moved here in 2021. Amazing place to live, Senior living, not assisted living. RA’s resident assistant to can help when needed we have lots of parties. We have a library good food. We have a bus for to take us to doctors appointments and so on if we don’t drive and everyone is helpful I’m rather spoiled. Everyone in management are very helpful if we need any outside, help with papers for VA supplements or make doctors calls for us if we don’t know how or how to greet that doctor we just we just have a lot of fun. We have happy hour winter or twice a week. We have a bus that will take us to doctors appointment we have a housekeeper that comes in once a week to clean our apartment and we have crafts that we may can do. There’s always something going on if you want to do it I mean, you can sit in your room and do nothing but I’m not that way I have my crafts and I like to be around peopleand I don’t know it’s just a really nice place. Nice clean fresh walkway all the way around the building, which is it and on FridaUsually we go on some kind of field trip somewhere and then stop for lunch. I think I said that we have library because anybody that has books if you’ve read it and you don’t want it back you just give it to me put in the library. We have movie night when the Jack rabbits were still here. We went to their games almost every night that they were playing and.

The staff here are beyond amazing! Every time I visit this community I am always reminded just how much the right people can make a difference. They always have so many activities, music , outings , crafts, and just overall entertainment going on that I almost wish I was 20 years older. This community give so much back to the community and puts so much into each resident that it is truly astounding to see the care the staff has. Brooke and the management team ensure safety and satisfaction is sways top of the list. Jefferson manor has given me a restored faith in senior living in Howard county and am so blessed to have our loved ones looked after by their great team.

The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. The community is clean and very well maintained.The ED, Brooke, is always out of her office & makes sure families & staff are well cared for. Nicole, Sales Director is wonderful with giving tours and goes above and beyond to ensure prospective residents and their families are heard and well informed about their community. What TRULY stands out is the sense of community”residents enjoy a ton of engaging activities, delicious meals, and opportunities to connect with others. This place is absolutely wonderful!! It started with Nicole finding us the perfect apartment and adjusting things so we could move my parents in on our schedule. Brooke is always a listening ear and offers help in so many ways. Emmalee is such a welcoming warm person and a tech whiz! She does it all! Christi and her crew of aides are so amazing! They provide so much knowledge and support, they go the extra mile! Amber really connected with us all, she's almost family! Andy was so patient with all the issues my parents had. The dining/ kitchen staff who not only made and served food, but does it well and kindly! Although my parents rarely got involved, the activities were numerous and fun. My parents really missed out there.Heather is the world's best, most compassionate custodian anywhere. The residents were so kind and caring. Their resident ambassador is so sweet, love her to pieces! We all will truly miss Jefferson Manor. It was an answer to our prayers.

We recently moved our sister into Jefferson Manor, and we are so pleased at the amazing care that she is receiving there from the whole staff. My grandfather is a resident here and has received such amazing care here at Jefferson Manor. My grandfather is diagnosed with dementia and the care the staff provides is excellent! I appreciate everything from keeping him warm, assisting him, and being there with him even on the bad days. Also, they have treated my twins as if they are family as well. We have felt so loved and welcomed here. A huge thank you to Bonnie, Nicole, Brooke, Star, Christy, cleaning staff, kitchen crew, and others! Lincoln & Layla love this place as much as grandpa 🙂

My gramma moved here a few months ago. She was very unsure about the move. But after meeting both new and old friends at the Manor she couldn’t be happier. They always have something to do and always seem to be on the go so she is never bored. I couldn’t have imagined her being this spot to move from her home of 55 years but her apartment is HUGE and the food and staff are better then we could have expected. Best decision when it come to senior living in Kokomo.

My grandfather lives at Jefferson Manor and the staff have been beyond amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more caring and compassionate people. Knowing he was truly cared for, safe, and happy made moving him from his home so much easier. Brooke the Director and Nicole in sales helped every step of the way and have been such a blessing.

My brother recently moved into the Jefferson Manor. He is so happy with the facility and has already made several friends. The building is well maintained and very clean. My brother receives 3 meals daily, apartment housekeeping and weekly laundry service. . He is unable to drive so the facility personnel have transported him to all of his medical appointments. The staff is so easy to work with and very responsive. I could not be more pleased with our decision.

I have been looking for assisted living facility for my sister , I have checked out a few. When I first walked into Jefferson Manor I was totally impressed with how beautiful it is , I sat down with Melissa and talked about everything you offer. Took a tour and looked at the appartment. My sister is 83 and I didn't realize how nervous she was about possibly moving and knowing no one and not sure how she would fit in. She was so nervous it seemed she was changing her mind . I have never met anyone so impressive and caring as Melissa, she talked to my sister and made her so comfortable and cared about . She had every possible answer to every question we ask her. She assured her that everyone feels unsure when they first try something new. She introduced us to everyone we passed . She hugged her when she realized she was scared. Melissa was a blessing to me and my sister, she is truly doing the job she was supposed to do . She loves what she does and does it well. Thank You Melissa for being wonderful.
