My mom just moved into Emerald Court in Anaheim. This place is spacious, clean (inside and out), beautiful greenery outside for the residents or residents and their guests to visit. The front staff was very helpful. I was helped by Elizabeth on one day and then MJ on another day. Elizabeth was patient with me as I was trying to get my mom's car situated before she physically moved in. On the day of the move MJ gave us the rundown on visitor protocol. How it's important for all guests to sign in AND sign out. This place really keeps the safety of their residents a high priority.

I'm a frequent visitor to assisted living facilities and I've seen my share of nice, clean, and well-maintained facilities. Emerald Court is one of the nicest I've been to. It's truly a great community. They have excellent amenities and a good social atmosphere. The staff at Emerald Court is always so friendly. Coming here makes me feel so welcome! Kathleen, Assistant ED and the staff there are wonderful people that always go above and beyond for their residents. I can really tell that they have the best intentions for the safety, comfort and happiness of residents in their community. I would recommend Emerald Court to anyone looking for an assisted living facility that takes pride in what they do and provides excellent care for their residents.

Emerald Court is such a wonderful place for our family members. My sister and her husband moved in several months ago. They have a nice view of trees and grass, an amazing dining service in a beautiful dining room, and the whole ambiance is cheery and welcoming. After visiting today, I spoke personally with the attending Med Tech. I had some concerns and she addressed them all, assuring me that they are well taken care of! Our whole family is so happy there was a place for my sister and her husband. Many thanks!

My Epsilon Lamda Women's Group, a chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, was invited to have our board meeting at Emerald Court. Tess Berry hosted us and was so welcoming, accomodating, and charming. The room was tastefully decorated and just perfect for our meeting. Tess took a few minutes and talked about Emerald Court and shared upcoming events that seemed very interesting. After our meeting was adjourned, she served us with a very nice lunch and showed us around to other rooms. Your campus is beautifully maintained including multiple patios with beautiful flowers for relaxing. While visiting, everyone we met was so pleasant and accommodating. I toured 4 different places for my dad to move to when we determined he was no longer safe to live at home. The second we walked through the door I knew this was the place. We have never had a negative experience here and he loves to hear about all of the staffs' personal lives and what they are up to. My sister and I are thoroughly impressed with Kelsey at Emerald Court. Huge thank you to her for her above and beyond help provided to our mom when our mom received a huge parking ticket for not displaying her handicap tag. We were shocked when we heard about the ticket and blown away when she told us Kelsey actually helped her write an explanation to the city! She wouldn't have been able to do this herself. Kelsey continuously goes out of her way for the residents and our mom and it does not go unnoticed. We also see this happening when we come visit, or in the newsletters or online. The whole staff has really been wonderful but a huge thank you goes out to Kelsey, who is truly special. The residents and us really appreciate it. Big thank you for all you do, especially this instance!

I love Emerald Court, !!! the Excellent, professional staff tackling all kinds of situations in the life of our senior folks is unbelievable. Kelsey and Kathleen are very accommodating, always ready to give a solution in every problem presented to them and their Patient is commendable! There are so many activities to choose .. from Bingo, wii bowling, bozze balls, bridge, painting to flower arrangement, sing fit, music entertainments and more!!! I have the pleasure of visiting Emerald Court weekly to teach a music appreciation class. I cannot express how impressed I am with the aspect of community. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with warmth by the staff. The facility itself is beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I have seen their delicious and nutritious meals and witnessed them having a fulfilling and active lifestyle. The grounds are well-maintained and offer serene outdoor spaces. It's truly heartwarming to witness the friendships and connections that were formed inside this supportive environment. I work directly with the Activity Director and she is always so easy for me to deal with. And lastly, I find myself fortunate because I have made my own friends within the community.
