My 95 year old mother moved to CCRV's Assisted Living four years ago, and throughout that time received compassionate and loving care from Brittnie and her staff 24 hours a day. I felt comfortable that she was safe and had help whenever she needed it. Communication with the staff was good and I was kept informed of any concerns. She had plenty of opportunities to socialize and she made some dear friends during her time there, both residents and staff. They offered many activities and amenities, and the freedom to take daily walks either inside or outside the building to stay active, which she took full advantage of. She could have three meals a day in the dining room or have them delivered to her room is she was feeling under the weather. The facilities and grounds were pleasant, clean and well maintained, and they did a wonderful job of decorating for all the holidays. The other residents seemed happy and the attitude of the staff was always friendly, helpful, and pleasant- from the front desk, admin and support staff to the medical and care staff.

I had such a wonderful experience visiting Cherry Creek Retirement Village. Lisa was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer every single one of my questions with care and detail. The community itself is beautiful and very welcoming, and I noticed right away how happy the residents were. I happened to visit during lunchtime, and the meal being served looked, fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyed by everyone. I would highly recommend Cherry Creek Retirement Village to anyone looking for a senior living community where residents are clearly happy and well supported.

My uncle has been a resident here for 3 years. The facility is beautiful, bright and clean. Maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen staff all take pride in their work and it shows. The healthcare staff are wonderful and compassionate as well. Cindy, Taffy, Gloria, Evelyn and the rest of the staff are always going that extra mile for the residents to keep them healthy and happy. I cannot overstate how wonderful the staff and facility truly are. I highly recommend Cherry Creek Retirement Village to any looking to ease the burdens of daily life. 5 Star Home For Mom !! Do NOT look anywhere else. Cherry Creek Retirement Village is A+, Top Notch !! Lisa, Andrew, Vanessa, Evelyn, Gloria, Marie, the list of incredible employees / staff doesn’t end. These are Wonderful Souls watching out for my Mom every minute of the day. They have made Mom’s rather unexpected arrival at CCRV an absolute joy, relief, and have put Mom at ease and our family as well. The staff members named above (and plenty more I haven’t mentioned) go out of their way every minute of the day and night to make sure all residents are welcome, comfortable, taken care of, loved, fed yummy nutritious mealsthe list of Goodness doesn’t end ! Our family and Mom can’t sing enough praises. Thank You CCRV !!

EDIT: I am updating my review and rating, Shortly after posting my review I received a call from the new director, Cindy. She helped me with all the logistics and questions I had to get my dad moved out of the apartment and back to WA. She was very helpful, kind, always returned my calls, and even checked up after he was moved out. I wish this had been the case with the previous directors, and I told Cindy of the messages I left with other folks who never called me back so she could address it with staff. It’s hard for me to give an accurate rating because I am out of state. My elderly father lives there and every time I try to call and have a manager call me back they never do. It’s urgent I talk to the manager as I’m trying to move my father back to his home state. I have no family there and desperately trying to work out logistics but can’t until I get a return call to talk about what needs to be done and by when. I need to get a call back ASAP to get his flight arranged and find someone to help move all his stuff out.

My mom has lived at CCRV for almost 4 yrs. and loves living here. Not only is the physical environment beautiful, immaculate and welcoming, more importantly, the people (both residents and staff) are very friendly, always helpful, inclusive and quickly responsive to personal needs. Staff quickly learn your name and treat you as if you are the most important person in the world. As a daughter of an aging parent, I have found an enormous sense of peace and comfort to know when I left my mom at the end of a day, she was in a place where people knew her, cared about her and were there for her if needed. Thank you CCRV staff for all you do, the little and the big, at this important stage in a person's life! You make a difference every day!

We’ve lived here for six months now and have come to love it! There’s always something going on cards, bingo, art classes, so one is never bored. There’s live music on Friday for our Happy Hour and lots of other musical programming. It took us a few weeks to get used to the idea of Communal living but we’ve found something else. We’ve found family.

My grandparents moved in to CCRV nearly a year ago. I wished they would have done it sooner after seeing them settled in. Kazoua and her staff take a personal interest and want to ensure the safety and also what is best for the residents. I see them developing a rapport with each resident. I think a concern my grandparents had moving in was family and friends would cease seeing them. We enjoy going and having meals with them and there's rarely a day they don't have visitors. Nothing could ever replace their home, but CCRV is a close second!

We moved my 80-year old mother to Cherry Creek Retirement Village after a tough decision to move her out her home of 40 years and I must say it was the best decision. Mom enjoys the food, the entertainment, the mom & pop vendors that come to sell their home-made items but most of all she loves the people; staff and residents alike. The staff is so incredibly nice & attentive and treat Mom like she is family. Thank you, Cherry Creek for making a new home for my Mom and giving me piece of mind.

