This is the place to put your loved one! A facility is only as good as its staff and these people are outstanding! You can rest easy knowing your loved one is in their care! No worries at all! Everyone is very friendly and attentive to both the patient and the family. Do not hesitate to use this place! Very clean, and they take excellent care of their patients.

Providence Village skilled nursing facility has been so sweet. I am so happy that we made the decision to place my mother here. The facility is the cleanest I have ever been. All the workers are so caring and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing this type of care.

Incredibly impressed by the staff and nurses at Providence Hospital and the Ascension Living Providence Village. Not only were they extremely professional and knowledgeable, they were also very, very kind to my father and those who visited. My mom has been here a year and absolutely loves it! Everything about Assisted Living at Providence Village is great: the facility; food; staff; the beautiful chapel and gardens; the care given; the activities…. My mom considers it her home. Residents are friendly and I see them laughing and having fun. I go several times a week at different times, and I have never been unhappy about any aspect of this beautiful, welcoming environment. I highly recommend Providence Village if you're looking for a wonderful place for your loved one.

This is a truly hospitable and intimate place to live and work. For Catholics there is a chapel with a service everyday except Saturday. On Sundays there is an interdenominational service at 10:30 AM for all Protestant believers with music. I have been living here since September 27, 2023. Please come for a visit to see for yourself.

Very nice place! It's quite better than the previous Nursing home I went to. I'm a junior from Connally High School training to be become a CNA, and this is the perfect place to train. I come here on Thursdays at 8:30am to 11:30am. Everyone is so nice and respectful! The residents enjoy my company and I enjoy their company! It's just really great. Love it!!

Two years living at Providence Village and very happy here. The staff and management really do love and care for us. The environment supports our needs. This is the most loving kindness caring group of people from the front to the back! My Son is here to rehabilitate from a Stroke and he says he likes the Rehab team! For me that’s saying a Lot Lot!! My Mom was also here in her transitioning to be with the Lord and they truly did help me in my time of grief! So if you ask me this is the Hilton of Rehabilitation, Nursing home, as well as Hospice! The staff is friendly and helpful. Visitor check in at the entrance is easy to understand using a kiosk machine. I have no issue wearing a mask. In my opinion it is safe for everyone.

Providence Village is a wonderful place for rehab, long term care, independent or assisted living. We have had family and friends in different areas of this facility. Staff are caring and I feel really see this as a ministry. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. The facility is always clean. I would like to brag on Brandi Brown-Medlock. She went above and beyond working with me and my sister to get our parents into an adjoining room for long term care. She went above and beyond with helping with paperwork and difficult situations. She is amazing! I will be needing a knee replacement and plan on coming here for my rehab!

My grandmother came here for end of life care. The security guard, doctors, and morning nurses were very nice, understanding, and sweet. Even though there was only supposed to be my uncle with her they allowed me and my sister to stay with her all day while my uncle rested at home as we were both masked and vaccinated. They assured us when we switched out if anything were to happen to my grandmother we could come back in to say our final goodbyes. That time came 10 minutes after we switched out for the night and was heading home so we made our way back and the night nurse was so rude and made it a point not to let us in but only allowed my mother to go while we were outside mourning our loss while she blocked the door. If my grandmother would have known this would happen she would have been livid and wouldn't have came to this facility. That was such a terrible night that we will never forget.

I think it is appropriate to look at the care my wife has received at Providence Village should be broken down in three segments. Nursing, physical therapy, and meals. This is how I would break it down. Nursing 4 stars. Weekdays 4 Weekends 3 It appears that weekends that staffing is lower than weekdays. Physical therapy weekdays 5 Stars weekends 3 stars Meals overall fairly poor some positive exceptions but certainly room for improvement Staff in all areas are genuinely helpful, and caring however appears to be stretched thin. I don't harbor any ill will staffing is in short supply every where and hopefully will be rectified as we come out of this unfortunate And difficult time for many businesses. In closing regardless my wife and I are appreciative for the care we have received and extend our deepest thanks to everyone.

I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a love you that needs Rehabilitation. The Physical Therapy department is awesome. But I can't leave out the Administration, Nurses, and the CNA's they are the greatest. Shout outs to Providence Village you are the Best.

I visited with my sister. I am very impressed with your place. It has a feeling of staying at a motel. Most of the staff appeared to be friendly. My sister ate while I was there. Food was more than appealing. The only negative issue was my sister said someone goes in her room while she is out. Her things are muddled thru and some things are missing. We are thinking abt getting a camera installed. Don't really want to but we would like to find out who is doing this. In all I rate you a 5 star.Thank you for being there when our lives were shattered and my sister had no other alternative.
