After my brother passed away a year and a half ago, my mom tried her best to stay in her home, but the loneliness was very hard on her. As a family, we started visiting independent living communities, hoping to find a place where she could truly feel comfortable and happy again. The moment we walked into The Willows in Easley, we knew it was home. The staff made us feel welcome from the very beginning, and the atmosphere was warm, caring, and full of life. My mom has found not only a beautiful place to live, but also companionship, comfort, and peace. It has been such a blessing for our family to see her smiling and enjoying life again. We are so thankful for The Willows and the kindness they show their residents every day. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a loving and supportive community for their family member.

My elderly friend moved into the Willows of Easley in November & up until today everything has been great. Friendly staff, nice apartment, decent food, & accommodating maintenance staff. I was so aggravated today I was tempted to give a 1 star review but decided that wouldn’t be fair to the people who are dedicated & hard working. They do a great job. Until today! One bad experience can negate 50 good ones. I was having a conversation with the lady at the front desk to check to see if a particular parking space was assigned to anyone so my friend could get a space that wasn’t under a tree & she told me the space in question was not assigned & that my friend could have that space. It should be noted that the lady on the desk was very friendly & accommodating. Another employee who had been in the dining area came over & butted into a conversation that didn’t involve her. She told me someone was in that spot. I stated that’s ok because my friend won’t need the space until tomorrow. She snapped at me that I didn’t understand what she’s saying & stormed off like I was stupid. (This happened at 2:20pm on 3/24) Some people shouldn’t be allowed to deal with the public and she’s one of them. At the very least she should have some human relations, customer service training & leave her attitude at home. If she could have an attitude like that with me, I have to wonder how she treats residents at the Willows. In spite of my feelings regarding this incident, I will still give a 4 star rating because of the positive experience up to this point. I’m hopeful that this review will get the attention of the Facility Administrator and this will be addressed appropriately.

When you walk into The Willows of Easley, it feels like you're home. The excellent care is immediately evident and it's very telling how much the staff love their jobs, which they'll tell you is more of a calling than anything. The residents are happily wearing smiles and very well kept. The WoE is heavy on compassion, care, and always doing the right thing. It's an honor to be a community partner and call the staff here friends. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the love and care you provide to our aging population in this beautiful community.

It’s difficult to put into words exactly how I feel about the staff at The Willows of Easley. My Dad recently passed away and I couldn’t have found a more perfect place for him to spend his last few months. The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating to his situation. He would tell me daily that he was at home there, that he felt at peace there. He made friends, with staff as well as residents. When he started rapidly declining, they did all they could to support him as well as me along with our Gentiva Hospice nurses, Darlene and Elizabeth. Morgan, the head nurse, her techs, Ty, Shelby, Lisa and so many other staff members, like Lexus, wrapped my Dad in Grace throughout. It’s only been seven days, and it is still all very fresh in my mind. It was a wonderful place I highly recommend The Willows of Easley.

Our mother moved into the Willows of Easley in March 2023. It quickly became her home. The facility is spacious and clean, and the meals are delicious. The activities provided, the front porch sitting, and her visits with her new friends brought her much joy. The management and staff quickly became her extended family. The management is organized, helpful, and caring, and the staff serves with compassion and kindness. They truly loved our mom, and our mom adored them. My dad passed away 5 years ago and my mom wanted to continue and stay in their house and have her independence. She was doing fine for a few years but the last few years had been more and more of a struggle. She was not eating properly and not feeling safe in her home. We finally talked her into considering a move to an independent or assisted living facility. She visited The Willows of Easley and loved everything about it. The facility, staff, and people were all great. She made the decision to move into The Willows, independent living facility. She has been there 3 months and loves it. I’m not sure I can put in to words how much The Willows of Easley means to me and my family. When I lost my Dad and we had to look for assisted living for my Mom, I knew it had to be The Willows. My husband’s aunt had called The Willows home for her last few years of life and I witnessed first hand how lovingly she was cared for. Even to the point of the staff attending her funeral. So when faced with care for my Mom, I knew I wanted the same care for her as our aunt had received. We moved Mom in today and it was like coming back home. The staff welcomed us with open arms and when I came home I had a feeling of peace knowing she is in great hands. Bottom line is the staff actually cares.rare trait these days. I can’t say enough fantastic things about The Willows and the wonderful people who give their all to make this an exceptional place to live. My parents live at The Willows in independent living, and their move to The Willows has increased their quality of life because of the social engagement with others, the numerous activities offered, and the other onsite services such as physical therapy and medical transportation. It’s a difficult decision as a senior to have to leave your house and move into a senior living community, yet The Willows has truly made this a home for my parents. From the moment we first toured The Willows, Julie made all of us feel so welcomed. She spent so much time with both me and my parents giving tours, answering questions, and making their subsequent move effortless. Once they moved in, Nikki (the enrichment director) paid special visits to encourage my mom’s involvement in the various activities. To top it off, as busy as Nikki is, she also takes the time to send me random notes and pictures of my parents. The dining and kitchen team offers an excellent menu, and my dad calls me many afternoons just to brag about what he had for lunch. If you’re looking for that next home for yourself or a loved one, The Willows should definitely be your first stop.