The minute I walked in for my tour I knew CCRV was the place I wanted to move my elderly, reluctant parents. Kazoua Lee and her staff are wonderful, compassionate and caring. I enjoy spending time at CCRV with my parents and others in assisted living. They keep the residents busy with fun activities. My mother isn't a "joiner" but they go to her room and try to get her to join in the fun. I'm well pleased with our choice.

My mother lived in both Independent Living, and Assisted Living at Cherry Creek Retirement Village for 3 years. It is a wonderful facility, with lovely sunlit atriums, and boundless activities for the residents. The commitment to the safety and enrichment of the residents lives is driven top down by Executive Director Kazua Lee. I have never, in all my life seen a leader of a large facility engage at the level of resident support that I have witnessed personally with her. I refer to her as a superhero, and I mean it. Your loved ones would be well cared for under her watch. There is a MLK quote that comes to mind for Kazua Lee,. " A good head, and a good heart are a formidable combination. Thank you Kazua for everything.

I do home visits at the location. Staff is always friendly and so caring to the residents. Prior to Covid the residents felt so at ease living there. Activities always had something going on which i think is very beneficial for them. During Covid they did a phenomenal job following guidelines. I love working with the staff.

Bar none, some of the best staff you will find anywhere in Colorado! My father has been there for over a year and was still very dependent. He needed help after the fall and EVERYONE pitched in to help with aid, rules, insurance info, and extra care idea. I never knew anyone, except family, would go to those lengths for someone. Big compliments to Shannon who got us into the facility; Marie who runs the front desk and lept into action to help my father; and to Dennis (director) who knows enough to hire fabulous people, give them ownership over tasks and personally help with a hundred details I had to deal with from (quite literally) 1000 miles away. Thank you to Cherry Creek for such a wonderful start to our voyage. If you care, please take this facility seriously. Trust me, it matters.

My Mom has been living in the facility since January, 2019. The experience has been excellent. From the initial meeting with Shannon in sales, through the past 10 months. Dennis the director, is always accessible and very responsive. He truly cares!!! The staff is helpful and pleasant. Marie at the front desk, always has a greets you with a smile. Tina the driver bends over backward to accommodate everyone's needs. She is supportive and thoughtful. The property is well maintained and you quickly become a member of the community. We are very pleased and highly recommend the Cherry Creek Retirement Village.

Buyer beware. My mother lives here and loves the social atmosphere of the center, but the food service is poorly managed or understaffed or both. Eating times seem to be based on when staff will work, and the last dinner seating is at 5:00, far too early for many seniors. They’re going through rapid growth and they can’t keep up with the demand.

I moved to Cherry Creek Retirement Village in January of 2013. It has been a wonderful move for me. A friend of mine moved there and invited me to come for lunch and to see her apartment followed by the weekly happy hour. I went, but had no plans of making a move. After having a lovely lunch (that I didn’t have to cook or clean up for myself!) and seeing a couple different floor plans, I was impressed. I didn’t sleep well that night because I was planning in my head where all my furniture would go in the 2 bedroom apartment I decided I wanted. I called back the next morning and told Angie at Cherry Creek that I wanted the apartment. Eleven days later I was living there!! The biggest selling point for me was that free transportation was provided to my medical appointments, grocery stores, concerts, sports games, etc. I have Macular Degeneration and no longer drive so I was thrilled to not have to depend on my friends and family to take me everywhere anymore! Also included in my rent is 2 meals each day (I can have 3 if I want but I have a nice kitchen so I usually cook 1 meal each day), weekly housekeeping and laundry of all my sheets and towels, cable, internet, heat/air conditioning, water, etc Everyone is so friendly here and they say hello even if they don’t know your name. The staff, however, somehow knows everyone’s names! We have a resident council of which I was elected Vice President last year and I am enjoying setting up all the entertainment and speakers for our meetings. It has been such a great move for me. I would encourage anyone who is thinking of making a move to check out Cherry Creek. Betsy Wood, apt. 252

A community is really about the staff and at CCRV they are second to none. It starts at the top with Jennifer, the Executive Director, who is an experienced, caring, and can do leader who ensured everyday that her entire team delivered on exceeding my family's expectations . Juanita, Director of Care who made sure our mother in law's needs were always met. Juanita is the"gold standard" of care, competence and professionalism and she amazed us and our family. There may be newer communities but you will be hard pressed to find better people and that's what really matters in the end.
