A special thank you to Denise Maxey, whose dedication, kindness, and professionalism shine through in everything she does. Denise has a remarkable ability to make residents and families feel heard, valued, and cared for. Her commitment to creating a positive and welcoming environment is evident every day. I would also like to recognize resident Jarron James, who helps make the community feel warm and inviting. His positive spirit, friendliness, and willingness to connect with others contribute to the strong sense of community that exists at Oasis at 30th. A satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all As someone that has been entangled with this facility for over 10 years I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment as I am a family member to one of the residents & I like to think of all of the other residents I have met over the years as my family as well. These people have watched me grow through all my seasons and I couldn’t be more grateful for them. I have been there through all the changes of staff/management and even the residents. I have never had a bad experience with anyone. I will say that Ms. Denise is a favorite of mine, she is so knowledgeable and caring, she has definitely found her calling in this world. I am her brother and she has been a resident at Oasis assistant living for about 10 years .Doing her 10 years at Oasis they have assisted her with all endeavors of being a senior with limited ability. Quality service starts with the director and continues all the way through the entire staff. Their professionalism and heartfelt support and dedication makes a world of difference. Their services have been outstanding in every aspect beginning with medical and personal care, nutritious meals, cleanliness and compassion. I know that my sister is healthy, clean and happy. At Oasis at 30th if there is a problem it is always resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner. I could not ask for more. I would definitely recommend them to other families considering Oasis assisted living when their loved ones are in need of assistance.

I have a person from my church who I help frequently at Oasis. She can be a difficult person and it takes patience to work with her. But the staff is rude and makes fun of her. She complains that there are times when they forget to give her medicine to her. She fell this past week and after telling her med aide there was no follow up. When I questioned the head nurse she said that this person said she was in pain but not that she fell. My question is why did the nurse not question why? How? When? I think then she would find out that she fell. Today, when I asked about sending her to the hospital, they asked me if I wanted to take her or cal 911. Now. I am in the ER waiting on this person to get x-rays. When initially calling the head nurse, the voice mail box was full. That is unacceptable!

Would love to talk with the owner of this facility and make him aware of the shady goings on in his building. They can be constituted as abuse and neglect. Board of health been out here investigating . Confirmed corona virus case's twice now people are moving out and im thinking of moving myself. The sentiment here with the director of nursing is if they're not happy here theres plenty of other places they can go live. Now theyre mandating residents eat in the community dining room. Or you dont eat at all even if youre ill and they refuse to have your food sent to your room.

The nurses at Oasis go above and beyond for the residents. My sister lives there, she called me today so happy because her nurse came and preformed a service for her that she misses out of because she is at dialysis on those days. This is true ly caring for the residents . I Thank you for the loving care that they have.

I have been extremely satisfied with my dad’s quality of care here and his apartment living space. His apartment is nice, clean and peaceful. The medicine management team is like clockwork according to my dad. They make SURE he receives his medicine timely. He said the medical staff, kitchen staff, admin staff, activities director are a great team. So far, he thinks that the overall staff at this location is great. He loves the food here too. 🙂 My hope is that the staff and the level of care STAYS great and hopefully, whenever additional staff is hired, hopefully they will make sure new individuals will measure up to the present staff. Part of the amenities for residents is to have their apartment bathroom and kitchen cleaned. Trash pick up is very organizedresidents are given the days for trash pick upand all they have to do is put the trash outside of their apartment door and it is picked up. Laundry is done the same way but they are asked to put the laundry in a bag by the front door on the inside of their apartment. After laundry is cleaned it is returned to the room. My dad is satisfied with how all of this is managed. My main concerns for my dad when we were looking for a place for him to call home was excellent medicine management, overall quality of care, a place that felt like home, somewhere peaceful and a nice clean living space. We also wanted a place that would be open to hearing any concerns and acting quickly if there are any. Even a couple of very minor concerns that we addressed with the admin staff were handled with care and quickly. We appreciate this. So far, Oasis has met my dad's expectations and our expectations.

I Henry P one iof oasis happy & content resident for over a year. The nurses are very attentive i recieve my meds on time. And the food here have its good days and bad days but my favorite is breakfast Ms Dorothy cooks my eggs over easy jus like i like them. This year me & my new friend Ms Minnie won for 2018 King & Queen at the Senior Prom. I enjoy going bowling once a month. I bowl in an outside league at Hindel Bowling Lane. The outing here is amazng i love to go and help out when needed. Yes i will tell a friend about oasis & my beautiful one bedroom luxury apartment.

My Mother is living at oasis she is 83, she have been there for 2 years, at this point in time my Mother is not getting the care that she needs. There is a few dependable people at Oasis, but not enough. The activity director Tiffany does a great job with the outing and the inhouse activities that they do. Oasis at 30th is a great assisted living facility should you need to place a loved one or family member. It is a safe, friendly and peaceful environment. My sister lives there and ABSOLUTELY loves it! She has lived there for 2 years and has a beautiful spacious apartment. She definitely feels independent at Oasis. From the time you enter the door a friendly face (Denise) will greet you. She is always willing to answer any questions you might have and if she can’t give you an answer she will direct you to the appropriate staff. The Executive Director (Marque) is an awesome director! It gives me peace of mind knowing that my sister lives there because Marque insures that the residents there are taken care of and feel safe and comfortable. The place is beautiful and clean. Residents health needs are well taken care of by the nursing staff. The nursing staff is prompt to notify a family member whenever a health related or emergency situation arises. The Activity Director (Tiffany) is amazing! There are so many activities for the residents there. I have been to several events myself and they are very well put together and well attended! I mean everything from karaoke night to pageants to social dinners of which family members are always invited not to mention the outings. My sister attends church events and Bible study there as part of other coordinated events. There is also a resident council and other social groups that residents can participate in. I would be remiss if I did not mention the qualified dietary staff who offer a variety of meals each day including meals for social events. The housekeeping crew and maintenance do a great job as well. Overall, I’m glad that Oasis at 30th continues to provide a safe , clean and peaceful community for all the resident there.