My parents recently moved to The Willows of Easley. I have only exceptional things to say about The Willows. As you may expect, there were concerns and scary unknowns as the first thought processes about a move began. However, from the initial contact there has been nothing but positives about the move and "lifestyle style" they were embarking. My dad has stayed active and outgoing while my mom was staying more and more to herself. The move has been such an incredible positive experience for both of them! Momma has become much more active in the social activities, and she recently was so proud of herself for venturing out on a safari day trip without my dad. THAT was worth its weight in gold to hear her tell me about it.

My Father is living in the Independent Living side at the Willows. We are beyond impressed by the cleanliness, team work, safety, activities, response time when called for assistance, helpfulness, friendliness, and the list goes on. The grounds are kept beautiful, plenty of parking for guests, and we love that they keep tabs on you when you leave and come back into the facility. We also LOVE that there is an on site staff concierge 24/7. They provide emergency pull cords in the bathroom and bedside, along with emergency life alert type pendants for each person. I can’t say enough good things about the Willows. Thank you to the team in keeping my Dad happy and safe.

If you are looking for a warm, homey, well-run place to live, The Willows of Easley is the place to be. The staff show residents they care about them in so many ways both big and small. Because it is a smaller community of residents than some of those huge, posh, perfectly sterile places, residents get way more one-on-one attention from staff members. I give it five stars!

The staff at the Willows have been incredible in taking care of my mother's needs. Her time there has been both healthy and happy, as they have not only taken care of her physically, but made her feel engaged in a community where she is appreciated and loved. My mother had no trouble at all adjusting to assisted living at The Willows. My mother had lived alone at her home since my dad passed away, but when she became weak and fell and wasn’t able to get up, she and I both realized it wasn’t safe for her to live alone anymore and we also knew I wasn’t able physically to take care of her because of my own health issues. She went to rehab to gain enough strength to be able to go to assisted living and while she was there my husband and I began looking at assisted living facilities. We met with the marketing director at the Willows, as well as talking to some of the other employees and the nurse. Everyone was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We knew The Willows was where we wanted mama to be. All the staff members have been very kind and pleasant as they assist mama and the other residents. Everyone I’ve talked to has had positive comments about the experience their family members had at The Willows. I would recommend The Willows to anyone that needs assisted living.

I frequently am in this facility and it is one of the most welcoming and warm environments for senior living. The staff at the Willows treat the residents like family. They go on day trips, have fun activities, and eat home cooked food. This facility is seriously the best!!

We were impressed with The Willows from the moment we entered the community, we were greeted by three staff members and were immediately offered refreshments. We moved here about six weeks ago and it's the best thing that's happened to us in years. Even though it's independent living there's always someone there to help when it's needed. My dad has been at The Willows of Easley for over 4 years. When he began his stay, we weren’t sure how long he would make it. His health was declining, he wasn’t eating right, he wasn’t taking his medicines appropriately and he wasn’t able to clean up himself or his home. After just a few months at the The Willows, he made a drastic turn around. The loving care and the attention to a schedule was what he needed! We have peace of mind knowing that his needs are met and that he is around other people that care about him every day.

I have serviced The Willows in the past as a hospice nurse. The residents are treated as family in a like home atmosphere where they can interact in a clean and safe environment. My beloved mother has been at The Willows of Easley for 2 1/2 years. It was an adjustment for the whole family, and mom took some time to settle in. Now, she’s so comfortable there that when we take her out (pre-pandemic) she is anxious to get back home. The staff is exceptional and we are so grateful to have them caring for mom. I have been a referral source for the Willows for nearly 3 years. There staff is the most compassionate, caring group of individuals you could ever meet. There loving attitudes towards their residents is like no other facility I have visited. This has been such a challenging time for residents that have limited contact with their family due to COVID-19. The Willows staff has certainly stepped up and filled a huge void. Our mother is 92 years old and how fortunate we are in this area to have a place like the Willows. I cannot begin to tell you how excited we are. The associates that work in this facility are some of the kindest people you will meet. Me and my three siblings visit our mother each week. We have no set day so we pop in unannounced and are always greeted with a smile and never felt her needs were not being met. We have such a peace of mind knowing that she is in a nice, clean, loving atmosphere and we know she is being taken care of.

Our family has had nothing but wonderful experiences with this facility. We have utilized independent living as well as assisted living. My grandmother, father, and mother-in-law were all well taken care of and enjoyed living here. The staff pays attention to a resident’s needs and does a great job communicating with the family. They have been especially helpful during the Covid-19 pandemic which has been very difficult on everyone especially the residents. They treat the residents as if they are their family members.
