Cypress Place is nothing short of amazing! The staff here are professional,and truly care about the residents! Beautifully decorated,and clean!The food is always great! There is no better place for people who need good friends close by,and a 24/7 staff ready to assist them with anything they need. They have a constant flow of activities,& there is never a dull moment! A delightfully,fun place to be,& a rewarding place to work! By far,the best assisted living resort in the Ark-La-Tex!

Fantastic place… My mom has been there a few months now and couldn't be happier….highly recommend to anyone and everybody. The staff is AWESOME…the family get togethers and events are sooo GREAT and fun for all!

We placed our dad in may 2021 . My dad says the food and nurses are much better than the other outfit he was in ! I have never had anything other than professional courtesy from nurses and aids ! I have recommended Cypress place to several other families and will continue to do so in the future!

As just a visitor I have become very close to each resident there at the facility its just very sad to walk in see most that are able just sitting around .As we all know this time of the year its hard on all as the weather seems to be dreary and cold therefore we all are trying to stay in . But my problem is this is their homes they should be respected as just that,and be given a choice to participate in an activity if given other than to the Dr ,or a seldom trip to the Dollar store, as their money is limited . Point being is I am hearing negative feedback from some residents of doing nothing , I find it very hard that if someone is getting paid to do a job of entertaining then so do your job !! Or intentionally being messy so to speak with a resident to the point their Blood Pressure is rising because they ask to be taken to the store numerous of times — I 100% know this is not what the Upper Management of Cimitas would approve of their buildings residents to be made feel this way !On the other hand with new ED and WD and Staff and Dietary you are doing an amazing job and show upmost respect to All of the residents .God Bless You All —I hope to see much busier residents in the future as I will be paying close attention and try as a visitor to do all I can do to keep busy .Thanks

My mom is a resident at Cypress Place and everyone that works there takes great care of her and they treat her as if she was their own family member. We are so grateful to have found such a terrific place for mom. All of the caregivers do such a great job!!!
