Facility is clean, staff is friendly, they really care for the residents. My grandma has been a resident for a couple of years and while no facility is perfect and no person is perfect it has been a wonderful home for her.

We moved my grandfather to Our House in July of 2023. Jennifer was very helpful with the process as we were moving him from 250 miles away. The entire staff was amazing, facility is clean and bright. The only regret I have, my grandfather passed away after only 1 month there, wish he would have been there sooner. The staff went above and beyond for my sister and I as we were going through the Hospice process, very caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one.

Hello! I am the life enrichment coordinator at Our Houses assisted liveing and memories care here in jansville!! I enjoy my days at work! Every resident puts a smile on my face and all the workers are so willing to help me and the residents out with every day activities! My executive directors are always willing to put in extra time with me to make activities a success!! I am a c.n.a. & I do In - home cares with Agrace in Madison for almost 18 yrs. I ve been in many facilities. This was my first time visiting Our House & I hv to say ,it was a pleasant feeling as I walked through the door & the first impression was Wow!! this is clean ,organized & peaceful . The Director Jessica & Christal greeted me w/ such a warm welcoming ,they both introduced themselves & title & walked me to the patients room to make I had everything I needed & reminded me if I anyghing just pull the call & later as I was finishing up the med passer & staff that came on to second shift came to asst. & I was just so pleased & felt valued as a partner with the same mission to make sure that we are giving our patients together the best care .Thanks again for what you are doing making a difference with respect & Love for whoever walk through the door. I have been an RCA at Our House for 3 years and I couldnt ask for a better work environment or director! Misty has been so flexible and encouraging while I have worked my way through nursing school, and she ensures that our residents receive the best care possible. Overall, Our House is a great company to work for and a company that can be trusted with the care of others. Our residents are treated as family and they really enjoy the fun, caring environment.

I have been an employee at Our House Assisted Living since 2017. Misty and Krista are amazing to work with; Im a full-time nursing student and they are extremely flexible with my school schedule. Besides the amazing staff I work with, the residents are what makes Our House feel less like a job and more like a home. I would recommend Our House to anyone who is looking for a home that is safe, fun and provides high quality care for their loved ones.

We have had the best care for my mother in law. My mother in law has been a resident at Our House Assisted Living for 5 years. She is cared for and loved and getting great care. The staff has been amazing. They keep me posted on how Dottie is doing and also send pictures. I feel comfortable knowing my mom is great hands. I think of the staff at Our House as family .
