I have been here for two weeks and I love it here! They are a lot better than the place in Eustis that I was at before! The staff are great and they help me out with a lot of things, even if I need something from the store like a soda or something, they are willing to help! Cristina, Kristy and Dawn are really nice! Staff members, especially Desiree, Antonio, Carlito and Chantel are really great also! This place is, by far, the best I have ever been to!

I've been here six months. This place is a dump. The residents, are always arguing. Staff didn't care. The food sucks. Not a good place for anyone. They only care about the money. Don't bring your love ones here.

Had the opportunity to visit the Heritage Manor in Tampa, where a family member is living. The staff are friendly, caring and concerned about allthe residents.The residents are happy and friendly. I was very impressed, with Heritage Manor, clean, active, ALF.Cristina, is friendly and professional.Thank you ladies, your hard work shines through all ofthe residents living there.
