Front desk people smiled and greeted me coming in & going out. Also interacted well with my sister who is a resident there. They also helped me figure out my sister's room number & provided directions. Overall I enjoyed my visit & appreciated the friendliness & helpfulness.

I think the staff there really tries to care for the patients despite being under staff at times. My biggest complaint is the laundry service. We lose a lot of clothing and get back alot that isn't ours.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating for anything my mom needs. She's lived there over 15 years and has been in all the levels of care…independent, assisted and skilled nursing and has been very well cared for in each.

Every time I visit my mother in Ivy court it's a particular nurse who always has such a friendly smile, I believe she told me to call her Dee. She's very nice, the way she interact with the residents warms my heart every time i visits. I feel like i made the right choice for my mom. Thank you nurse Dee for your kindness.

I didn't get the whole tour yet. I was visiting a friend and by the time we ate out and shopped I was too tired to walk the whole place, but I will be back. What I saw was beautiful, and the staff I saw were friendly and helpful. I was particularly happy with the activity calendar - there's something for everyone. I believe my friend is being very well cared for and safe. Thank you.

I was treated kindly by front desk and nurses station. Sharon, RN has been most kind and helpful every time I have visited. Christine Bush was generous with her time and helped with a Medicaid application. I was glad to meet with the new Director of Nursing. Of course as long as my mother is happy and pleasant, I am always happy to see her.

From what I saw everything thing was great. I was only there a short time. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional! Unfortunately my sister is under hospice care. The facility is clean and kept up and up to date. Just see for yourself. I don't think you will be disappointed. I will see my sister as long as I can. Don't overlook this facility.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We had a delicious lunch in the cafe, and Snobia went out of her way to be most friendly and warm and answer all our questions.

My mom was at Cottingham Retirement Community for rehabilitation. The staff were very kind to her. The food was delicious. I was very pleased with the care she received there. Everyone used her name when speaking to her. They very much care about their residents and it was evident in each interaction. Even Paul the housekeeper was super kind and called her by name. You won't be disappointed by the care.

Our 96yo father is settling in and likes the associates and other residents, music and the food. Everyone is nice, my only concern is the every 2 hr resident/room checks are not happening to ensure they are ok. It was part of the expectations but not sure it ever happens consistently. We are there daily from 5 to 8 or later. No one comes to the room during this time. Just makes you wonder if he is being checked on at night. He is suppose to wear his 02 mask at night..is someone checking that he is?

Grandmother lives here. Nurses are nice and caring. There was one nurse with shoulder length blonde hair, 40ish, glasses who was very rude to my grandmother and short with our family. This is not normal for this place.
