In our attempts to begin the research process for help with our parents, we began with Franklin Park-Sonterra. I took my tour of the entire facility with Olivia. Olivia was not only professional and very pleasant to discuss our needs with, but very compassionate and patient with our questions and concerns. Though we decided upon another facility due to our detailed needs, I was very impressed with this location. Franklin Park-Sonterra is definitely a place I would consider in my later stages of life. Thank you Olivia for everything, we appreciate you so much!

So my three stars is based on the up keep of the facility particularly the grounds there is no pride taken or much care. The inside needs to be upgraded, but they say they don’t have the budget. They are always short staffed things tend to break a lot AC, plumbing etc. The staff I give 5 stars to, most of them are friendly and helpful. This place could be so much better.

We have been very pleased with Franklin Park since our father moved into this community. Staff and residents are very friendly and we are impressed with how this community operates. Olivia was especially great to work with as she helped us get the lease and all the paperwork in place. She toured us around and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this community

My wife and I have lived here for over a year; this is home for us...and it feels like one. Our fellow residents have made it feel like a close-knit neighborhood ever since we arrived. The staff is a bunch of caring people who go out of their way to take care of our needs, whether it is in food service, maintenance, housekeeping, or simply greeting us as with a warm hello. And, by the way, the food here is wonderful. This is our home and it feels like it. Come and experience it for yourself.

Went to look at this place for my grandmother. My anxiety levels went to a 10, but when I entered I was greeted by Susan. First of all, very professional but in a caring manner. She was treating my grandmother like she was a resident. Anxiety level down to a 7. She showed us the place. The amount of respect these residents have for Susan was astounding. Very polite, and respectful, and stylish. My grandmother shops at the same store where Susan shops. Anxiety level down to 5. Susan answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. At the end of our visit we met Suzanne and she was so sweet. Anxiety level down to a 2. This place is great.

My grandparents have been looking into senior living options for a couple of years now. We found Franklin Park while visiting Trader Joe’s (it’s within walking distance!!) and decided to tour. My grandparents were absolutely taken back by the luxury this community has to offer. So many amenities including a heated swimming pool, full service beauty salon, art studio, etc. Not to mention the spacious apartments with washer/dryer included. Huge plus. Each apartment has a nice patio balcony that fits an outdoor table and a few chairs. This community is pure elegance. Looking forward to the memories our grandparents will make here.

Our family visited Franklin Park Sonterra and immediately felt at home. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a wonderful lunch & tour. So much that our mom decided to cancel all other appointments to view other communities and sign up that day. I can’t recommend this community enough! If you inquire, ask for Avery! She’s extremely knowledgable and makes the process feel first class.

Franklin Park Sonterra Independent Living has been my home for ten years. I like the independence but also not having to worry about transportation, grocery shopping, maintenance and cleaning my home. Love the salon, indoor heated pool, church chapel and many activities. Franklin Park is a family oriented community. All residents and staff care and are concerned for each other.

We have had our parents in Franklin Park Assisted Living for several years now. Can’t say enough about the personal care my parents receive . There are so many activities for them. Even though they need escort services to get around, they are never left out.. They also provide off campus activities such as restaurant luncheons, , grocery store outings. Even during the year long Covid Quarentine, the staff became super creative to keep the residents socialized ! If I can’t get hold of my parents in their apartment, I can call the staff & they know exactly where they are. Love Franklin Park Asststed Lining , Sonterra!’•

The caring staff are attentive to the residents needs, are welcoming to visitors. The food is delicious and they offer 2 additional selections for lunch and dinner in addition to a standard set menu. Depending upon the the resident’s needs they offer assistance for hygiene needs, apartment cleaning and laundry services. There is a wide offering of outings and activities within the complex.

We are looking for my mother's 'people'. A move to a senior retirement place is a possibility. Franklin Park Sonterra's employees and residents worked hard to make us feel welcome. The food was excellent. The activities were well attended. I so hope my mother picks this place!

I had a chance to tour this lovely community and was extremely impressed. The apartments are spectacular and the activity staff is very engaging. If only I were of retirement age--this would be my first choice.
