My mom moved to Cedar Ridge a year and a half ago, and it has truly been one of the best decisions she could have made. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time there. The residents are wonderful, and she has made many new friends whom she loves visiting with. Cedar Ridge offers a wide variety of activities for residents to participate in”there is always something enjoyable happening. The community celebrates holidays with exceptional enthusiasm. Whether it’s Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Christmas, or any other occasion, Cedar Ridge ensures each holiday is celebrated to its fullest. The dining rooms are well maintained and spotless. The food is consistently good and generously served. You would never guess that Cedar Ridge is tucked away in a quiet, wooded area just off Highway 410 in Bonney Lake. The entrance is welcoming, the grounds are beautifully kept, and upon stepping inside, you are greeted by staff and residents with a cheerful hello. I want to extend special recognition to Cedar Ridge Director Susan, Assistant Director Ada, and team members Juan, Angie, Eloisa, Teresa, Zach, and Billie, the storekeeper. These individuals”along with the entire Cedar Ridge staff”play a significant role in creating such an enjoyable living environment. This home has been the best thing EVER for my dad. It has given him a new life and added more fun years for him than we ever thought possible. He loves everyone there and all the events! He talks constantly about all the fun things he gets to do! I cannot stress how wonderful the entire staff have been since the moment we walked through the doors. The staff I feel has made the difference. They truly care about each resident and go out of their way to ensure everyone has the care and love they need. My dad loves them all!! Cedar Ridge is a warm and caring place that has been wonderful for my dad. From the moment you enter, you can feel the pride reflected in the smiling faces of both staff and residents, as well as the spotless cleanliness of the facility. My dad truly enjoys the meals, and I appreciate the safe environment that allows him to walk around the building, getting fresh air and exercise. Susan is an incredible resource when it comes to elderly care and dementia. She patiently answered many of my questions and offered valuable advice on managing my dad's unique needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Cedar Ridge for your aging loved ones. They will be treated like family, and you can rest assured knowing they are well cared for and safe.

I cannot describe in words how friendly and nice the whole team at Cedar Ridge are! The minute you walk in, the way they welcome you makes you feel at home. Anyone who has their loved one in that facility should feel at peace because they are in good hands. The leadership of Susan and Lashelle Shank is top notch. These are the two nicest people I've ever seen, they have a good heart of helping and love for people. It gives me hope every time in life when I meet people like you! My husband and I both have enjoyed our visits to Cedar Ridge in Bonney Lake. Rob was invited to the Veterans Day breakfast where he had a wonderful breakfast and met some veterans who were residents. I have had a personal tour by a staff member who was very informative and excited about the facility and what it offers the residents. I have recommended Cedar Ridge to others considering retirement living and/or assisted living. The residents are always cheerful when I visit and fun to talk to. It is home to many.

Don’t even know where to start . My mom shared a picture of the food today - provided in a to go container 3 meatballs over about 1/4 cup of rice a little amount of broccoli SERIOUSLY! I seen inmate food that looked better than this garbage, I’ve been told that the food is absolutely terrible and ill prepared by cafeteria ladies that couldn’t even get a job at a fast food restaurant, really close to turning them in to the health department and the state. Unbelievable the way they feed their residence. Spending thousands and thousands of dollars a month for a place they call like living on a cruise ship the food is an embarrassment to Bonaventure. Shame on you, to the staff that allows this to happen, the leadership that doesn’t hold your staff accountable and the false advertising you provide to the public.

My mom, Betty, lived at Cedar Ridge for about a year and a half before she passed away this January. I could not have picked a better place for my mom to live. The staff was so caring and kind. She really liked all the caregivers that helped her get around in her wheelchair. She really loved Rochelle. I mostly dealt with administration and medical staff - Susan, Travis, Jennifer and Jeri and they were all great to work with. My mom's apartment was quite nice. There were lots of activities. She loved playing dime Bingo and penny poker. The facility was always clean and they had great food choices. I would be happy to live here someday in the far off future. Thank you so much, Cedar Ridge, for taking such good care of my Mom!

My Mom moved into Cedar Ridge Bonaventure and I just have to say that the Sales Manager, Ariel was terrific as well as the Executive Director, Travis. My Mom came to Cedar Ridge with what we thought would be a month or so due to her failing health but the care staff was so wonderful that we had our Mom for more than a year. I wanted to thank the RN Jennifer and the Assisted Living Director Tamara because they made everything so easy for us to comprehend with our Mom's care and that became particularly important when our Mom went on Hospice. I will be forever grateful on how Cedar Ridge handled my Mom's stay from beginning to end and cannot stress enough how each and every staff member (especially Jeri) took care of her during her year there.

Cedar Ridge is a blessing to our family with the kind, professional and considerate care they provide our Mom. The facility is clean and staff clearly care about their residents - in addition, as family they welcome us into the Facility as visitors and/or participants in the variety of activities they provide the residents. Both of our parents were in their 90's when they moved in and despite having since lost our father, the staff again was compassionate and caring during the time. We love knowing our Mom is well cared for at Cedar Ridge and we appreciate the quality and patience ALL staff exhibit. Would not hesitate recommending Cedar Ridge to anyone.

Our family can not thank the staff at Cedar Ridge Assisted Living enough for the thoughtful, kind, and thorough care they have provided for my parents. My parents needed more care than we could provide on our own so with the help of the office staff we were able to tour rooms and meet nursing staff and educate ourselves on the facilities opportunities for our parents before choosing to move them in. After two years my mom continues to live there happily even though we’ve lost my father. The care she receives is exactly what she needs. Her apartment is cozy and just the right size for someone turning 97! I would recommend this facility to anyone with aging parents.

My grandmother lives in Cedar Ridge and has for several months. My family has found the staff to be very friendly. They treat the residents well and seem to sincerely care for the residents. The downside has been a consistent lack of communication betweeen the staff and the family. Most phonecalls go unreturned. When my grandmother first moved in, it took about a week to find out that she had not been given her medication which caused her to become depressed and anxious. If the communication was better, I would freely recommend Cedar Ridge to anyone.
