Lovely, patient beautiful place helpful medical assistant only issue is we need to get the patient lined up and seated in our waiting area to move from one to the other so that I get to see all of them On the listin the same day

My cousin lives there it was the first time I was ever at the facility. I was pleasantly surprised at all the different activities they have for the residents. The lobby area is huge plus they have a piano for anyone to play. The outdoors is so spacious for seating for family members to picnic with residents or just spend time with each other. The rooms are a good size they share a small kitchen area & bathroom but have separate bedrooms. The closet is very large for clothes & storage. I highly recommend this facility the location is perfect for this time of year with the leaves changing.

This was my first time visiting my Grandmother here, as she only moved in last month. It was a Very clean and welcoming place. All of the staff was kind and attentive and my grandmother seemed very happy there. The view off the back patio area definitely seems to be a highlight to everyone and we really enjoyed it as well!

I met with the admissions director for a tour of the facility and she was amazing. The tour was thorough and everyone seems very comfortable and happy. The director answered all of my questions and provided me with her email in case I have follow up questions. I couldn't have had a more pleasant and productive experience.

What an amazing experience we as a family had here at the Plaza. My mother was a resident for over 2 years the friends she made with other residents as well as the staff definitely contributed to her success . Finding the Plaza was such a gift for my brother and I the care was exceptional It was a hard day for all of us to say good bye

My Aunt checked-in the day before and was pretty settled in when I visited the following day. Your staff is so pleasant and the residents I came in contact with were friendly and looked very comfortable. My Aunt has some adjusting to do but I was very impressed. The facility was clean and very well kept. Her semi-private room was very nice and homey and her roommate seems very sweet. I will try to add more after some time passes but so far, so good!

I visited the plaza at Clover Lake today. How Overjoyed I was to see the care and consideration of everyone and in each other. The accommodations are obeautiful. The place is immaculately clean. The staff were phenomenal all introducing themselves to me. The holiday decorations were fantastic and the lake is beautiful. All the accommodations that they have such as dining arts and crafts rooms Bingo room movie room workout room just seem exceptional I can't wait to join in. I hope I get blessed with the chance to make Clover Lake my home. It's a must see.

My mother Marilyn loves it here. There are so many wonderful activities here and Roe is a great activities director. We love going on Thursday afternoon at 3 to hear the singer. Everyone there from Jen at reception , social workers Maddie and Debbie and admissions Elizabeth , all top notch !! She feels like she is in the country . Thank you .

I was only there for a brief 30 minute visit with a friend who is a tenant at The Plaza, but observed the thorough visitor's process (registration, photo, tenant's name, entry and exit times, etc). Very thorough, and electronically recorded. I also observed the large, carpeted and comfortable "Day Room" being enjoyed by tenants and visitors. Seems like a nice, safe place to reside.

The tour we had today was very informative. Elizabeth, the admissions director was very friendly & upbeat as well as the pre screening nurse. The place is very clean, bright, roomy, inside & beautiful outside areas & views. We left with a very positive feeling for this place, including my 99 year old dad!

My mother is a resident there. The staff has been very kind. It was hard with Covid restrictions but things have gotten better. They do fun events for the residents and the facility is clean. One improvement should be in the finance department so patients with dementia can easily take the money out and use for hair salons etc. maybe a house account or card. There needs to be an easier way as cash is easily lost.

This is such a well maintained community, the residents seem pleasant and happy, not quite sure how to put into words how home-y this place feels compared to other places I toured. Patricia was nothing short from amazing! Great personality, patient, caring and surprisingly always available for my 15 million questions. This place is a hidden gem.
