My mother was at Magnolia Glen assisted living in 2014 and 2015. She had a wonderful experience with the caregivers, administration and facility. We trusted them completely and my mother felt loved there. Fast forward to today. I was looking further a reputable rehab facility for a friend who needed one after being discharged from the hospital before he went home. I called Magnolia Glen for a referral. Less than 30 minutes later I got a call from Norelle who was there when Mom was there. She remembered me and my mom and was able to help me. I am so appreciative native of Magnolia Glen then and now!

This is a wonderful retirement community. My mom has lived here for about 8 years and we have always beeen pleased. The staff is exceptional in all ways. The food and dining staff is wonderful and personable. I feel like my mom has another family.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Magnolia Glen(MG). I have a mother-in-law in Independent Living and an Uncle in Assisted Living. We toured many communities before deciding upon MG and we definitely made the right decision. It is so reassuring to know they both live somewhere that we don’t have to worry about their care, the quality of the food, the cleanliness, and the hospitality of the staff; as all of these things far exceed expectations. Trust me when I say I know the other side of this spectrum, due to caring for my dad that was in a facility in Wake County that met zero expectations. I am so appreciative of the staff and the quality of care that they provide. Additionally, both family members love MG. They never complain and this speaks volumes. Both of them moved to NC from a prior Assisted Living in FL and we were constantly dealing with their complaints and trying to manage things from a distance. After arriving at MG, they both settled in nicely, the staff were super supportive in getting them acclimated and set up in their new homes, both of them constantly share how friendly everyone is and how much they LOVE the food. We have meals with them at MG so I can attest to the quality and wide selection on the menu. No regrets!

This has been a very welcoming place for my parents. All of the staff know them by name and have created a very friendly environment for them. When my father passed away, many staff members walked my family through a difficult time. They continue to walk alongside my mom and she told me the other day she never wants to move. She loves it there.

We’ve had nothing but good experiences at the assisted living residence at Magnolia Glen. My mother loves the atmosphere and pool, a feature that is difficult to find. The entire staff has been helpful, welcoming and sincere from the very beginning. The other residents have been welcoming and friendly as well. The on site physical therapy has been incredible and she has really enjoyed the food and menu. I visit almost daily and it feels like a resort. Yes, it’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. We feel blessed that we found this perfect fit for my mother.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Room 416 is spacious and filled with light from the wall to wall windows. The balcony is a big plus. I appreciate the Frank Lloyd Wright influence and style in the furnishing and detail of the building and also the grounds. I am glad that pets are allowed.

The facility is nice, the front desk very professional and friendly. My only comment that could be improved is...The staff working in the dependent living area could use some training to work with visually impaired client. It will make the life of the patient and the staff easier if they knew more what to do with visually impaired people.

My Mom has lived at Magnolia Glen for 13 years. She loves it there! This past May, Mom relocated to a smaller apartment and the support of the staff for us during that move was amazing. At 95, Mom is still very active and Magnolia Glen offers much to do. We are so grateful to have found such a nice place so my Mom can continue to be very independent and happy!

If you want the best and nothing less -- choose Magnolia Glen. My husband and I started our search for a senior community about 18 months ago. Magnolia Glen was our 1st community that we visited. After visiting multiple communities nothing compared to Magnolia. We have been here 5 months now and absolutely love it. The caring staff stands out first in our mind. It is obvious each and every day that they put the residents above all else. The food is excellent and always have multiple options. Maintenance is quick and efficient to respond. We are proud to say Magnolia is our home.

I had an opportunity to take a brief tour of a remodeled room and also ate lunch in the dining room. The food and service were great, it was a great experience, and the staff were very accommodating. All seemed so appreciative that I was there. I would feel very comfortable with a loved one living tat Magnolia Glen in the care of this staff and at this great place.

Magnolia Glen is wonderful. The staff makes you feel so welcomed and the residents really appreciate the care and nurturing that is expressed to them. Magnolia Glen believes in going above and beyond and they show it on a daily. My daughter was given an opportunity to be a part of the staff 4 months ago and has loved every minute of it. It makes me feel happy that my child is treated with so much respect and very appreciated by her colleagues and management. I see first hand the love that Magnolia Glen gives to their staff and to their residents. It’s not a day that goes by that I don’t pull up to Magnolia Glen and see residents smiling, laughing, talking and enjoying life. This place is truly a home away from home.

We called Magnolia Glen independent living when we realized that our mother could no longer live in her home. My sister and I live far away and we needed to move fast. Jaime, Erika and the entire Magnolia Glen team went above and beyond the call of duty to make this transition simple and dignified. And all this in the context of Covid. With weekly testing and mandatory mask-wearing, they are taking the necessary precautions to protect their residents. They rented furniture, helped her to move in, took time to explain the rental contact to our mother and made her feel so welcome. The facility is beautiful (Frank Lloyd Wright inspired) with a wonderful pool, common area, restaurant and her apartment was completely redone. They have numerous in-house services to give Mom the extra support she needs including meal delivery to her apartment, daily check-ins and emergency response. They also offer social and physical activities for those who wish to participate. They treat her like a valued new of this community and we can all breath a sigh of relief knowing she is safe and well taken care of. I would recommend Magnolia Glen with no reservations.

If I could give Magnolia Glen more stars I would. I moved my mom here in May from Charlotte after she suffered a stroke and I cannot say enough positive things about this community. The assisted living is phenomenal. The RN and LPN on staff are amazing. The CNA's are also Med-techs. They are knowledgeable , beyond caring and immediately help with anything you or your loved one needs. The food is awesome as well as the staff and administration. Moving my mom to Magnolia Glen has been a godsend and huge blessing!
