Before choosing Emerald court, I extensively searched several local facilities. Many were either too expensive, lacked a positive staff impression, or failed to meet my standards of cleanliness and comfort factors that made me question if I would want my loved one there. From the moment I toured Emeral Court, I felt a strong sense that this was the right place for my father. I was immediately impressed with the pristine parking lot and landscaping, the cheerful greeting from staff and the positive energy that permeated the entire facility. Inside, the cleanliness and the at home decors were notable. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the food options, as well as the diverse activities offered daily. Crucially, Emerald Court was not only comfortable but within our budget. We moved my father into Emerald Court and we have never regretted that decision. An additional thoughtful touch I discovered after he moved in was the way Emerald court is always decorated for the season or holidays, creating a warm homely atmosphere much like my mother does. During my visits, which occurred 5/6 days a week over the past 9 months, every positive opinion I initially formed was consistently upheld. My father passed away a few days ago. Although my visits will now cease, I will wholeheartedly recommend Emerald Court to others and share the wonderful experience my family and I had. I want to extend a very special thank you to Kathleen Panganiban and Valina Gonzalez along with their entire Memory care staff. Valina, in particular, was consistently available to listen to my father and me, always responding promptly to text messages and addressing our concerns. You are a superstar! Please pass along to your staff that my family and I are forever grateful for all of you. Thank you

This facility is spectacular! A clean, modern place that looks and feels like a high-end condo. The apartments are very nice, many with little porches looking out onto a beautiful courtyard. The staff is attentive and kind to residents and visitors alike. The food is delicious, chef-inspired and prepared with a fine presentation using white tablecloths and napkins. There are a variety of activities for the residents. My 98 year-old aunt is very happy here and is comfortable and well-cared for!

Every staff member in the community is positive and helpful. The buildings are full of light, and the decor is interesting and attractive. Activities offered to the residents are interesting and varied, in contrast to other communities I have been to.

Emerald Court was a wonderful home for Mom. She enjoyed her independent living apartment furnished and decorated just like her previous home. She made new friends quickly and enjoyed dining with them and there was always an activity to be a part of. As time went by I knew we had chosen the right place for her. When she needed to move to assisted living the staff was readily available to make it quick and seamless. I was impressed with the whole staff. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs, each other, and were so kind to the residents. Any issues were quickly addressed and resolved. Emerald Court has my highest respect and I highly recommend it as a great place to move through the stages of aging.

September, 2023. Visiting my cousin, astonished to find her husband had died about 8 hours before I arrived. But I noticed Emerald Court is so pretty and clean. And staff are so helpful and nice. I am am an 88 year old widower and a retired high school principal. I think Emerald Court is exceptionally clean and well managed. I find the residents and staff to be friendly and welcoming. I see no reason to be discontent here other than one's own choice of attitude. An overwhelming majority of the staff and residents here realze this and together we make it a happy place for ourselves.

My mom just moved into Emerald Court in Anaheim. This place is spacious, clean (inside and out), beautiful greenery outside for the residents or residents and their guests to visit. The front staff was very helpful. I was helped by Elizabeth on one day and then MJ on another day. Elizabeth was patient with me as I was trying to get my mom’s car situated before she physically moved in. On the day of the move MJ gave us the rundown on visitor protocol. How it’s important for all guests to sign in AND sign out. This place really keeps the safety of their residents a high priority.

I'm a frequent visitor to assisted living facilities and I've seen my share of nice, clean, and well-maintained facilities. Emerald Court is one of the nicest I've been to. It’s truly a great community. They have excellent amenities and a good social atmosphere. The staff at Emerald Court is always so friendly. Coming here makes me feel so welcome! Kathleen, Assistant ED and the staff there are wonderful people that always go above and beyond for their residents. I can really tell that they have the best intentions for the safety, comfort and happiness of residents in their community. I would recommend Emerald Court to anyone looking for an assisted living facility that takes pride in what they do and provides excellent care for their residents.

Emerald Court is such a wonderful place for our family members. My sister and her husband moved in several months ago. They have a nice view of trees and grass, an amazing dining service in a beautiful dining room, and the whole ambiance is cheery and welcoming. After visiting today, I spoke personally with the attending Med Tech. I had some concerns and she addressed them all, assuring me that they are well taken care of! Our whole family is so happy there was a place for my sister and her husband. Many thanks!

Emerald Court is an excellent facility and here’s how I know. Kelsey Repik is an absolutely tremendous ambassador for the facility. Kelsey is enthusiastic, hardworking and kind. Kelsey LOVES her work. She speaks glowingly and often about her love for the residents, her colleagues and the fine service and care Emerald Court provides. Being constitutionally incapable of artifice, I know Emerald Court is a facility I will consider. Why? Because Kelsey says so.

I have the pleasure of visiting Emerald Court weekly to teach a music appreciation class. I cannot express how impressed I am with the aspect of community. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with warmth by the staff. The facility itself is beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I have seen their delicious and nutritious meals and witnessed them having a fulfilling and active lifestyle. The grounds are well-maintained and offer serene outdoor spaces. It’s truly heartwarming to witness the friendships and connections that were formed inside this supportive environment. I work directly with the Activity Director and she is always so easy for me to deal with. And lastly, I find myself fortunate because I have made my own friends within the community.

My 11 year old son has volunteered at emerald court a few times passing out snacks and helping the residents during activities.Each experience has been so pleasant, seeing him interact with all the residents and the staff who have been very enthusiastic and engaging with the residents during our time spent there.
