I am grateful for the facilities, staff and care givers at Ignite St. Mary’s. I have high confidence in the team having visited nearly daily since moving our loved one over 90 days ago. The staff is consistent, positive, and professional. Sarah and Christy are a blessing to us, and the night team are amazing also. From the moment of our afterhours emergency placement with Rhonda to Jadyn’s packed house Independence Day Picnic with live music entertainment this past weekend we have had a wonderful experience. We recently toured a memory care facility, and I just had to share what a great experience it was. The community itself is absolutely beautiful”clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for residents. What really stood out, though, was the Executive Director, Karaline Hart. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through every step of the process and made sure all of our questions were answered without ever making us feel rushed. This is such a difficult and emotional decision for families, and having someone like Karaline guide you through it makes all the difference. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for compassionate, quality care for your loved one.

My Mom has been a resident for several months. She has really come a long way in that time. She is more alert, more responsive to others, and just more like her old self again. Taylor especially has been a great help to us, keeping us updated with Mom’s progress and any changes in her health.

The visitor registration process at this facility is very easy to use. The first visit takes about a minute. You type in your name and the name of your family member, but it remembers you every time after that. When you exit, you just stand in front of the camera and it automatically signs you out.

Our experience with Luxe has been excellent. Several team members stand out for their genuine care and concern ~ Claudia, Taylor and Harley. They have been so helpful, positive, and kind ~ thank you! My only suggestion is to have music in the dining room to provide comfort and joy while residents are silently dining, like holiday music during the season and oldies at other times.

I toured Luxe Life in Norman today to look for a place for my parents. I was absolutely blown away at how welcoming, beautiful, and clean this place is! I felt like I was touring a very nice hotel. I just showed up randomly so it’s not like they were trying to make the place look good for me. Claudia did a fantastic job showing me the rooms and amenities. She was so patient with all my questions. I would be incredibly excited for my parents to live in this environment!

We are extremely happy with the Luxe Life facility! All of the staff are friendly and helpful every time we go to visit our loved one or if we have any needs for her. The whole facility is super clean, fresh, and welcoming. Our loved one continuously expresses to us how good the food is and how friendly all of the staff is. She's not been there very long, but the whole process was extremely easy for us. The director, Marcie, helped us with all of our questions and concerns every step of the way. I would recommend Luxe Life to anyone who is looking for a hime for thier loved one.

A nice reasonably priced facility with a helpful staff. Mom has been there for three years and is well cared for. My one complaint is they're not great at answering the phone. It's usually quicker to just drive over there.

Marcie went above and beyond to prepare a space for my uncle. She and the maintenance man worked together to meet a short deadline that I gave her. They took care of every little detail, even down to the putting together of the furniture. They were completely amazing! I’m impressed with all of the staff there even the Chef who made an extraordinary first meal. It’s nice to see people who genuinely care for the residents.

We have searched for an appropriate facility for my mother in law as she deserves so much. We live in Anadarko and the facilities in Chickasha did not seem to be able to dignify her. Yes they are way closer but LuxLife is so much better. The staff here are very caring and professional. It's obvious to us that Lux Life is doing their best. This facility is beautiful, well managed, and staffed. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and hear some of the residents singing How Great Thou Art! Then I watched the staff as they lovingly cared for my friend on hospice.

I am taking a therapy dog up there once a week. The staff are always very polite and considerate of the residence. The facility smells nice and I have noticed anyone ever not clean and dry. It’s amazing!!!
