This is my favorite place I used to live across the street would walk by every day and decided to pop in one day akilah helped navigate me through the process as well recommend a realtor and movers that she works closely with. After living here for almost 2 years they've been very accommodating for any of my needs I'm always able to call amongst the administrative staff and ask them to help me solve any problem that I may have big or small

This community is very peaceful and calming. The ease in which you're able to confidently maneuver around the community as soon as you move in, gives it a more homelike feeling. There's always activities for you to enjoy at your leisure, whether you want to enjoy them or if you want to go back to your apartment you're welcome to do so, the hallways are quiet on the floors that we live in sleep on.

I recently visited The Court at Palm Aire and had the pleasure of meeting with Sales Director Jackie Crawford while exploring options for my mom, who is considering a move from New York. Jackie was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything, which was especially helpful as this was my first experience looking into senior living. The community has been recently updated, and the residents were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend meeting with Jackie—she is wonderful!

I love that my rent is low, 3 meals and I have made lots of friends. How much better can that be. The staff is amazing they gave me a warm welcome when I moved in. Akilah in the sale department was very helpful she always has a smile and is very helpful to my friends that are looking to move as well. I want all my friends to move here so they can be as happy as I am.
December 2024
It’s a very nice place and they remodeled it and it looks beautiful. However, my parents say the food isn’t very good at all and they’re raising the cost to deliver the food to your room from $4 dollars to $20. (so if you’re in sick and you can’t go down, they charge you 20 bucks to deliver your food which just makes you feel even worse.) And even if you want to pick it up yourself downstairs, they used to charge you just two dollars and now they’re charging $10. It’s ridiculous.
December 2024
I love living here the food is great over all i am very happy. The activites keep me busy. The staff have always gone above what i asked of them.
December 2024

I recently visited The Court at Palm Aire while searching for the right place for my mother. I met with Jackie and she was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely interested in my concerns, and generous with her time. The facility is being upgraded and is looking great. It is definitely on our short list.
November 2024
Mom lived there for a year and she got tremendous care through a year of rapid deterioration and death. Truly helpful, friendly, concerned staff. The place is very clean, food is OK+, plenty of activities.
November 2024
I recently toured The Court at Palm Aire while helping a friend find an independent living facility. After visiting three others, this one stood out. The facility is being upgraded, and Jackie Crawford, the sales director, was by far the most helpful. Highly recommend!
November 2024
I recently called The Court at Palm Aire to gather information about the facility, as I’m considering moving my grandmother there. This process is all very new to me, and I had a lot of questions. Jackie was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to listen and answer everything without making me feel rushed—a refreshing experience compared to others I’ve spoken with. I truly appreciate her kindness and look forward to meeting her in person and touring the facility when we’re in the area!

I was a guest at Palm Court while visiting my Aunt and Uncle, I rented an apartment for two days at 175.00 per day. While visiting my family I found their apartment very cozy and well maintained. My apartment was on the 8th floor, when I went into that apartment I was very disappointed. The linens on the bed were dirty, the door was broken, the carpet was visibly stained and very poor shape, the knife block in the kitchen had a pair of scissors and two knives in it missing all steak knives and there was like black mold on the block, the refrigerator was dirty. The TV in the living room did not work we reported it to maintenance but it was never fixed.. maybe it just needed to be replaced. The shower had a hotel bar of soap that had previously been used and had hair on it. All of this was reported to Evette Louis the executive director and showed her pictures of everything I've described, she took notes but offered no apologies. Now that I've described the guest suite I'd like to say from the wait staff to the front desk employees were wonderful, everyone had a smile on and were very welcoming. I went to Bingo where Jennifer hosted the event, she was wonderful and made sure everyone enjoyed the event. Every resident I met was happy and welcoming it appeared they were comfortable with their living arrangements. I will be happy to return for a visit but will never rent a guest suite again.

I stayed at CAPA for 3 weeks for a winter get away from the Canadian winter. I was housed in a well equipped, comfortable guest suit.I had 3 meals a day that I enjoyed with the rest of the mostly permanent residents, who were welcoming, pleasant people. The staff were very helpful throughout , as going out of their way to accommodate for all my needs. If my health allows, and there is room for me, I will certainly go back for another “respid” stay next winter. Our sister, a resident of The Court at Palm AIre recently celebrated her birthday. Current pandemic visitor protocol limited what we could do to acknowledge her special day, so I called Nancy Levy, Activities Director for a suggestion. We spoke for a few moments and she suggested that we bring a small cake, scheduled an afternoon visit and she said...."leave the rest up to us!" Nancy was also kind enough to mention that our sister had talked about fresh flowers in a conversation earlier that week. We arrived at the designated time with birthday cake and arrangement of yellow roses. Mary Kaplan greeted us and directed us around to the lanai where they had arranged a table and chairs (appropriate social distancing) decorated with happy birthday table linens, balloons, and a sign on the wall Happy Birthday! And as our sister came through the door wearing a Happy Birthday crown with a huge smile. She then saw the cake and roses.....and told us how much she loved fresh cut flowers. Nancy and Mary went above and beyond what we expected and we can't thank them enough on how much this meant to us and to our sister. It's refreshing to experience individuals who truly care and take it upon themselves to provide an exceptional experience! Thank you to all of the staff for what they do every day and thanks again to Nancy and Mary!

My mother was in rehab for 3 weeks at the Court. It was definitely a positive experience for her as well as our family to know that she was well cared for by the entire attentive staff (nurses, therapists, administrators). Everyone that we encountered in person or by phone was professional & empathetic. With the current stress of the CoVid pandemic & not being able to go inside for visits, they did everything possible to put our family at ease in keeping us informed & allowing us daily visits with mom at her window & speaking over the phone. I highly recommend the Court if you're in need of a skilled nursing facility & rehab for your loved one.

