Our family has had a wonderful experience with Bridgeport Place Assisted Living. The staff truly care about the residents, and it shows every day. Leslie Thompson goes above and beyond and does an incredible job running the community. She is attentive, professional, hardworking and genuinely cares about the people who live there. The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. One thing that really stood out to us is their effort to learn some Russian so they can better communicate with my mother. That level of thoughtfulness means a lot. The drivers and exercise assistants and restaurant staff and medical personnel are also so fantastic! They give residents great attention and encouragement. Overall, the entire team does an amazing job taking care of the residents. It gives our family peace of mind knowing my mother is in such a caring and supportive environment. Thank you to everyone at Bridgeport Place for the work you do every day! Thank You!!!

Everytine I visit my mother she was happy and sniling conversating with her Medication Nurse who always made sure moms vitals were taken before her medicines .I loved the fact That she always made sure all was good and not just pill her up , professional, empathy ,caring is not just me but all families who bring our parents to Bridgeport place . . My mom invited me to join her for the sing-along on Wednesday, December 14th, and it was a lot of fun for everyone. I am always happy when I observe the fun activities offered to the residents. The holiday displays are lovely.

My father-in-law spent his final six months at Bridgeport Place. I have nothing but praise for how they handled his day to day care and needs. All the caregivers he had were compassionate and very professional. We always touched base with them during our visits, and always left feeling he was in good hands. It made his final months better than we could have hoped.

I haven't seen my grandmother this happy since my grandfather passed away 15 years ago. She has been under the care of Bridgeport's memory care staff for the past 3 months, and every time I go to visit her, she's smiling and chatting with the other residents. She's made many friends here already which has greatly benefited her in her current condition with Alzheimer's. Staff are very caring and attentive. If something happens, they call me immediately to let me know. They have clear policies in place to keep the residents safe. Dementia is an ugly thing which never goes away, so I am grateful to Bridgeport for providing a high level of care to my grandma during an already stressful and unpleasant time. Seeing her happy gives her our family a great deal of relief.

Apartment spacious with a beautiful view of grass and trees. Reasonable rent. Diba very helpful, providing much information and ease of dealing with all the paperwork. Moved my.mother over from Idaho. Process went as smoothly as could be expected. Staff very friendly and helpful, encouraging my mother's independence. Activities varied and interesting. Residents welcoming. Place is clean and residents are well cared for. Highly recommend!

I give high marks for Bridgeport Place. They are under new management and have taken care to remedy the poor management from 2 years ago. Everything speaks quality about this place. I had to place both of my parents into this assisted living facility recently. My mom is in memory care and within a half hour she was making new friends and having lunch. My dad was placed in a different area but still on the premises. The memory care unit is amazing! Lots of natural light, kitchenettes and large rooms. They also have an area for physical therapy, cognitive stimulation, recreation and dining. Additionally there is a secure area that they can garden or sit under a gazebo. My dad has a lovely remodeled 1 bedrm. Also with tons of natural light, a kitchenette and large bathroom. Huge dining rm, amazing library with pool table & fireplace, a media rm with a micro fish reader, and many other amenities. I have a lot of respect for the nursing staff here. They are friendly, attentive, and caring. Diba is amazing too. She is kind and thoughtful. Everyone has a professional demeanor. We have found a place that will stimulate my folks while keeping them safe.

If you are reading this, you probably already know this is a trying and stressful time. The folks at Bridgeport place were helpful from our very first visit to check the place out. Our contact person, Diba, was especially helpful. She was always quick to respond to our numerous emails and phone calls as we navigated the process. Her door was always open. That kind of communication really made a difference during this particularly stressful time. And it’s not just her. Everyone there has been friendly and helpful. They all helped make a difficult transition easier. You should definitely give them a look.

I am so thankful for the people at Bridgeport Place. We had to find an emergency facility to place my mom. I called and Diba answered the phone. She was wonderful with me. She made sure I was OK because I was a little emotional. She had me come in the same day and bring my mom so they could assess her. They had a beautiful room ready to move in. We got mom placed in 24 hours. Diba was gentle, kind and very patient. She walked me step by step through the whole process. I feel relieved knowing my mom is taken care of so well. We wanted to find a caring, loving place for our mother and we needed it soon. Bridgeport Place far exceeded our expectations. The staff were attentive and worked hard at making accommodations for our mother all within 24 hours. The room is delightful, very clean and perfect for her. Diba and the staff are first class. They have answered all of our questions and we feel confident that they will take care of our mother as if she were their own. We cannot thank them enough for the smooth transition. They all are so greatly appreciated.

I had a very short time to find a home for a dear friend of mine. It was a little stressful and exhausting as we visited a few places. Came upon this amazing place and felt at home right away. Diba is the most comforting, and assured me everything will be okay. We had a couple hiccup's along the way which caused me to panic and Diba helped me work through them expeditiously. The employees are amazing, esp Mary.....Moni loves her! Alina, Desiree, Marlina and Sharon are the friendliest and have patience with me when I call to inquire about Moni. When Moni tells me she is so happy there at Bridgeport Place Assisted Living, that means everything to me. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thank you Diba for making this process less stressful and encouraging me that everything will work out (and it did), you're the best!
