This is an amazing place! The staff is friendly and I feel so comfortable knowing they are taking care of my mom. Everyone from the front desk to the servers in the dining room call residents by name and always take the time to chat and encourage them to participate in activities. I was nervous moving mom out of her home but wish I would have done it sooner! Thank you!

My father lived there for over a year. Nurses were very caring and communication good between family/facility. But 2 BIG problems - we were told the in-house pharmacy takes all insurances. NOT true and VERY expensive! Then we were forced to hire 1st light for 24/7 care which he did Not need then forced out! Would not recommend!

My grandmother has been living at The Abbewood for 5 years. It is always a pleasure to visit her here. The staff greets me with smiles and are very friendly. They are all very caring and wonderful people. It is a very clean community and my grandmother is well cared for. I would highly recommend the Abbewood to anyone looking into senior living for their loved one.

I love the Abbewood so much they cant get me to leave. I came here over 1 1, 2 years ago as respite. I cant believe how nice every one is and how much fun Ive had with them. There are dangers, however. Ive gained 40 pounds. Thank God for elastic waist bands.

Our Grandmother Alice Weston was a resident at The Abbywood, The staff was wonderful, Jeff, Terri, and the nursing staff as well! They are very accommodating, they have a very clean facilities. We always enjoyed our visits with our grandmother and preferred staying there rather than a hotel . Some of our most cherished memories will be the time we spent with our grand mother at The Abbywood, we miss you all:( Thank you for all the sentimental memories from the bottom of my hearts your staff genuinely had our grandmothers best interest at heart. If you are looking for a Retirement or an assistant living facilities, I would recommend and give The Abbywood ***********Stars! The Ruffings