Nancy Levy and Mary Kaplan are the best. Our deaf aunt has been there for a month now and can be very difficult. Both of these ladies have been so very helpful in acting as my liaisons to her in these very difficult COVID times. There is little doubt in my mind that they will have her settled in and content in her new home in no time. They have helped me with all of my concerns amidst all that they have to do and I’m so appreciative. The medical staff has been in contact with me over each and every medical issue. To date, I feel very happy that she is here.

Nancy Levy is a lifesaver. She is wonderful at her job.she calls me for my mom who is hard of hearing, she keeps mom company, always with a cheerful disposition.Nancy goes above and beyond-I THINK I LOVE HER!!!
July 2020
Nancy Levy is amazing. Mary Kaplan is amazing. They have literally done EVERYTHING THEY CAN and I absolutely am grateful for these two women as well as the nurses that's taking care of my Father. Visitation is easy , Zoom calling is easy , sending careboxes is easy with these ladies. Thank you both so much....
July 2020
My mother was in rehab for 3 weeks at the Court at Palm Aire and it was a very positive experience for our family, despite the covid restrictions for which they had no control. The staff really cared about my mom and her care. The dietician Wendy went out of her way to see that mom had foods she enjoyed, Nancy tried to engage her in activities and interests, the nursing staff was wonderful - Jackie and Isolyn were always there to answer my questions. Jackie and staff in rehab tried to encourage and engage my mom in her rehab. Kelly, Phyllis and Cindy in the office were always helpful and responsive to my calls and emails. Sadly, my mom passed away in her sleep, but I'm grateful her last weeks were surrounded by professionals who treated her so well.

My mother is 97, she moved to Palm Aire. Pompano Beach in Jan. of 2016, from living in her own condo. I and my brother and mother experienced only good from the staff of Palm Aire. From the introducing tour, through her transition from AL to SNF, every worker, from the whole spectrum of staff had a good word and or smile for mom. The activities are well planned and the residents get individual attention if needed during activities and meal time. During Covid 19 times she was respectfully told that she must stay in her room and staff explained the reasons for such, My daily phone calls answered her questions and comforted her. She is being treated very well, considering this uncontrollable act of nature. I don't think MOM could be at a better facility. Thank you Palm Aire.
February 2020
My husband and I visited here and had lunch. The tour was great, there are alot of activities offered and folks seemed very happy. The staff was nice, the food was mediocre and that seemed to be the thing the residents liked the least. The restaurant staff left alot to be desired, very unprofessional and unkind. The property was nice and well kept. the apartments were nice as well. Not my top pick for my mom but it was affordable and worth it. It is also one the few that offer 3 meals rather than 2.

My mom is a resident in assisted living at the Court. This has been a good move for her. Although she had been doing well on her own in a nearby condo community, after a year during which a number of her friends passed away, she seemed increasingly isolated and inactive. After a health incident left her needing a bit of care for a brief time, the move has provided a sense of structure, safety, and greater socialization for her. (My mom just turned 95, and on my last visit, I could barely keep up with her.) She has connected with several interesting people and has gotten engaged in a number of healthy and interesting activities. I have found the staff to be consistently caring, conscientious, and kind, not just to my mom and the other residents (some of whom would have tried my patience!!), but to guests and visitors as well. The food is pretty good as institutional food good, and I've seen an effort to respond to residents' requests and make improvements in quality and variety. The dining room staff is excellent. This was a hard decision, but it was a good one. I know my mom misses her old place at times, but I love knowing that she has greater social contact and engagement, and a staff that keeps an eye out for her. I live across the country and for my own peace of mind alone, was well worth the move.
April 2019
Really a great place for my mom. She has been there for just a little over a year and has become very happy there. From Trivia to Bingo to church services they have it all and more. I was truly thinking mom was on "her last leg" when she arrived but living at The Court has brought her back to life. She has made many friends. I visit several times per week and every employee I have interacted with is happy to be there and happy to assist. Its just a great place for my mom.
September 2018
My mother stayed here for 24 days in September of 2018 after experiencing a fall and breaking her back. I have to say that I was very happy with the care that my mom received. In trying to locate a place for her I read so many horrible reviews about so many places that I was just beside myself and ready to give up. I went and visited The Court and was pleasantly surprised at just how nice this facility is. The folks working there really do care about the patients and residents. They do their very best at taking care of the patients and making sure they are stimulated and happy. The admissions director, Kelly McCrater, was wonderful. I could ALWAYS reach her and she ALWAYS made herself available when I needed her. I would HIGHLY recommend The Court but remember, nobody will take acre of your loved one the way you do --- nobody is perfect, but at The Court, you can trust them with your loved ones and their needs will be met.

For the past ten years I have served as the Power of Attorney for an elderly person in South Florida who has required her residence to be in an assisted living facility. During this 10 year period my client resided in three previous locations and failed to do well at each of them. She has resided at The Court at Palm Aire now for almost two years. Never before was she assisted and cared for like she is now at The Court of Palm Aire. They have been absolutely excellent with her these past two years. I can't single out just one person who excels more than another in doing their job, because each and everyone shines as they work diligently to ensure the well-being and safety of all who come to The Court. I could talk for a long time about how pleased I am to have my client residing at The Court at Palm Aire. Simply stated, I am very grateful to The Court at Palm Aire and consider the facility to be well-deserving of its Five-Star Status from Five-Star Senior Living.
