The staff at Country Gardens were phenomenal in the care they provided our mother. She always had someone available to her to help with anything she needed. The facility itself is in excellent condition and provided a warm and inviting home for our mother. There were plenty of activities for residents to participate in. Overall, we would highly recommend Country Gardens as they provide wonderful care for their residents.

The staff are very loving caring they focus on heavy and subtle needs and have been respectful their food is amazing homecook style in my opinion 10/10 I had their tacos and their chicken and dumplings and they have also served fries and burgers the burgers are cooked healthy and they don't season in case of sodium intake issues and they have payed close attention to dietary needs

Country Gardens is such a beautiful and peaceful place. The grounds are always well-kept, with colorful flowers and lovely landscaping that make it feel warm and welcoming. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought goes into maintaining everything. The staff are kind, professional, and truly go out of their way to be helpful, which makes all the difference. Whether you’re visiting for a short time or spending more time here, you can feel the calm and comfort this place provides. Muskogee is fortunate to have a gem like Country Gardens.

The facility is located in a very safe quiet neighborhood. Interiors and land escape are very well maintained. I feel very comfortable with my loved one staying here.
