This place would be the last place I would've put my Daddy in if I had known then what I know now. The only reason I kept my Father there was because he liked it there. The furniture was not clean and when I did go visit my dad, it looked like he hadn't been bathed in a couple of days. He was always in the same clothes for days at a time. This place had bed bugs. The final straw was when I found out that they were going to blame my dad for the bed bugs because he was the only person that was in and out due to me visiting him and taking him out for the day or a couple of hours. After that, he was moved in less than a month. Thankfully, the state shut the place down. I hope if it does get reopened, that someone else would be the owner. The owner had no idea how to run a business like that.

Locally owned and operated senior living facility. Full service and affordable. This is Senior Living Facility which offers flat rate plans which means no add-ons. The price which you get when you sign your agreement is the rate which you pay every month. No surprises when you get your bill each month!! This makes it easy to budget when you have a fixed income.

My mom stayed with these wonderful people for a week of respite care. The staff welcomed her and cared for her during her short stay. Thank you for treating my mom like yours.

You can not ask for a better place for your loved ones to be if they cant be at home. The staff is just amazing. They go way above and beyond. These folks truly care about the people in there care. I honestly can not express myself as to how amazing Emerald City truly is.5 stars

I had the opportunity to tour Emerald City Lodge recently and was impressed with the facility and its staff! The building offers its residents a clean, well designed beautiful place to call home. The common areas were large and inviting while the staff ensured a friendly, upbeat and professional enviroment. The heart of the facility is its residents! They are engaging and happy in their surroundings and will certainly be the first to tell you about their home! Emerald City Lodge is an asset to our community!

My Mom is a resident at ECL. She loves it & so do I because I know she Is well cared for & safe.Also all the residents seem to care about each other which makes for a family atmosphere and thats important too.
