As my mother grew older I used Optimum to provide respite services when I would go on vacation. Each time they took care of my mother well. The older she got she required more care and I had to eventually place her there for an extended period of time. To me their best attribute was that the facility was always clean and never smelled. The caretakers were always attentive to their needs and they would respond quickly as possible. They always had a great attitude and a shout out to the director, Mr. English for being very conscientious about every request. I have to also commend Ms. Julia, Zonia, Rose and the entire staff for their conscientiousness and friendliness as well. My mother passed away but I am pleased that she was at Optimum. I wholeheartedly recommend Optimum Personal Care for anyone seeking an assisted living facility.

The owner (Bobby) has been nothing but accommodating. He will go above and beyond to find a way to get what I need. There has never been a time where I can't reach Bobby on his phone… The staff treat you with tremendous respect. My wife had a very difficult time putting me here but knowing that I am well taken care of made it a lot easierl for her. I would have no problem putting one of my family members Into this facility. They make me feel welcome and thar makes my wife comfortable. Thank you optimum Assisted Living!!!

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff at this assisted living facility. They treat every resident like family, and their dedication to providing the best care is evident. The facility is modern and well-maintained, offering a range of amenities. My loved one enjoys the delicious meals and the opportunity to socialize with other residents. It's truly a place where they can age gracefully and happily.

The staff at this facility are true professionals, always attentive to the unique needs of each resident. They take the time to get to know the residents personally, which creates a warm and trusting atmosphere. Hello people of Texas: I was asked to provide my husband’s stay since last year with honest experience / opinions, located at Optimum personal care 1110 Lake-view Dr, Sugar Land, Texas, 77498. Optimum Personnel Care has two facilities. One in Missouri City, and One in Sugar Land. I agreed as a good Samaritan. I believe it is my duty to spread the good word across, so people can come and see the place if needed. My husband is disabled, who is a resident, at 1110 Lake-view drive, Sugar Land Texas, 77498 Optimum Personal care( I will refer as: OPC) Sugar Land facility. After I spoke, I visited many places. I was not satisfied with either the care or the comfort or cleanliness, food, providing medication, doctors, nurses, and AIDS. It has been a challenging endeavor. Before I found the Optimum Personnel Care facility. It is just not only the dollar value, the satisfaction of trust, the confidence. The care that the OPC provides. OPC is compassionate, and is the best care facility, it doesn't match anywhere else. For the price or the quality of the Care, cleanliness, service, love, and support is the best that I have seen many times. I live three minutes away from OPC. So, I visit everyday many times. I have seen the best care, food, cleanliness, support, and service across with all residents, who are all staying there. Regardless of any conditions, and who they are treated with respect and as above as this value is unmatched for the reasonable price. This kind of facility I have not seen or heard of, for this reason from the bottom of my heart I thank the OPC personnel / staff of Sugar Land. Personally, to Bobby English who manages, and takes the honest input from folks, and is willing to listen to any issues, any recommendation. At times, I have seen Bobby English helping the resident. I say that it's just not for my husband, I have seen across the community at OPC. One day when I was going for a walk, I asked if she knew a facility for a disabled person who I can fully trust for his care and comfort. The lady who lives close to my house, since thirty plus years. She explained about the OPC facility. Because her close friend’s family was a resident. Then I went and spoke to the office, and visited the place. But I waited for some time. Again, my children went to OPC ,and visited the facility and spoke for a while. Then I went and visited and spoke to the facility. It was not easy. Then on I always tell folks how fortunate I am that I have a trusted place for my husband’s care and comfort. I would like to add the appreciation note to OPC: recently my husband passed away. But I did not know how to handle the last days of critical care and situation. OPC helped me and my family to understand. Also quickly established the hospice care support during the last days, along with OPC support personnel. Regardless what time of the day, OPC supported and mobilized the required staff and helped relentlessly without any hesitation. Every day I am so thankful for the OPC Mr. Bobby the strategic planner and Julia G, admin office coordinator, operation manager Miss. Maria helped along the way. The Optimum personnel care is a GEM in our Sugar Land community, excellent care with great staff. Truly, Ayesha A. Cheers.

My father is a resident of Optimum Personal Care Sugar Land. This is a fantastic place! They provide excellent care to their residents. Julia is wonderful! She is not only knowledgable regarding how to care for geriatric clients, but is also very caring and compassionate. I feel as if I am not alone in caring for my father. They physical setting is also quite beautiful with large windows that allow plenty of sunlight and a large backyard and walking area. I highly recommend this facility!

We shopped for weeks to find a place for my mom and ended up placing her at a Brookdale facility. In less than 2 weeks we moved her to Optimum and she's been there ever since. That was 5 years ago. We couldn't be more pleased with the level of care she receives. Julia, the GM truly cares, and works hard to create the best living experience possible!

I've recommended families to OPC for over 6 years. OPC is one of a kind! I'm not surprised that there is consistently a wait list. As a caregiver I can be critical of care and caregivers. OPC has never disappointed me or the families that I've recommended. The caregivers are amazing and truly understand their assignment as compassionate caregivers. The care that our mother experienced there was wonderful. So many exceptional people surrounded her during these difficult Covid times that I know she felt loved, even when we couldn't be present. Most important was the compassionate leadership and example that Julia provided for her staff to emulate. We were very blessed.

I moved my uncle into this facility about a year ago. He had a bit of a time adjusting, but the staff was ALWAYS so kind, polite and helpful as he learned to navigate his new "home". Every time I arrive to visit, my uncle is dressed in clean clothes, and sitting in the main living room. The staff get him out of bed everyday, they shower him, and wheel him in to the dining room to eat his 3 home cooked meals daily. I highly recommend this place!

We had my sister n law there a some months back after her brain surgery. This place was great. I was impressed at the level of care and how the staff really went out of their way to treat their patients with respect. I highly recommend this place if you need a place for your elderly loved one for convalescing or for a more permanent assisted living solution.

OPC Sugar Land is a bright, well kept home that is delightful to look at and comfortable, but their strongest suit is the compassionate staff who have looked after my mother like she was their own mother. Everyone from the nurses and attendants to the cooks and the director Julia and senior care specialist Dana have been exemplary in their loving administration of all that Mom needed or wanted since she moved in. They are also VERY accommodating to family and friends, myself included, who have visited, and can always give a knowledgeable and insightful report on her status or needs. Mom died peacefully in her sleep last April after several months on hospice, (Blue Bonnet Palliative Care) and I could not be happier about the care she received at OPC. Thanks to all from the bottom of my heart. I slept well at night knowing she was in Gods hands and your care. <3

OPC in Sugar Land is a very caring beautiful community. The six months my father was there the care he received was wonderful. The entire staff are highly knowledgeable and trained in there area of expertise. I highly recommend OPC.

I have had my mother at Optimum Personal Care in SugarLand for over a year. When she first came from Austin, she needed a lot of support, as her needs were no longer being met in the community where she was coming from. Optimum has a wonderful 1-5 ratio of carestaff to resident. They helped her and nursed her back to good health. They are loving and caring. I would recommend them highly. I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner and have been in the Assisted Living Industry for over 20 years. Optimum is a very special environment!
