We needed respite care for my FIL. We have cared for him for 8 years and needed a break. We had Catherine Harris find Archwood and Trent and his staff were excellent in caring for our dad. I appreciate the personal touch given by the staff. Archwood is a great place to live!

I am so very grateful that my mom is living at Archwood. The staff is outstanding, caring, professional and fun. The building is immaculate, bright and fun. My mother is safe, happy, has many fun activities available for her to be involved with. Most of all mom, as with all the residents, is treated respectfully and as a unique individual. Thank you Archwood for all that you do.

Archwood Senior Living is like no other assisted living community I've ever experienced. My work has taken me to many facilities in poor condition, so when looking for an assisted living for my dad I was skeptical, worried, and scared. When I walked in the door of Archwood I immediately knew something different was there. The greeting, professionalism, and detailed information I received instilled a lot of confidence in me concerning their program. The home atmosphere, other residences, and general vibe gave me a good feeling immediately. I put down a deposit not knowing if my dad was going to need the facility anytime soon but wanted to be ready just in case. That was one of the best decisions I made for him because soon after his need became very apparent, and I was in a difficult position. I reached out to them to figure out our options and they made it happen when my dad needed them the most. As soon as we moved him in, they were ready to welcome him and make him feel at home; and it didn't stop there. The care, the respect the way they honored his needs, and the needs of our family was impeccable. Sadly, my dad only got to spend five short months there but during his time there he was happy, he felt cared for, he felt loved, and so did his family. The gratitude I have for the staff, the management, and all that were involved in my dad's care is unmeasurable and will never be forgotten. To say that I highly recommend Archwood Senior Living is an understatement. If you are a decision-maker for a family member or a future resident the decision should be easy. Archwood Senior Living is a welcoming and supportive home whether you need a little help or a lot of help or the end of life help. You will be treated with respect, dignity, and love. A very heartfelt thank you to everyone there who touched our lives.

Our family felt like we hit the jackpot when we found Archwood Senior Living. We fell in love with the place on our first visit and could not wait to move our step mom. The building has a homey ambiance with well laid out floor plans for the building and for the resident rooms. It is light filled, clean and comfortable. Archwood offers services galore and also a variety of activities. The staff is friendly and kind. We could not be happier.

After living with us for several years, my mother was hesitant to move, thinking she would not get the care and attention she was getting at home. We are so glad we found Archwood! Mom is well taken care off, and has more attention than we could ever give her ourselves! The staff is friendly, caring, and genuine. She is kept busy and engaged in a variety of activities. She is so happy there she has even invited her friends to move to Archwood.

My mother made the decision to move into Archwood in April of 2021. It was a big transition for a 93 year old who lived independently in her own home, and had been in the same home in Paddock Lake for 55 years. The staff at Archwood made that transition easy and seamless. Any questions we had prior to move in day were promptly answered, and it became quickly apparent that the comfort of each resident held great importance. We had been in touch with Trent on and off for a year before Mom made the decision to move in, and he never failed to respond in a timely manner. Mom quickly felt at home in her new surroundings and has often said she made this move at the right time in her life, and chose the right assisting living for her. She loves the "small town" atmosphere, the personal attention, and appreciates all that is offered on a daily basis. Most importantly, she thinks Trent, Annie, and all of the staff members are wonderful, and so do my sister and I! What a gem of a place in little Paddock Lake, Wisconsin. I highly recommend a visit to Archwood if a family member is considering assisted living.

I am pleased to recommend this senior living community! Archwood has proven to be the best move ever for my parent who lived in a larger community where he was not thriving with age. Archwoods environment feels much like a home within a home. The food service is tremendous in comparison to other communities. The personal attention the care staff provides is above and beyond what I expected. Our experience has been 5+ star rating. Archwood is a great move for your loved one and I would not hesitate with the decision. Individual care needs are my reason for top rating.

Very homey atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Menus are varied and they have dessert everyday!! My Dad seems to be enjoying the people and staff.
