Lely Palms promedica Senior Living is cutting back on their lunch menu. 1 very tiny cold slaw instead of the usual 2. Half an ounce of potato Chips, instead of 1 oz. They offer no explanation for my questions.

GREAT PLACE TO WORK!!. I have been there 6 years as the HR Director and I absolutely love my work. The residents are lovely, and if I do say so, myself we have a great, hard working staff there. My mom has lived at Lely Palms for four years now. During hurricane Ian and again recently during Hurricane Helene, Erin, Patty, Kathy, Arlene and the staff were exemplary in their care of my mom. They went above and beyond in helping her when the electricity went out. Starting with Erin as the administrator, the staff and management team really care and show it. Thank you so much to everyone.

I moved into Lely Palms Senior Living 2 weeks ago and I am so happy! The building feels like home and the entire staff from the gals in the office to the dining room , maintenance, cleaning and hair salon have been nothing but friendly, kind and helpful I would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

I would highly recommend Lely Palms Senior Living! Sylvia Bocwinski a leasing manager is wonderful! She made the move for both my brother and sister amazing smooth and continues to help them as the get adjusted. Sylvia was able to accommodate them so their apartments are close by each other. She is a miracle worker! The food is very good and they have several activities to offer the residents. The staff treats the residents like they are family. It's a great place!

I moved my 89-year-old mother into a one bedroom, one bath independent apartment. She is absolutely in love! Everyone has been so kind, they found out she can play piano, and she is being wooed to play the piano for their church, she says everyone has been kind , not a mean word, things that need fixed. They are there immediately to fix it, the facilities are amazing so much room. I would recommend them to the max. The staff the administration everybody was there to greet and take care of her when she came and moved in that day. Accommodating, friendly practical I can't say enough good. WHoly recommend these people.

Moving to Lely Palms Pro Medica is the best decision I ever made. The Staff is superlative and responsive to each individual resident, seemingly anticipating needs and concerns. Group activities are friendly, inclusive, positive and fun. The physical environment is a joy - peaceful and beautiful and this allows for and encourages exercise or sitting comfortably with other residents or guests to enjoy nature. I would sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend Lely Palms Pro Medica.

Lely palms is a great place to live. I've been here for 6 months and busy all the time. The staff all greet you with a smile and ask how things are going. They really do listen. I looked at several places and Lely kept coming to the top. Food is good, place is kept clean. You can keep busy or do nothing. What I like is that some residents have been here for years and others are just moving in. Nice place to live. Still learning.

My husband and I have lived in the villas at Lely Palms for a year now and LOVE it! The staff is amazing, they treat us with respect and kindness- always greets us with a smile. They go above and beyond to accommodate any of our wants and needs. The chef, Sam, fixes the most delicious meals and his staff is patient and kind to us. Our activities director, Nancy, is a bundle of energy. She has many activities for us to choose from and she also joins in the fun with us. I have lived in other retirement communities and the is by far the BEST!

My Father is currently living in Independent Living. I was already familiar with LELY Palms, because an uncle had lived there on 3 Separate occasions. The Staff are Super Friendly, Loving, Attentive and Caring. Always feels like family.

When Glenda and I first found out we were dealing with Parkinson's we felt our lives would change from a normal life to something much different. We first started our search for senior living in Arizonia. We then decided to look in Florida as our son lived there. We toured 5 places but after touring Lely Palms we noticed everyone seemed happy and staff was so helpful. We loved their villas and decided to get on the waitlist. We took a one bedroom in the meantime. Our lives were so happy with all the activities, great food and we know that when a higher level of care is needed it is all here on Lelys campus. Best of all we just moved into our forever villa

My mother is currently in the rehab section and doing well. The PT team (Justin and Kate) are an awesome duo!!!!!! The nursing staff are very good with patients, they display their caring nature and patience. I am happy thus far but of course can't wait for my mom to be discharged.

Don’t be fooled by the initial sales pitch-avoid this facility if you require cleanliness, attentiveness, an empathetic staff or trying to communicate in English with anyone who doesn’t answer a phone-food horrible, patient care horrible, social services non existent but don’t voice concerns when you are there as your loved one will suffer. They are there for your insurance money and to do as little as possible for your loved one-BEWARE-yes blonde at nursing station, woman at reception and Karen….this means YOU!

My mom will be moving into a villa at Lely Palms Senior Community. Renee has been an absolute blessing. I always ask a lot of questions and she has been so unbelievably helpful and understanding through the entire process. She has treated us like we're her own family. It is obvious she truly cares about the residents and their happiness. She has given me peace of mind when it comes to the well-being of my mother, and for me, that is priceless. Lastly, I have looked into every senior community in the Naples area that offers independent living, and Lely Palms is the best as far as flexibility, options, and affordability.

If you are looking for a small, cozy, home like atmosphere for your loved ones, this is it. My mother in law was a resident here for over 18 months until a recent fall. She loved the food, the staff and their caring, attentive care was well appreciated by our family. Ellie and Erin are top notch in making sure all of the residents are well taken care of.

Lely is one of coziest Independent livings in Naples. They have the most delicious food Too. The residents are always so happy and look amazing when I am there. Erin Sakmar does an incredible job. Keep it up Lely Palms.

My mother, Connie Helms, is in assisted living there. she loves the place, the food, the event, the staff and most of the other residents in the Assisted Living section of Lely palms. Found it a very nice place for my mother. The staff are very caring and the residents are friendly and seem to enjoy each others company. The food is good too. Many activities - whether they care to attend them or not. Mom has been in three different retirement residences locally and has been happiest here!
