladies are just great. My mom tells so much about a lady named Laura, she's graveyard so I never get to see her. I wanted to put a review on her about her because you just don't find good, nice and caring people any more like her. Thank you for being so great to my mother inlaw Laura! I hope you see this..

My mothers husband passed away and she moved into Cascade Park in November 2020. We worked with Tracie Flores the executive director to get my mother in and I was very pleased at the Help Tracie provided. Tracie worked with my mother and myself frequently to address any issues that my mother had, she can be a challenge at times and Tracie went above and beyond to make my mother very comfortable. My mother has moved into the assisted living area and the staff have been very attentive to her needs. I would also like to thank Natasha at the from desk for all the help see has provided to me and my mother. Tracie and Natasha have made all the difference in the world to my mother. With help like this I could not ask for a better place for my mother to live at. Also the facility is kept in very good shape and they have very good meals for the residents. We cannot rate Shauna, Kathy and the community any higher than a five star plus. While our family member didn't move into the community because of accelerated needs in a short period of time, Shauna and Kathy provided encouragement, support, and advice that was timely and nothing short of a life-line in a very difficult season of life helping our loved one.

Warm and loving staff, beautiful apartments, terrific food, and gorgeous surroundings all combine to make a wonderful home for yourself or a loved one. I only wish my Mother could have moved in here.

My parents lived at Cascade Park together for 5 years. My mother just recently passed away after 69 years of marriage and it was a huge change for my dad. Although I live in Vancouver, WA we never considered moving my dad away from Cascade Park. He is now in the assisted living section. At Cascade Park you are treated like family. I can't express how greatly they are appreciated. My dad is the best dad in the world and I would never think of having him anywhere but where he is happy and well taken care of. The management and staff are incredible. I strongly recommend Cascade Park to anyone that wants the very best for their loved one.
