I was welcomed like family at Silvercreek at Deercreek, I thought the community is beautiful and so clean, the apartments was so spacious and clean, loved the patio and views. They are pet friendly and this is very important to me. I had lunch and the food was just amazing.

I recently visited Silvercrest at Deer Creek and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the staff at the front desk, it was such a warm welcome. During my entire time there the staff was so kind and friendly. The residents were all so sociable and there were so many in the beautifully redone cafe area where there was an activity going on. It was clear that the staff at Silvercrest at Deer Creek care deeply for their residents and the overall environment was amazing.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Silvercrest Deer Creek. My mother lived there, and I was very impressed by all aspects of the facility. The energy cleanliness atmosphere are all off the charts but what Really sets Silvercrest apart is the astonishing level of love and care throughout the staff. My mama has lived at Silver Crest Deer Creek for two years now. It would be impossible to effectively share how amazing the experience has been…not only for my elderly mother, but for our family. The moment we stepped into Silver Crest, we knew it would be my mom's new home. The word "home" should say it all. Silver Crest feels like home. From Annie, to Kim, Kate, Nancy, Paul, Jackie – everyone has been and continues to be so very welcoming, caring and attentive…to my mom's needs and at times, the family's needs. Every time I visit Silvercrest, the staff are always so welcoming and helpful. No matter what time of day it is, they usually have some kind of activity going on or you will see residents just chatting in the lobby. The overall feel of the community is warm and inviting.

Silvercrest Deer Creek has a long history of being a wonderful place for seniors. I am personally acquainted with the Executive Director and the Senior Living Advisor, they are the best. I have personally referred 3 friends to DeerCreek and their family members are now happy residents of Deer Creek!

We were invited to host a Virtual Dementia Tour at their Wellness Fair. All of the staff that we encountered we so nice. Even residents were very accommodating. The facility is getting a total remodel it is going to be so nice when it is finished. I look forward to be working with this facility in the future.

My Mother has lived at Silvercrest Deer Creek for almost two years now. She seems very happy there and my brother and I are impressed with the facility operation. It's a lovely facility with plenty to like- there are varied and fun daily activities scheduled in advance that are well attended, residents gather in the lobby just to chatter, issues with my Mother's room are addressed promptly and correctly and opportunities exist for residents to be taken to sites around KC. The parent company, Dial Senior Living, is currently conducting a major facility renovation and the place looks great. The employees know the residents and seem to genuinely care about them.

Love it here for my parents. They treat each person with respect and care. Overall facility is clean and well kept. There are many resources to help with living comfortably as a senior aging in place. They range from a variety of activities to podiatrist and doctor visit in your apartment. I couldn't do it without knowing my parents were happy and cared for.

My number one concern is that the food is not acceptable to most of the residents I have talked with. Also, they have been without a driver for the bus for several months now which means a lot of the residents cannot leave the facility this needs to be addressed immediately! My mother has been a resident at Silver crest at Deer Creek since January and I cannot say enough good. She started in assisted living plus which is a wonderful concept for extra care in conjunction with Lakeview Village. The care she received from the SilverCrest staff and Lakeview Village was perfect. When she progressed to the level of full assisted living her move to that level of care was seamless and the assisted living staff is so caring, attentive and sweet with her. Finding the right facility and location for aging parents is such a challenge and I highly recommend Silvercrest!!!

My Grandma has been living here for the past several months and we love it! There are so many activities for her to choose from and she is having a blast being so social. There have been a couple of times she has needed some assistance and our family wasn't able to get to her so we called the front desk. Everyone was more than willing to jump in and help! Our family definitely feels like the employees go above and beyond for their residents. So glad we found this place for my Grandma!!

The staff is always very welcoming, and today they were having a wonderful St Patrick's Day party when I arrived with terrific entertainment. I had a lovely dinner with my mom and dad. It's always a treat to visit them and see how happy they are with their residence at Silvercrest.

My Mother moved into independent living at Silvercrest at Deer Creek at the beginning of March 2022. When she moved in, the thermostat in her apartment was not working correctly and her air conditioner was blowing warm air. We notified the front desk and were told this would prioritized on Monday (this was on a Sunday). It took well over a week for the thermostat and air conditioner to be repaired so the temperature in her apartment was at a decent level. There were times the temperature in her apartment was in the lower to mid 80s. We were told to open the windows in the mean time. I found this unacceptable for the amount of the deposit and first month's rent we paid before she moved in. Now that this has been fixed, my Mother seems to enjoy living there. She receives two meals a day and has commented that the food is good. She has enjoyed Bingo and other activities with the members of the community. The staff does appear to be very accommodating.

Mom and Dad moved into Silvercrest at Deer Creek when they were in their upper 80's. They had a beautiful apartment on the third floor of Independent Living with great views and friendly neighbors. A cleaning person helped to keep the apartment tidy, and they had delicious meals in the dining room every day. After a few years, our family decided that our parents needed more help, so they moved into a nice apartment in the Assisted Living area. Their medications were delivered at the appropriate times, and if they needed any assistance, all they had to do was push a button and someone was there to help them. The nurses and other staff were always friendly and very caring. We feel our parents had wonderful care at Silvercrest. Sime Family

I am the mail carrier for Silvercrest and have had the honor to deliver the mail here for over 4 years; and I absolutely love this place! The staff is always so nice and willing to answer any questions I have ever had!! There is always a smiling face when I enter the building and I have had the privilege of getting to know most of the residents and have become friends with most of them! If you have a family member in need of some extra care I highly suggest looking at Silvercrest at Deer Creek before going anywhere else!

Our whole family enjoyed every time we visited Deer Creek and the care my Mom received was absolutely the best.
