Our mother has thrived at the Fayetteville Bungalows. The nurses are aware of her needs and communicate effectively with the family. The activities director truly cares for the residents. The director is receptive if there is an issues even on the weekends. The facility is always clean. The food is still a work in progress but they are actively working on improving the quality.

My in-laws moved in almost 2 years ago. The staff is kind, compassionate as well as capable. They help as needed with a great attitude. The staff truly cares about the residents. They provide multiple social events daily. The nurses communicate well with residents & family when issues arise. Mom & Dad are not always happy with the food but administration has listened and are making some of the requests happen

My father was in the bungalows. The experience was extremely disappointing. Staffing was very poor quality and most who were qualified were fired, only to be replaced with far less qualified individuals. At one point it became apparent there was NO STAFF on duty at all. Please do not trust this facility with your loved one.

Dear Bungalows staff, Words cannot express the gratitude we have for the genuine concern and attention provided for our mother and all our family. Our mother entered the facility in early September. Sadly the decision to place her was not one that we as her family wanted to do. But from the moment we met Destiny and her staff, they did everything possible to help our mother and family transition. At times caring for our mother as if she was their own mother. Because she was so angry with us she wouldn’t see us. Destiny and all her staff not only were constantly comforting our mother they were doing the same for us. Destiny went over and above by being available to us practically 24/7 and even checking on us to make sure we were emotionally stable throughout all this. Now, almost two months later, although our mother still wants to go home, she will acknowledge that the staff at the Bungalows are the most wonderful, caring, and professional people she has ever met . Although this has been an incredibly difficult journey. I can’t imagine having gone through this without the assistance of Destiny and her staff. The staff has ensured that all our Mother’s needs are met. Physically , medically and emotionally. Destiny and her staff made one of life’s hardest experiences as bearable as possible. I would love to name all the staff that has helped us out. But for fear of leaving someone out I will say this. It takes a village and that is exactly what the staff at the Bungalows is, a VILLAGE!! The Bungalows at Fayetteville is a great facility. My family’s experience this far has been great. The staff is very very friendly and they seem to care for their patience as if they were family. The current director is also very friendly and family oriented. I would highly recommend this facility.

When I first brought my mom to the community, I felt like it was a family atmosphere. But now people keep being traded in, and it feels like the family atmosphere is gone. For example, the last facility director treated my mom like she was family and I was bothered, because we never got a chance to say bye to her, and my mom really loved her. I have no problem with the new facility director but I felt like the old one just didn't have the help that she needed and to get things done on time as requested. But like I said everyone loved her and she really tried her best. The energy of the activities director in a facility director brings a lot of joy into the community. They sang and communicated with all the residents. The activity director it's kind and loving and really enjoys being around the residents they enjoyed being around her. I just wish things were the same. I enjoy the nursing directors. The reidents are enjoying the food. More with a new cook, Miles, the family experience director is very understanding and easy to deal with And the nursing director is the same. We're just praying. The new year will be better for all in the community.

My mother has been at the Bungalows for about a year, most of it in the Memory care unit. The staff is caring and attentive. My mother is treated by staff members very kindly, as though she was a member of their own family. She has developed close relationships with most of the staff because of how she is cared for. After extensive research in trying to find the best place for my father. As a family we decided The Bungalows of Fayetteville. From the warmest “Hello” to the “Thank you for touring our facility!” It was an instant no brainer for me. But still had go take the important decision for my father. As a family we gathered and agreed that The Bungalows of Fayetteville would be the best for him. We met alot of the flirt aids and Directors. They were all very pleasant and very professional. My father had been suffering from depression before moving to The Bungalow of Fayetteville. But with all the activities and everyone’s positive attitudes, he remind me on the daily that he enjoys it very much! Bungalows

This place is not only beautifully and comfortably set in its brick and mortar frame but in the heart and actions of the staff and management- all the way up the chain! The first time I spoke with Travis I could tell he was compassionate, thoughtful, friendly and definitely cared more about the seniors and families that his "industry" served than anything else. All of the staff I met at The Bungalows at Fayetteville while I was searching for the right community for my parents were great... very warm and welcoming. Travis was so patient answering all of my many questions!! My parents were not only faced with the decision to move into a senior community, but to decide it they were going to stay in Fayetteville, without family support or move to CA or TX where their children and grandchildren live. Ultimately they decided to move to Texas, but if they had stayed in Fayetteville, I believe they would have been happy at the Bungalows and I know they would have been well cared for. Thank you for all your help!

