The Administrator we currently have is a rockstar,she goes above and beyond and she cares about the wellbeing of the residents and staff she's a busy body lol she stays on the move in a good way!!

I think that there has been a Tremendous change since we've gotten the new Executive Director as far as Dietary, Activities the outings Keeping the building clean inside and out people are starting to appreciate their homes and are appearing to be getting on the same page. Mrs. Hilani Helps in the kitchen and cleaning and wherever she is needed and treats us like family.

I have a person from my church who I help frequently at Oasis. She can be a difficult person and it takes patience to work with her. But the staff is rude and makes fun of her. She complains that there are times when they forget to give her medicine to her. She fell this past week and after telling her med aide there was no follow up. When I questioned the head nurse she said that this person said she was in pain but not that she fell. My question is why did the nurse not question why? How? When? I think then she would find out that she fell. Today, when I asked about sending her to the hospital, they asked me if I wanted to take her or cal 911. Now. I am in the ER waiting on this person to get x-rays. When initially calling the head nurse, the voice mail box was full. That is unacceptable!

On 08, 28, 2019 I came to this facility to drop off a resident that was at my facility the Administrator Marcus had the best customer service Ive seen in a nursing home or assistant living in a very long time he could definitely give out some lessons to other administrators in nursing homes

I took my mother there. She enjoyed all the activities. The nursing department were all wonderful and catered to her needs. They also educated us as a family, and helped us get through the guilt we felt as a family. I could not ask for better care, and compassion. Thank you!!!

Visited a family member at Oasis last week .I had not been there In 6 months .What a difference staff was respectful building looks like it is really improving clean entry and halls . My uncle told me the new administrator is all about business making sure they are being taken care of properly . He also said she makes sure his trash gets taken out which was a huge problem in the past .Thank you Oasis staff and Ms .Olivia for caring for my uncle .

The nurses at Oasis go above and beyond for the residents. My sister lives there, she called me today so happy because her nurse came and preformed a service for her that she misses out of because she is at dialysis on those days. This is true ly caring for the residents . I Thank you for the loving care that they have.

I visit this place often and the front desk receptionist is always so warm and helpful. The staff always speaks to everyone in the halls and you can tell they just genuinely care.

I have been extremely satisfied with my dads quality of care here and his apartment living space. His apartment is nice, clean and peaceful. The medicine management team is like clockwork according to my dad. They make SURE he receives his medicine timely.He said the medical staff, kitchen staff, admin staff, activities director are a great team. So far, he thinks that the overall staff at this location is great. He loves the food here too. 🙂 My hope is that the staff and the level of care STAYS great and hopefully, whenever additional staff is hired, hopefully they will make sure new individuals will measure up to the present staff. Part of the amenities for residents is to have their apartment bathroom and kitchen cleaned. Trash pick up is very organized…residents are given the days for trash pick up…and all they have to do is put the trash outside of their apartment door and it is picked up…. Laundry is done the same way but they are asked to put the laundry in a bag by the front door on the inside of their apartment. After laundry is cleaned it is returned to the room. My dad is satisfied with how all of this is managed. My main concerns for my dad when we were looking for a place for him to call home was excellent medicine management, overall quality of care, a place that felt like home, somewhere peaceful and a nice clean living space. We also wanted a place that would be open to hearing any concerns and acting quickly if there are any. Even a couple of very minor concerns that we addressed with the admin staff were handled with care and quickly. We appreciate this.So far, Oasis has met my dads expectations and our expectations.

I had toured this building a year ago and it wasnt the best. I recently toured this building again and it was a major difference, the staff were very helpful, the residents seem every happy I was greeted by the administrator who seemed every knowledgeable, hands down one of the best facilities considering the location.

Oasis on 30th is a wonderful facility. The facility is always warm and welcoming. I have helped many people become residents there, and have spoke with people that live there currently, and they love the staff and peers.... feels like a real home. I would recommend Oasis on 30th to anyone!!!

I LOVE the Quality of care my Mother in Law receives from the entire team at Oasis. Mark the administrator, June the head nurse and Tiffany the event coordinator are all dedicated individuals and provide a AWESOME & FUN quality of life for the residents. What they do on daily basis requires lots of patience and love and I appreciate them all!

Caring staff. Building is clean, beautiful and feels like home. Residents bond with each other and feel like family. Activities are well planned and varied. Shuttle offers rides to doctors appointments and local shopping.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Staff cares with compassion. Relax and inviting atmosphere and the residents are engaged with different activities and programs. Which is truly a plus. Would recommend to any family member whos looking for transitional care for a loved one.

I am a resident and president of the resident and the founder of Divas of Oasis I really enjoy this facility and the different activities they have available for the residents I have been here for one year and there were a few things that I did not agree with, but Mark and his staff made there best efforts to resolve the issues. This is my home and I am so blessed to be here. I love my apartment because I have plenty of room. The food is tasty and I have friends. The staff make sure I take my meds and that I get to my meals. There is always something fun planned to do and I like the director.

I have very good experiences at Oasis I have a brother mr. Richard Gamble that resides at Oasis I come to all activities and fit in where I can. And I am very welcomed at Oasis I also have clients who hair I cut and and groom every time i walk in the building activities are going on all the time with smiles and laughter. Activities are very important to the residents and Oasis got all that going on for the. I always refer folks to Oasis and let them know whats going on. OASIS SHOULD BE THE PLACE TO BE.

Ive been a oasis over 2 years. Im president of the book club. Were just getting started, but were having fun, we meet twice a month. Weve been to the main library and we now have our new cards. I like living at oasis. Our activity director is the bomb. She plans so many activities, we can hardly keep up.

I have several clients at this facility and it is one of the nicest places i have been in. The administrator Mark is very active with the residents and always nice to me. Ms. Tiffany the activity director is so hands on with all of her residents and so creative for every holliday and occasion. I have been to a Lot of facilities and this is by far the best of them all.

Oasis at 30th Street is a friendly, clean and professional environment! The Activity Director keep the residents very busy with many activities each month. This is very important when seniors are feeling as if they have lost ALL of their independence in this transition. I have referred many to take a tour of this location. You will be very pleased with your visit.
