Mo almost 90 year-old mother has been living here for 2.5 years. She absolutely loves the staff, activities and meals that are provided. She has made friends, and she participates in a lot of things there. I find the staff to be wonderfully kind and patient with residents and families. I am so thankful that my mom has a safe place to live.

Every time I visit my clients with Village Caregiving, I am greeted with the biggest smile and genuine care by Marie. She really treats people with the utmost respect and is so committed to her work. I just wanted to recognize her for being so amazing!

My grandma is here and she raves about it! I always feel welcome when I go to see her! They have great events for all!

Good people work here. We've been here a year, and still our appliances need replaced. We were told when we moved in from Cherie that we would get all new appliances. The refrigerator doesn't even keep Jello cool enough. The dishwasher is going out, and the stove is ridiculous. We hate to complain, but maybe now it will get done. The appliances look like they are from the 1980s. The rent we pay, I would think that the appliances would be upgraded at least.

Pointe Frontier is one of my favorite retirement facilities that I go to as a care giver. I've gone to many places in Cheyenne as a non medical caregiver and it is by far the cleanest, friendliest and most enjoyable places, full of kind and helpful staff! All of the residents seem happy and the activities are enjoyable for many! Its nice to know that my clients can transition from home to an amazing and accommodating residence where it is a positive and welcome change of address!

I feel like all these good reviews are fake. So when you walk in, The front desk lady’s (especially on the dependent side) are ALWAYS so rude. They act like you’re a nuisance for coming in to see your family. However my biggest problem is the lack of care towards their patients well being and personal belongings. We constantly replace my grandmas clothes and come back to find her in clothes that aren’t hers?! This has happened so many times by now. They ignore obvious health issues & don’t help the patients that are especially dependent. My grandma is constantly dehydrated & has got infections while living there. If you can, please don’t make the same mistake we did. Take your loved one somewhere else.

My father-in-law and step mother-in-law moved into Pointe Frontier last September. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and especially at this time are working tirelessly to protect the residents while still doing some activities.

My mother-in-law lived at Pointe Frontier for a year and half before passing. She was a bit reserved at first when she moved in but she was greeted by an ambassador who turned out to be a friend, coworker of her oldest son so they had plenty to talk about. She quickly became involved in several activities and began making friends along the way. The staff was very helpful with questions and was always encouraging her to get involved with different activities. They were always very friendly and always had smiles for her. Once we decided to move back to Wyoming from California, we decided to temporarily move into Pointe Frontier across the hall from my mother-in-law when she was still with us. The staff was very accommodating since my husband is paralyzed and in an electric wheelchair. We have been able to put up an electric lift in the bedroom and able to utilize the roll-in shower available in the garden level We have been here 4 months while we are waiting have our new home modified for my husband and will miss seeing daily our new friends we have made here during my mother-in-laws stay and our time as well. I would highly recommend having your loved ones stay here! They will quickly become friends with other residents and settle into their new home.

Pointe Frontier may not be the newest retirement community in Cheyenne, but we thought it was the best. My father moved to independent living there last year when he could no longer take care of his large house. He chose a two-bedroom apartment. This generous space was large enough to contain many of his treasured pieces of furniture, which made the apartment his home. The staff at Pointe Frontier is phenomenal. Ruth, Ollie, Silvia, Molly, J.J., Joe, Kersten, Jessica, and many others constantly went out of their way to help us hang pictures in Dads apartment, arrange transportation, find services, check on Dad when he called, keep an eye on his health and notify us if they had concerns, adjust the menu to fit his dietary needs, and a thousand other little details. We were particularly impressed with the range of activities, the scheduled bus trips to local stores, the two Lincoln Town Cars available to residents for chauffeured transportation, the quality of the food in the dining room, and the generous size of the apartments. It was worth every penny.

If it was possible I would give this facility 10 stars out of 5! My mom and dad moved there in January and everyone (staff and residents) are so wonderful. After my dad passed in early march the people have been overly wonderful to my mom. Thank you all soooooo much!

My Aunt lives there and I feel she gets exceptional care and attention. The staff is very efficient and friendly. Lots of activities to attend weekly. The transportation to doctors, etc. is the most accommodating in town! As a relative of a resident; I highly recommend Pointe Frontier.