We are so fortunate to have my mother staying at Morningside of Fayetteville. There is no better place in NWA. The staff are all so helpful and the place is quite cheerful. My mother in law arrived at Morningside of Fayetteville in early January of 2020. We were on our way to her room as we cut through the dining area, we noticed there was a birthday party, one of the balloon’s read 102, they were celebrating one of the resident’s birthday!! They were having cake, fun and laughter. There were many things that impressed me about Morningside the most important being the friendly and efficient staff and workers. Paula Moore answered all of our question’s and also shared an important piece of information that I did not know about, she said it would take my mother in law around 3 months to acclimate and adjust to assisted living. We found that very helpful as her moods were up and down until she adjusted. Things were going well until Covid came along, we could go and see her through her window and talk to her on her cell phone, but we couldn’t see her face to face. Even though she couldn’t go to the resident meals etc. Morningside invented ways to be creative, they had art projects, she played bingo in a chair right outside her room where they were socially distanced. Another important activity was the chair exercises outside their rooms, so they would have some interaction with each other, but they would be safe. My mother in law passed on July 24th, we will miss her, but we know she was loved and cared for at Morningside during a pandemic. I just wanted to say thank you to all of the angels at Morningside!!!

Morningside of Fayetteville has been a great place for my parents especially during this pandemic. Safety protocols are in place, meals have been served in their apartment, and regular Covid tests have been administered. They are checked on regularly during the day and night. I feel they are much safer than when they were at home. I’m very grateful to the staff at Morningside at Fayetteville.

I recently had to find a place for my mother to live.I looked at several facilities. I chose Morningside because of the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Paula made me feel welcome and comfortable that my mom would be safe and well cared for. Donna helped me work through the financial difficulties that often accompany a move like this. The entire staff seems completely dedicated and have been very helpful. The facility is well kept and seems more like you are staying in a nice condo. Thank you Morningside staff for allowing me to sleep better knowing my mother safe and comfortable.

I moved my mother to Morningside from another assisted living facility in another city so she could be closer to me. She settled into Morningside very quickly and is so happy here. She loves the activities, the caregivers and the facility. Her health has definitely improved since moving here. I love the way the staff interacts with the residents and their families. I love the special activities they provide to get the families involved. Moving her to Morningside was the best thing we could have done for her. Morningside of Fayetteville is a wonderful place for your loved one. My mom has been there for 9 months and the staff and the facility are amazing. Paula and Donna offer ongoing assistance, and they make Morningside a true home for all the residents. Renee always has the place decorated to the nines for every holiday. Noel provides care and kindness when transporting my mom to medical appointments. Israel runs a great culinary show every day. The medical staff have been extremely attentive to my mom's needs and communicate with me promptly when needed. Compassion, caring, professionalism, high standards, problem solving, good communication, great humor, a celebratory atmosphere, ongoing activities, beautiful rooms, peaceful surroundings--the list goes on and on regarding all the wonderful things Morningside provides. I've always loved going to Morningside to visit with my grandparents. The employees there are incredible and are well trained. My family and I have never had an issue regarding staff, food, or the cleanliness of their facility. My grandparents have had a great experience living here and my grandfather has even met new friends that he visits with often. I'm so grateful for Morningside because it has given my family and I a peace of mind knowing the two people we care most about are being well taken care of.

Excellent- This has got to be the best Assisted Level 2 in NWArkansas. Paula Moore and her team strife to create a home atmosphere for their residence. My mother and father have been at Morningside for approx one year. they have been treated with high respect. When we have a special occasion, they make sure it is certainly special. My parents celebrated their 66 Wedding Anniversary this past weekend. They lived in their home for 50 years and are transplants to NWArkansas. Paula tries to pair residents for the dining hall that have the same interest and same concerns. All nurses are nothing but respective. I am thankful for Morningside. It has made their transition less difficult. Deer are in the fields, the walking path around the facility is perfect. Food is great, thanks to Israel , their Chef. I appreciate the entire team. I would recommend everyone to come see Morningside. Take a tour. You will certainly find peace for yourselves and your loved ones that will be residence.

I had a dear friend that recently lived at Moringside of Fayetteville and the love and devotion they showed him was amazing. They assisted in getting his Long Term Care insurance approved, after he was denied, and I just can't say enough about the staff and how loving they were to him. Living out of the area, I didn't get to see him often, but everytime I did, I was very impressed. I know he had a special place in his heart for Morningside, as do I.
